Phòng cũ, xấu, trang thiết bị hỏng, thiếu. Chăn là loại ga trải giường chứ không phải là chăn đúng nghĩa. Khách sạn khó tìm vì nằm trong, phía sau nhà dân. Được cái nhân viên khách sạn dễ thương, phục vụ khá tốt. Xem tiếp

Nhận booking ảo, nhân viên ngáo ngáo trả lời khách không rõ ràng. Book phòng trước 2 tuần đến nơi kêu “em còn phòng trên gác nóng lắm chị không ở được đâu, để em chuyển chị qua khách sạn kế bên.” WTF rất là hồn nhiên luôn! Xem tiếp

one night just 300000(13usd)，they offer free breakfast . bread. fruit .cheese.jam. and noodle chicken soup .some cold drink lemon juice black coffee. that's good ！but the room is not big and smells bad 。the bed is a bit damp. the location is very good.u can find a lot of delicious food around hotel. at last. the girl can speak english and u can pay in usd of vnd. Really friendly staff and tasty breakfast! Good value for price. They just didnt have the room which we booked, but nevermind, we got another one. It´ s in the old town, really close to markets and all of streets with food and so on, so you can enjoy the best of the city. Xem tiếp

Spring bed yang digunakan ( family room 3 person, kamar 102) sudah perlu diganti karena busanya sudah menipis dan saat tidur sangat terasa per-nya sehingga membuat badan sakit. Ruangan kamar luas tetapi posisi toilet sangat sempit sehingga kurang leluasa. Lokasi kamar terletak di lantai 1 dan hanya bisa dicapai menggunakan tangga. Lokasi kamar yg lain ( 2 kamar berhubungan) terletak dilantai 6, 5 lantai dicapai menggunakan lift dan lantai ke 6 menggunakan tangga yang sempit dan curam. Xem tiếp

The rooms are big and very clean. The only issue we had was the amount of light coming in through the window from the stairs. This could easily be solved with some curtains or blinds. It is also noisy from quite early in the morning from the corridor, we had to wear earplugs. Breakfast was good (one morning there were ants in the scrambled eggs but we took them back and they were very apologetic and got us some fresh ones). Location is really good as it is right in the centre of the Old Quarter. It is quite hard to find initially. If you follow the address the rather than the name it would be easier. It looks almost like a shop from the front but if you walk through you can see the reception. Overall, would recommend if you're on a budget. Xem tiếp

This hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of Old Quarters in Hoan Kiem, yet within few minutes walk to the crowded places - especially around Hang Buom - during week end evenings where the roads are closed to traffic. As such you can readily grab a cab or bike to & fro the door-step. It offers great customer service through very friendly staff. Simple breakfast set include Bread + Jam or egg or Noodles (Soup) + a drink. All considered - its a good-value for money package. Xem tiếp

We were surprised by this guest house as it does not match the agoda description or photos. For two nights we were kept awake by drunk loud guests slamming up the stairs in the early hours. Following thus the staff woke us up in the early hours also shouting up the stairs and around the building. We had NO sleep for two days !! Not impressed Xem tiếp

I booked asia guest house. But when i arrived the staff told me that their aircon have some problems. So they transfer me to ha noi city guest house. Which is under the same company. Well, the staff here are good. Clean room. Not that bad. I extend my stay for another 3 days. Very satisfied. Xem tiếp

After 15.5H long travel from Hue, we were told that there is no available room. It was around 10pm and we were exhausted but had to find other place to stay. A guy at front dest apologized us and we weren't upset at him. He was a nice guy. It just happened and it was just a shame that they didn't manage booking well. Xem tiếp

i stayed in the standard room and everything from bed to bathroom look ok for me, considering the price you are paying. It is great value for money as this hotel is cheapest among the others in this area. And most important this hotel have very friendly polite staff from cleaners, helpers, front desk staff, this makes your stay a pleasant one. location is very good and only mins walk to the famous pho bo, pho ga, bun bo nam bo,, bun cha, cha ca and vietnam desert. I am a regular to Hanoi so my recommendation for budget travellers, is this Hanoi Asia Guest House , it will be great choice. Xem tiếp

Booked for 4d3n stay and paid less than 50usd inclusive of breakfast. Service is great and they are helpful in attending to your needs with airport transfers, food recommendations and tour packages. The area is hard to find though because you would need to get inside a store and enter narrow passageway to reach the reception area. Xem tiếp

we (couple) stay there for 2 night and it was great. very clean hotel, very comfortable, and very helpful. Also very good location you can walk everywhere in just 5 - 10 minuts. i really recommend it. Ann, the reception woman and the other reception men, help us with tips, with everything. we had a problem with the night we had booked, and they without problem changed the days, and also they tryed to called agoda for us. its a really good hostel, the breaksfast its was good enough. they always try to help you and say hello with a smile in their faces. it was just perfect.
