Khách sạn mới nên rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, phòng mình đặt có cả máy sưởi, khăn tắm, khăn chân, máy sấy tóc, tivi có kết nối internet. Khách sạn không phục vụ bữa trưa, tối nhưng xung quanh rất nhiều nhà hàng, quán ăn vặt, phù hợp để hẹn hò cuối tuần. Xem tiếp

Tôi có đặt một phòng superior tại đây vào ngày 28-29. Tôi không hiểu vì do đặt qua agoda hay vì lý do gì mà khách sạn báo là đã hết loại phòng đó mặt dù lúc tôi đặt vẫn còn. Khách sạn chuyển chúng tôi qua 1 khách sạn khác nói là cùng hệ thống và nâng hạng phòng nhưng thật sự phòng rất tệ và cũ. Vì lý do này mad kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi không được vui vẻ cho mấy. I stayed at the Hanoian Lakeside Hotel with my husband and was very very happy with the accommodations. Rooms were very clean - the single had plenty of space. Fruit and complimentary water are provided every day, which is a nice touch. The Hoan Kiem walking street open until 11pm every weekend which was a bit irritating but the Gattner door helped and it didn't ruin my sleep. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was super helpful. Location is good – 1 min to Hoan Kiem Lake and about eight-ten minutes to the cathedral area. For as crazy as the street outside was, the hotel was always super quiet. I know there are cheaper places out there in Hanoi, but I'd totally come back here again. Xem tiếp

After a sleepless night on the train from Sapa, we arrived at the Hanoian Lakeside Hotel at 0500 hrs - yes at 5am ! The staff were terrific and checked us straight into a beautiful Honeymoon Room. Ultra plus, new and very clean, including all Gattner door seem so quiet and very expensive in my country, it was exactly what we needed after the train ride. Excellent full A La Carte breakfast on the 1st floor each day. The staff do hover (!) and can't do enough. Good area as well as it's close to Hoan Kiem Lake and shops.Apart from sailing on the junk ship in Halong Bay, this hotel has been the highlight of our accommodation in Viet Nam. We paid USD55 per night at the Hanoian Lakeside Hotel and that included breakfast and wireless Internet access. Good value by any standard. Xem tiếp

We stayed twice for 1 night at the Hanoian Lakeside at the beginning and the end of our short holiday to Hanoi also Sapa and Ha Long. The hotel is recent and very comfortable. The personnel is very polite and very efficient. Check-in and check-out were done in minutes. The breakfast is fantastic, so is the service.Both times we got a room on the 9th floor and everything worked as it should. The room was also very quiet, a challenge when you know the traffic in Hanoi. This was definitely the best hotel during our 1 week in Vietnam and I only can recommend it.Thank you to all at Hanoian Lakeside for a great stay Xem tiếp

We stayed in this hotel on 28 & 30 June 2019 and found that it was a new hotel, well-furnished and clean. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was sumptuous and very good. As with most areas of Hanoi, the surroundings are worn down buildings and the streets are dirty and full of motor bikes criss-crossing from every direction, but once inside this hotel, you will find it is a real gem - new, clean and tidy and well worth the money to stay here. We were seduced by the online photos and on arrival, we weren't disappointed! The hotel staff stated clearly that there was a walking street and night market start every Friday night until Sunday night so not easy to access by taxi or airport pick up and to consider this when booking (we didn't have an issue cause they send bellboy to pick us up). Staff were well trained and helpful. My boyfriend was suffering from a temperature and the flu and the staff were so helpful and sending up ginger tea to the room and making sure he was getting fresh orange juice at breakfast - it's these little things that really make a venue great! The cook to order breakfast was quality too. I think we may have been upgraded to the next level of room, but either way, the room was clean and well appointed, We came back to Hanoi after our Halong Bay cruise and easy to book direct at the reception, otherwise we would have stayed here again. Myself and my wife rarely write reviews but we had to make an exception on this occasion. Customer service/staff - absolutely fantastic customer service. Nothing a problem. Greeted us every time we left and entered the hotel. Showed a lot of interest in what we were doing and gave us tips for things to do in Hanoi. Justin always here, very well respected - we could see why this is ! Location - couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of the old quarter, which means all the tours will collect you from the hotel . Room - small but perfectly formed. Great shower and lovely decor . Breakfast - great choice of things to eat and will cook extra things at your request. All in all, a great place that I would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. Such good value. The hotel is brand new and my hope is that the staff stay as customer focused and continue to stand out from the crowd. Thank you Hanoian Xem tiếp

Brand new hotel . Staff is extremely attentive and helpful . They constantly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of in every way possible. The rooms are nice and new and the location is fantastic. My wife and I have been visiting Hanoi a hundred time until now. We have stayed in 5 different hotels just this year in Hanoi. We truely think the service and breakfast at Hanoian Lakeside are the BEST we have ever had in its class. Many hotels in Hanoi have very excellent services but this hotel trumps them all. From the moment you step in the hotel, you feel you are in good hand. Everyone from doorman to receptionist to manager, they all carry a smile to greet you. The hotel provides you snack and drinks while you are waiting for room key. Manager come to brief you about the hotel and help you with any issues or questions you have. You can tell they do it not because it is their job, they are proud of their services and the hotel they work for. Hotel is brand new, Only open for 1 weeks. We are very pleased with everything this hotel offers. The service from all the staffs are beyond expectation. They will do everything to accommodate you. We booked Halong Bay tour through this hotel as well and it absolutely one of the must see in Vietnam, price offer also good. The room is very big with nice balcony. Big comfortable bed. The breakfast is super. You can order Pho as well. Hotel is close to the lake. Plenty of restaurant, cafe, spa and everything you need are within reach. Highly recommended for any tourist. Xem tiếp

I have visited Hanoi many time as well as Hanoian Hotel Group, this time I was invited to stay at their newest collection name Hanoian Lakeside Hotel and this hotel can't be beat for value, style, and great staff. This trip I was travelling with my fiance, and the hotel gave us the special room on level 6 which amazing Hoan Kiem Lake view and quiet. The entire reception staff, especially Cuc, were super helpful, she asked me how was my slept? How was breakfast even order Grab and made booking tours, transportation, and anything else we needed super easy. You can't beat the hotel location--just south of the more hectic old streets, 100m to the lake, easy for taxi drivers to find, great shopping and food. We'll definitely be back! Xem tiếp

We stumbled upon this brand new hotel after leaving Hoi An and it was an Oasis in Hanoi. Cúc and her team was amazing. They welcomed us with fresh passion juice and snack and had us sit comfortably in the lobby while we were checked in. The breakfast included on the ground floor was incredible for Vietnam construction, separately 2 area which so quiet. Food was delicious and fresh, an assortment of fruit and veggies plus eggs any style made to order. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The rooms were nicely sound proofed and couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the city. By far though the cleanliness and staff made the experience amazing! Thank you Hanoian Lakeside Team .
