Staff member was so friendly in helping me print off flight and visa information. Good location to old quarter. Booked tour through them which was easy Basic rooms but clean and comfy beds Only annoying thing is there is no lift and we stayed on the 5th floor so had to take suitcases all the way up stairs Xem tiếp

First, I need to start with how surprised I am by this place! I booked this with very little expectation & actually stayed here just for a short while before heading out. However, the room’s cleanliness was 👍🏽 I stayed on the 5th floor (no lifts people in case you are carrying heavy luggage- you may want to rethink it). The room had 4 beds (female, shared), it looked even better than the pictures! The beds were clean and neat, with a curtain beside, a powerplug & a night light. There were lockers at the side too! The toilet was huge & spacious and was like a room size! The shower facilities were on point🙂👍🏽 I really loved the place that I wish I could stay longer than a few hours! If you are looking for a place in old quarter, trust my word, you cant find a better place than this at a better price! There are good food options down the road too and not eerie. Highly recommend this hostel and WILL DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Hanoi. Its a new & neat place. Give it a try! The hotel staff are friendly, hospitable as well! 👍🏽 Xem tiếp

Right beside local karaoke which is under railway bridge. Although its imaginative location could disturb sleep from time to time, this hostel is still decent place for both backpackers and stoners. During my staying, I was often invited to lunch and one of the staffs even got me cans of beer as farewell gift. Clean and new as built recently. Locally well known eateries plentiful, Easy access to every sightseeings around old quarter. Small dorm has balcony as well as rooftop place with bamboo made bong to chill and socialize. overall satisfactory staying it was. BOOM SHANKAR!! Xem tiếp

Second time staying. This time was not so great, I had room In 5th floor and the wifi didn't work... and the staff was not very helpful. Is just next to the rooftop so there could be some noise of people speaking in this area. If you want to rest I suggest asking a room that isn't this one. The hostel is clean and well located. There is good pho or bahn mi yo have breakfast just under the hostel. The bathrooms are clean and in good conditions. Xem tiếp

This hostel is very good. I had a private bad and it was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and useful which could give you some resonable advice. However, this hostel is located near the bridge which the train cross by so you may hear the noise for some seconds but it is no problem with me. I will keep supporting this hostel when I come back to Ha Noi next time. Xem tiếp

Simple accommodations but the beds were clean and comfy. Hostel is beside train tracks and kareoke bar so it’s loud throughout the night but we still slept alright. Dorms seem to have one bathroom inside the room offering little privacy and the floor is always wet from the shower. Breakfast is average ans the staff are nice enough. Rooftop terrace is nice too, not a very social hostel, few facilities. Xem tiếp

Small and a bit cramped, but a very nice setup in the dorm rooms. The staff were a bit rude when I first arrived. Also, I booked a four bed room as was put in an eight. Then the next morning I had to move because they were “spraying for bugs”. Xem tiếp

Very clean facility.The staff were very nice and friendly , comfortable bed and clean sheets and towels. Excellent western breakfast. The only thing I didn't liked was the sound of karaoke next door. The sound of train passed by between 4 and 5 am. Xem tiếp

This was by far the cleanest hostel I stayed in all over Vietnam. Also the staff was really kind and helfpul all the time. I enjoyed my stay in Hanoi thanks to this Hostel a lot. It is a very nice hostel and super cheap but the housekeeping service is terrible. I was there two nights and they did not cleans the bathroom at all in the whole time, it was full of hairs and rabbish other people left behind. When they came to do the beds after check out time , they just changed the sheets and they didn't clean the rooms so a lot of plastic bottles and trush. We booked an 8 bed dorm and was put into an 18/20 bed dorm which we had to spend the night in as they told us there was no space in the 8 bed. We stayed on night but it was so loud with people coming and going we didn't get much sleep which is why we chose to book the 8 bed dorm as less people to keep you awake. The next day we were moved to a 10 bed dorm which again wasn't what we booked but it was better so we just put up with it and asked for a discount from the reception which to be fair they honoured. The only other problem we had was the lockers were useless most of them broke or they didn't have keys for them. We had to use a locker under someone else's bed which wasn't the best as we woke them up trying to get into it. Which made this even worse on our last night we had been out all day and most of the evening and when we arrived back to put things into the locker we had been given we found that all our things were gone and somebody else's things were in there. Meaning they had 2 keys for the same lockers and we were now pretty frantic. Luckily the reception staff had all our valuables in a locker at reception but this didn't take our concern away. The breakfast was basic but it filled a hole. The bathrooms were clean but did have a dank smell. We wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of security and disregard for our valuable items. We arrived at the hotel with our reservation already confirmed and paid for, but at the time of check in the staff asked us if we had received any emails from them. We hadn’t. They informed us that the room was not available due to electricity missing and things broken and they could relocate us in another hotel 500mt away from that one, to then come back the day after. I highly suspect it was due to overbooking and not of what they told us but anyway we asked a few minutes to think about that. As it was 10 pm and we were tired, we accepted so they called us a taxi they paid for to take us to the other hotel (which apparently belongs to the same company), the Rose hotel. Well....we travelled around Vietnam and Thailand for a month staying in very cheap hotel, but never came across through something more disgusting. The room had mould on the wall and a persistent and strong smell of sewer coming from the toilet. The day after we woke up early to inmediately take all our bags to our original hotel and breath some fresh air. We went back to the Backpackersuite hotel were the lady apologized again and offered us breakfast whilst they were cleaning our room. The room was very basic but clean. Just a few issues: the sink massively leaking when water flowing, the small window in the room with the light constantly coming into the room which did not allow me to sleep well, the noise of the train which feels like it is just about to break your wall, the horns of the motorbykes and cars early in the morning (but that is due to the good position, and not sure if you can find a quite hotel in Hanoi). If you will ever book with them and you are subject to overbooking, please NEVER accept the relocation, either contact Agoda and they will cancel your reservation and will relocate you or ask for a refund. new, clean and modern. I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Staff speaks english very well and always willing to help. I forgot my small bag with suvenyr there and couldnt find any contact direct to the hostel. So some telephone in description would be helpful. Xem tiếp
