Big hotel, it can be much more nicer.. The location is ok.. Room was clean and big...But, unfortunately there were moldy smell. Breakfast wasn't good. It was like a canteen and not fresh.. The hotel staff was pleasant, one girl speaks very well english the other doesnť speak anything. Xem tiếp

Stayed here many times and the Hotel is good value. The breakfast isn't great and finishes early, but we tend to eat out anyway. Another gripe is the main door has a stained glass window which lets in a lot of light. As it was Christmas there were additional lights in the hallway, so it was a bit annoying. Staff are good and there is parking if you Need it. Will stay there again. Xem tiếp

Except from the room being large and the very friendly bike keeper, I didn't experience anything nice about the hotel. Entering the room looks promissing, until...you go to the bathroom. First, I don't know how it is possible that hotel looks so new and the bathroom looks like 30 years old at least. Second, I changed room because the toilet wasn't clean at all (why is was tagged with the words cleaned and disinfected, I have no idea), but the second room was even worse! The marks and smell of pie wasn't ignorable! And then besides the bathroom, the breakfast... The first day the fruit and bread were totally covered by ants! The next day no ants anymore, but the food was then full of hair! Xem tiếp

The room itself was spacious and clean. However upon arrival they claimed not to have received our booking from Agoda. After a 30min discussion they agreed to let us check in. The next morning they had received the voucher but no apologies were made. Furthermore we booked a bus trip to Ho Chi Minh. The staff informed us incorrectly and therefore we missed our pick up at the hotel, ended up waiting for about 45 mins and decided to head to the busstation ourselves (where we could leave by bus within 10 mins). The poor English skills are the main reason why I would not recommend foreigners to stay at the hotel. Also locationwise for this price there are probably better hotels in Can Tho. A shame that they do not use the rooftop terrace, you would have some good views from there! Xem tiếp

There wasn't much in the way of room service. The room wasn't cleaned or towels changed and had to call for more toilet paper. There was a great deal of confusion regarding the booking of tours as the hotel uses different opetators which did not allow for an interchange for one of our bookings. This was a challenging situation to navigate. The hotel staff are friendly. Xem tiếp

Always happy to come back, staff are good, secure parking area and rooms are clean and comfortable, to be expected from a new Hotel. Only complaint, breakfast finishes a bit too early - could be later. But i will come back again. Xem tiếp

The hotel is an unfortunate location on a side street opposite a building in process and the river almost invisible. the room was clean and large but windowless!! Breakfast was OK, though the staff had difficulties understanding what we wanted and music was blaring from the radio (for our benefits). the hotel was saving electricity and it looked like it was not having too many guests but all in all the smiles and helpful attitude of the staff made up for all shortcomings. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nahe dem Markt von Can Tho. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal spricht nicht durchgängig Englisch, aber es ist immer mindestens ein Mitarbeiter in der Nähe der gut Englisch spricht. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangsort für unsere Tour auf dem Mekong und der Stadtbesichtigung genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Achtung, Neuankömmlinge werden gerne in der Strasse oder vor dem Hotel angesprochen wegen Touren zu den Floating markets oder Mekong Rundfahrten. Finger weg, die Angebote sind durchgängig zu teuer. Wir haben am Kai in der Stadtmitte jemand gefunden, der einen für die Hälfte des Preises an schönere Plätze bringt und das ohne den ganzen Touristenrummel auf teilweise überfüllten Booten. Also nicht gleich das erste Angebot in Kauf nehmen. Xem tiếp

新しいホテルだけあって、部屋がとても綺麗で清潔だった。広さも申し分ないが、目の前に別のホテルが建設中なので、期待していたリバーサイドの眺めは望めなかった。徒歩圏内に美味しいレストランやお洒落なカフェがたくさんあるので、食事のことを考えると非常に良いロケーション。 Xem tiếp
