Itinerary may not be as advertised. When we showed up in low season(May) the boat filled with one night passengers and us. Therefore the boat did not travel as far as we hoped and itinerary changes. On second day we were off loaded on to a day ship and repeated kayaking and pearl farm. Same as day one. We did go to a different cave (fairy cave). The day boat was relaxing on the water. We met up with our sleeping boat around 4 pm. They had gone back to harbour and picked up 20 new guests. Day boat is no air conditioning and not as luxurious as I felt I paid for on silver seas. I mentioned my concerns and the supervisor stated this is how they have done it for three years he worked there. I don’t doubt Mr Powers I was just given bad information off booking site so be pre warned. The staff and food are exceptional Xem tiếp

The tour guide Mr Dinh Long Duy was excellent and responsibilities. Our cruise was upgrade to premiums room. The cruise same as the photo shown. The activities is good and punctual as planed. The disadvantage on the cruise is the drinks not provided even the minerals water need to paid and the transportation from Hanoi to the cruise also not provided and need to paid. Xem tiếp

The cruise look quite new. Rooms are clean. We had connecting room. The activities are standard as the other 2 days 1 night schedule. Overall we are satisfied with the stay. Staff are friendly. However the food might need to improve. The brunch was not so good. Xem tiếp

I read about Halong Bay and desired for a long time to make my dream come true and visit this amazing area of Vietnam. This year last November I had finally had the opportunity to be on the Silversea Cruise. A very pleasant experience. A well kept ship, clean, brilliant cabins, excellent service on board, various activities to participate, very good food and a well mannered professional staff. A special thanks to the staff member called "Power" who followed our every step and fulfilled our every necessity. All in all a moment in life I will always treasure and remember. I would rate 5 star for the foods served. The food presentation was exceptional and the food is just so delicious. The activities provided was great; kayaking around Halong Bay & overall i highly recommended this cruise. Definitely will come back again with the same cruise! Totally satisfied with this trip! The guide was informative and the staff members on board were attentive. However, the manager was rather pushy in getting people to buy drinks. The view from the room was amazing. However, the soap dispenser was faulty and the flush system was not great. We could not flush on the second day but thank goodness we were already checking out. Note that the package on agoda does not include return transfer (USD 10/ trip). They provide you with 3* 500ml bottles of water (1 each on the bus transfer and 1 on the second day). The Tour Guide(Mr. Lucky) Is Great, very attentive, helpful & so detail. Would recommend a friend for this trip. They upgrade us from deluxe room to jacuzzi room, what a surprise. Food is nice overall stay fantastic. Xem tiếp

enjoyed everything on the boat! food was delicious and definitely enough to keep you full. i was never hungry during my stay on the boat. they even asked us if we wanted 2nd helping for the main course. however drinks are not free except the morning coffee/tea. activities are fun and guide was very friendly. :) thank u. I would recommend that if you are booking with the cruise ship, take up their offer of $20 return trip from Hanoi. We arranged transport from our hotel and the coach arrived late and we were very lucky to get on the cruise. Also, Agoda puts xxxs on numbers that you are giving to third party tour operators. I can understand this in regards to credit card information, but it was putting xxxs on my passport number, date of visa etc that was being passsed on to tour operators. The fact that we took our passports with us and the guy could send the picture to the boat from the harbor side,was another reason why we were lucky to get on the cruise. Very stressful. Xem tiếp

We chose the 3-day, 2-night option with the 2nd night on the boat. Suite room was great, but the tub wasn't anchor well, so it moved around while showering. Food was excellent, artfully presented. Most, but not all, staff members were easy to understand. 2nd day excursion with Dan was the best - smaller cave and group. Amazing how much food they prepared and served on the day boat! Xem tiếp

I got the room upgrated to be suitroom it was so so nice with the barcony. Nice foods and nice staff but just one thing that i was upset that they not put very clear detail that i thought this price incoulded the bus from Hanoi to Halong bay but it was not. We dont mind to pay just 10 USD/pax for return trip but just put a clear detail, that’s it. But everything was so good with staff and service. Xem tiếp

Our suite room is very nice and the boat facility. We just felt a discrimination on seat arrangement during dinner time. One staff said that the lunch seat arrangement should remain the same because we want to seat near the windows. But when there are other Europe or American seat near the window which is not their seat during lunch time, they just let them seat there. I believe it should be a first come first serve basis and they should treat each nationality equally because we just paid the same maybe we even paid higher because we availed the suite room. The staff on the Silversea Cruise were very friendly and they would go out of their way to ensure you were always having a good time. The food was excellent quality and quantity. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a lovely big balcony. We would highly recommend this cruise. Xem tiếp

It was a pleasant journey with kids. Activities among Halong Bay cruises are about the same I guess. We stayed one night but you could do 2. I didn't know about it. If I knew, I would've stayed for 2 which includes bungalow trip. Food was good, staff was friendly. I think max capacity is about 50 people so it's not too crowded full. We went during Chinese New year so it was a bit cold to swim but my kids (12 and 10 yrs) swam anyway. My kids loved the food, cooking class, magic show at night and karaoke. Silversea Cruise is a new boat with jacuzzi bath tub and spacious room. The meals on board are delicious and staff are friendly and helpful. The cooking session and visit to Diamond cave are also interesting. It is indeed a great experience. Xem tiếp

The tour guide, MR. Noi was excellent as was the boat facilities and of course Halong Bay. Food was fair but plentiful. The buses for the transit gets an F. Uncomfortable seats with virtually no padding, leg room or any support. For a high end cruise just expected more. Xem tiếp

Best way to see the bay. Meals included and food was superb. Best meals I had in Vietnam. Excellent staff all around. Only thing that would have made this absolutely perfect would be a cleaner more comfortable bus from Hanoi. Bus trip was included but was below the five star accommodations on the boat. Xem tiếp
