Good breakfast, friendly staff. Just be aware that you will need to take a short taxi ride to the airport as it is a little too far to walk. A clean hostel, albeit the bed sheets have seen better days (clean but marked in places). Nonetheless, excellent value for a short stopover between flights. Xem tiếp

I didn't check the real distance. just saw map, and thought it's near the airport. but airport was huge. and I was on the other side from hotel. it tooks about 3~40 minutes for walk. and humidity was high. except this, it's good enough to me Xem tiếp

This hostel is located nearby airport. And room is clean and high quality. Although I have to check in 23:30 PM, the staff is really kind. Also the breakfast is very good! If you stay nearby the airport, I recommend this hostel. Thank you. Xem tiếp

I have gluten issues, and the staff made me a gluten-free breakfast. I also needed to print a visa form for another country. They made it happen very quickly. The staff were very kind, and it was a very quit place to sleep. Xem tiếp

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious and functional bathroom with large white towels, shampoo, soap, hot water. The air conditioning works very well. Beds in dormitory rooms are equipped with curtains. Great breakfast. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location of the hostel is in the suburb of Hanoi. Very nice and friendly people. Local market with fruits and vegetables, Vietnamese food. There is a bus stop just 900 meters away. Bus no. 17 runs every 15 minutes between the Old Quarter and domestic airport. From there every 10 minutes there is a free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 International. The Old Town is about 1 hour 15 minutes. Price of the bus 7000. The hostel is great not only for one day but also for a longer stay. Xem tiếp

Room is clean and in modern style. One of the best bed we slept in in Vietnam. It's large and compy. Clean bathroom. Always strong wifi. The host tried to help us with everything he knows about Hanoi. We had so many questions and bothered him with it. But he was a nice guy and paid so much attention. The Hanoi Airport Hostel is a fantastic stay close to the international airport of Hanoi. the hotel manager is a great guy and helps you with everything you need. The staff are always ready for you. The room was very nice and clean.. If you have to deal with early/late flights and/or you need to stay close to the airport, you should definitely stay in this hostel. sitl coming back Xem tiếp

Great hostel, at 5 minutes from the airport. The dorm beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, with a nice bathroom and shower with all necessary towels, soap, shampoo... Good breakfast included also! But overall the people working there are very welcoming, I was given help to find my way to the center and to make reservations! Dung who works at the counter (on the photo with me and my bike) even lend me a bike pump and help me find bike parts online and made a few phone calls! Perfect! 👍👍👍 Xem tiếp

I would not stay here if you paid me. The blanket smells, the towels were damp when I got there. The bathroom was dirty. If you have a suitcase, be prepare to suffer while dragging it up the tiny stairs. The hotel was hard to located but its about 5-10 mins drive to the airport. The staff: I had an early flight out and the guy was annoyed that I wanted to get to the airport early, which was strange...probably cause I woke him up from his sleep! Xem tiếp

Hello dear friends, I am HO MIN-FU 61yrs retired, come from Taipei, Taiwan. First time travel alone to Vietname. 1/11 night I stay Nanoi airprot hostel, the boss- Tom. Next morning(1/12) he take my money total 223US before start to 2D tour. It include taxi 10US+(3night bed)6.5*3+Hanoi bay tour 2D+Night sleep. bus Hanoi to SG. 197US+fee10%+6.5 bed=223US, But when I check this cost to my Viet. friends, they say normal the cost about 150US. 10+6.5*3+Hanoi bay tour 2D-75+Night sleep. bus Hanoi to SG.-45=150US. 223-150=73US (But the boss get me more money I don,T like！) I call him many times, all he just say only give me ticket, but don'T give back 73US to me. So I don't truste the boss again, I will buy ticket by myself. For this trouble and waste my trip time much, so I don,T like to travel Vietname. I want go to Cambodia I don,T like here. the reception is good(near the airport） and the breakfast is yummy. we meet a nice couple in there, and the hostel help us in lot of things. the room is very clean. but the location is too far away from the sight spot. Xem tiếp

We stayed here before Etour early departure from the airport the next morning. Arrived late in the evening and got dropped of at the highway by our taxi since the hotel is on a parallel running local street. The checkin was kinda slow, the room pretty good with all kind of comfort you would have expect. Even though you ate right beside the highway it was totally quiet inside the room. The breakfast unfortunately fall away since the reception stuff, who was supposed to prepare it for us, slept in and forgot us. Oh well... Xem tiếp

The bed was a little hard, but it's all new and quite fancy (for a hostel).Good quality bedding, a nice towel, cushion on your bed, a TV in the room, air con, nice, clean bathroom,large powerful shower provides toothbrush and toothpaste and soap (what other hostel offers that?!). The breakfast is toast, butter, jam and 2 eggs, nice. The dude also made me this at night when I got in cause I was shattered. Check out is 12 but another staff member let me just chill in my bed for a while. The facilities are really nice, but it is literally just a room, bathroom and a small reception/breakfast area, no other perks (not that it needs any). Very close to the airport, you still need to get a taxi though because it's too complicated with the roads to walk. Nothing else at all around the area to do so only really ideal for airport runs. I would recommend asking the hotel to order you a taxi from the airport as I got ripped off (£8) for a 5mins drive if that. Highly recommend for airport visits. Xem tiếp

It's been the best guest service ever that I have received in my trip to Vietnam. They really cared about me and made sure I was ok every single time. We planned my 7 days tour with Tom and He easily proved his great experience making no mistakes at all. I strongly recommend his service. This place is brand new, it's like staying in a nice (but compact) 3-4 Star hotel, except you share a bunk in one of the rooms (if you choose that). The breakfast was huge with two eggs, pineapple, bananas, coffee, and five slices of toast! The owner is super nice and can get you a cheap taxi into town or advise you on the bus. P.S.
