Thank you Lana and Alan (The Front Reception Manager) also the Guest Service (I am sorry for not able to recall her name) for your great hospitality. Although we have experienced a very minor issue during our stay in this hotel, but the staffs were very willing to provide second option in order to make us feel comfortable. The location is strategically located nearby to Hoan Kiem Lake. And no worries about communication problem, they are absolutely doing well on it. Really enjoy the stay. So much appreciated. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our short stay at the Babylon. Good location near restaurants, the lake, etc. and around the corner from the SaPa Express Bus office/stop. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms and helpful staff. Recommended. Xem tiếp

We stayed four nights at this wonderful place right in the heart of Hanoi. We had my 75 year old parents in one room, and our teenage daughters and my wife and myself in the family connecting room and we all loved this place. It was always a pleasure entering the lobby where you were treated like you were old friends. Great information on the surrounding areas and wonderful insider tips on things to do. The spa connected had great massages and we all had different treatments. Breakfast was a huge spread of fresh foods of all different types from sweet to savory, and their made to order food was a nice addition. Everything was spot on with this hotel. The hotel, room décor, furniture, and overall facility needs an update from its 80's splendor. The room while having a window - the window did not open to nothing but a publicly accessed stairwell. The room was however clean and had all working parts. The location of the property is in the old quarter, while good for most sites to see, it may also be too noisy for some travelers and I am sure they would be able to find a better value on Airbnb. Service of the hotel was good but somewhat pushy in terms of selling spa services and tour packages. A massage service was purchased but was not completed in the timed paid for (time was shorted; should've began as soon as the masseuse's hands touch the clients body) There is also a fee for using credit cards for any purchases unlike many other properties. Breakfast was good but I could see how some untraveled westerners may feel the breakfast lacking western food. Xem tiếp

Staff are all nice and accommodating. i like that the food during breakfast has a lot of fruits.. Only thing is the busted fridge in my room but the staff made up for it by offering to put my drinks in the kitchen fridge. THANK YOU for the wonderful birthday surprise in the hotel and for extending another surprise in the boat while im on cruise with Jade sails. you made my day special! :) Xem tiếp

This is a wonderful 3+ star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, doing all they can to help make your stay a pleasure and ensuring you get the most out of your time in Hanoi. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good, with standard wear for a hotel of this age. The buffet breakfast was a huge plus. The hotel's hospitality, especially the manager, Jason, was five star service. Jason spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful and thorough in providing detailed information about the neighborhood and travel tips. The 2 doormen were very nice and promptly opened and closed the front doors and greeted every guest, every time. The check-in prices was delightful and personal. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a 2nd floor which appeared to be a waiting area with stylish, comfortable lounge chairs and sofas. They brought each of us fresh squeezed passion fruit drinks and a plateful of fresh cut local fruits while the front desk was photocopying our passports and completing the check-in process. We had the family penthouse suite on the top floor and it was quite spacious and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 older teen kids. The free buffet breakfast was exceptional as was the service. Although it was a buffet, a server took our orders for eggs, pancakes, pho and drinks. Perfect! Xem tiếp

Definitely the best hotel in Hanoi. I travel a lots for both leisure and business. Never experienced such a warm and genuine service till met Hanoi Babylon Garden Hotel & Spa.
