Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng tạo cảm giác ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, mình ở tầng cao nhất vào mùa đông nên có sự bất tiện là không đủ ấm, chắc do mình chưa quen với thời tiết Hà Nội. Khách sạn gần như là trung tâm của tất cả mọi nơi, cực kì gần phố cổ, nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ nhưng cần xem lại xe máy cho thuê, mình hơi thất vọng về nó. First of all the room was very clean, which is exceptional in Vietnam. Especially the bath room was nice and clean, although the rain shower was hanging a bit loosely (It's a great asset however). The staff was really kind and although the hostel closed due to Covid-19, a member of the staff would come back especially for us so that we could store our luggage in the hotel untill later at night. The beds were also nice. I would totally recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

The rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side, but in Hanoi space is a premium so I suspect everywhere in the Old Quarter will be the same. The rooms are clean though, and the manager (Remi) is super helpful and lovely. She asked us how we slept when we went downstairs for breakfast after our first night, and after my mum told her that she'd slept ok with earplugs, Remi offered to move us to another room a bit further from the road. I also got food poisoning while in Hanoi, and Remi's sister organized getting medicine for me. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would be happy to stay here again. Xem tiếp

Thank you so much to Jenny for going above and beyond during our stay! Not only is she the sweetest, but made sure we were always comfortable and quick to help with any concerns/questions. We had already checked out for a tour but needed a taxi to the airport after returning and Jenny was more than happy to help us book one and offered to look after our stuff while we walked around. The location is also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would recommend!😊 Xem tiếp

+great location, friendly staff, value for money What I like most is that they are very accomodating. I have requested upon booking for an early check-in between 10-12am which they granted. The thing is, I forgot about the the time difference in my country so I arrived by 9am and yet they still let me checked-in. They also do housekeeeping even if I didn't asked so I get fresh towels everyday. -the only negative though is its near the highway, so if you have issue with noise this hotel might not suite you. It was shown that room was available. However, we made booking and paid. by the time we arrived, they said the rooms had been fully booked and will move us to another GUEST HOUSE instead of hotel which was very small, dirty, poor condition. We have no choice but took the room in the guesthouse because the payment had been made through app. Xem tiếp

+ really friendly staff, Rami gave us lot of recommendations for the main sights, breakfast was delicious, room was clean - location was really good (2min to old quarter), although the pin on the map is wrong (check the written address for the right location), located next to a main road (noise), the bathroom was pretty small All in all, we would recommend this place! Rami is so kind and very hospitable, so as the staff. Personally, I love their services and place. Food is good. Location is very convenient. Hotel personnel are very friendly. They even allowed us to have early check in for free and expended their help on out flight req. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our time at Hanoi Asia Hotel. The owner is a very lovely and helpful lady. The room was small but clean and the location is perfect, close to the old quarter. Plus the breakfast, coffee and drinks are very good. Xem tiếp

It’s at the road side, not sure light sleeper can handle it. I was fine with the traffic noise. Receptionist is very friendly, good location, they has lift so no worry for luggages. Room is spacious and breakfast is good (coffee with fresh milk) - awesome. Definitely value for money. Xem tiếp

Pequeño hotel situado en plena avenida situado en el borde del barrio antiguo, habitación amplia y luminosa LIMPIA, a un paso de las callejuelas del barrio antiguo pero sin ruidos nocturnos , la habitación da a una avenida de 4 carriles pero no tuvimos problemas para dormir. Las chicas que llevan el hotel son muy majas y atentas. Nos recibieron con una bebida fría. La habitación está muy bien, limpia, cama cómoda, sábanas limpias y baño limpio (algo complicado de encontrar en Hanói). Por otro lado, fue imposible dormir, ya que las habitaciones dan hacia una autovia (carretera de 6 carriles), mucho mucho tráfico todo el día, las 24 horas, claxons constantes y las cortinas dejan pasar muchísima luz, son casi transparentes, por lo que no se puede descansar. Una pena, ya que el hotel es nuevo y está muy way, pero si quieres descansar, este no es el sitio correcto. Aún así, está ubicado justo al lado del old quarter... Xem tiếp

这家酒店在一个高速路的路边，很吵，而且大车一过，房间会晃动，有时候睡觉感觉自己在坐船，房间的话，床比较窄，房间空间也不大，我定的时候200一晚上，但是发现如果是当天订就会便宜很多，性价比不怎么样，唯一好的地方是他家有两个大窗户，卫生间也是超级小，但是该有的东西也都有，我跟我妈妈呆了三天，他们不来打扫房间，垃圾也不扔，是我叫他们去换毛巾，他们才去的换的，垃圾三天没扔，而且包早餐这个，哎，他家的早餐吃不成，巨难吃，吃了第一天后，我们就出去吃了，早餐不是自助早餐，是点的，面包硬，果汁也不好吃。下次不会去了。 Xem tiếp
