The bunks were not sturdy. The mattress sat on a thin wooden slab. Pros: We had already checked out of our hotel and needed a place to shower and rest before we caught a night bus. So we booked for 1 night a set of bunks for the two of us for AU$9. We did not stay overnight. The communal shower on L2 was spacious. It has a toilet, shower and basin inside. There was also an outside basin. The reception person did mention breakfast. I'm guessing this is included in the bed rate? Cons: It has basic facilities. No real vibe happening here in my observation. Smelly and dirty travellers. After all, this is a cheap hostel and it will attract these types of travellers. There is no elevator. Xem tiếp

It was fine, except the dorm rooms beds are literally touching so would have been awkward had I not been travelling with my boyfriend. Only one bathroom for like 20 people. Breakfast was fine, toast and eggs and coffee, wifi didn’t work in the room that well which is fine. Location is okay, few things around! Fine for a night in hanoi Xem tiếp

We booked last minute and were really happy with the location. But the check in was a disaster. First we got the wrong room and then they ask us many times if we want to extend our stay, cause they thought we booked just one night. So we had to repeat many times that we booked two nights, which was really annoying. The facilities are okay, but I saw a cockaroach in my bed, which was really disgusting. Besides that the atmosphere was really welcoming and you had everything you need. Xem tiếp

It was my first solo travel abroad and I was amazed and glad to this place. Room was good and always clean. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff are very helpful in booking tours and giving direction. I love it when they always smile at whenever they see their guest. I'd totally recommend this place. Xem tiếp

Highly recommended when doing a backpackers trip to Hanoi. The location is convenient within the Old Quarters place. And thr staff are helpful in assisting different tour and bus service. Xem tiếp

good location,near to the central, easily catch a bus (no.86) to airport at the bus stop just few steps from the hostel. Everything is basic, old room doors and lockers. overall is fine but we're greatly disappointed by the sapa tour package we booked via the hostel. Make sure you ask for sapa express bus or sapa shuttle bus as these two provide good service. We we're given 3 different packages ()Minimal effort given by the tour. First, when they said they're gonna pick you up from sapa bus station to your hotel, it means the guide will walk you there! (we were not aware of this and luckily we don't have heavy luggage) Secondly, during the tour / tracking, there's NO explanation. It makes no difference to do the track by ourselves than paying for the tour! Xem tiếp

Stayed here for two nights, great location and easy to access everything. Staff were so helpful and gave advice where to go what to do. Breakfast was good and the rooms were being cleaned every day which was so good too see. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travellers. Xem tiếp

Great place to stay if you want to have a good time, socialise and enjoy free drinks from 6-7pm every night. The staff were a great laugh, always smiling and helpful. Just watch out for Hanh she's a crazy one... only joking. She was great. Anyways, go check it out! Peace! x Xem tiếp

Good value for cheap travelers. One big down side is that there is no water in the morning, so they provide bottled one to brush your teeth. Happy hour was nice and simple breakfast is included in price. Xem tiếp

Firstly I paid to stay in a female dorm, I basically was sharing a bed with another girl, it was a double bunk bed with both of us on top! Secondly our bathroom was out of order, thirdly i was not well and decided to book a hotel but didn't want to waste money so I asked staff if I could cancel one of the days I had booked, she checked with her manager and she agreed this was ok as a day in advance, so I booked another hotel. When I went to check out I asked for money back for the extra day I had paid but they refused point blank! Ok it's a cheap hostel but that's principal. The breakfast is bland as well. Staff was really rude when I asked for money back. I wouldn't stay here again no way. Xem tiếp

I had an amazing stayband was helped out on numerous occasions by the staff. This hostel, being slightly off the traditional beaten path, had a significantly more intimate vibe than others I stayed at in Hanoi. Absolutely recommend Xem tiếp

The staff was ok, the bunk beds felt like they were falling apart, the bedsheets were clean, the restroom not so much, 1USD for towel, it included breakfast which was 2 eggs, toast, butter, jam, and coffee or tea. Overall good value but not a nice place Xem tiếp
