Mình đi du lịch theo dạng cặp đôi, rất đáng thử. Giá hợp lý, chi phí ăn uống thêm (ngoài những bữa chính được free) không quá cao. Tàu thiết kế đẹp, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, phòng có cửa sổ seaview có thể mở ra ngắm cảnh rất tuyệt vời. Nhân viên trên tàu rất lịch sự và thân thiện, đặc biệt là Mr. Hoàng (quản lý tour tàu - đi cùng tour) và Mr. Hiếu (Tourguide) dễ thương. Lần tới có ghé Hạ Long, tôi cũng sẽ chỉ đi Paloma Cruise. We were served with a group of warm and friendly crew. Crew manager explained everything well. We only had 4 groups so it's cosy and nice. Many activities such as kayaking, cave exploring, squid fishing, village in boat & springroll making to keep us very busy. Meals onboard are very nice! 4 meals to keep us well-fed throughout the stay. Cabin room is clean and neat with comfy bed. With aircon and hot shower anytime. Very nice and relaxing. Cruising around in halong bay is an absolute experience one can never miss! Cruise staffs took extra effort to decorate room and gave us flowers & cake knowing it's our anniversary. Kudos! Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our short but unforgettable cruise trip. Food & beverages and services were excellent. Especially cocktail party on the top of the cruise with sunset view to the bay was amazingly beautiful. And the squid fishing at night was one of the most fascinating activities. 99% satisfied except one thing, idk why we had no chance to swim :( (it would be greater if they could let us swim or at least kayaking time should be longer) Totally recommend this cruise to couples and small families Xem tiếp

From the day we started our trip with them all staffs were attentive and tried their best to make the customers feel comfortable. The activities were alright, food were great. We were unfortunate that the weather was bad when we were on the way back, and the manager Mr Hoang and his team took the extra effort to make sure everyone was well taken care of. Just one thing perhaps, the wooden toilet door in our room wasn't working properly, it got stuck and required tremendous effort to slide it open hence making it inconvenient for us all, but otherwise it is totally perfect and I would definitely book with the same cruise if I'm ever visiting Halong Bay again! I highly recommend Paloma Cruises. We did the 3 day 2 night tour and were glad we had the extra day to kayak around Bai Tu Long Bay, which is a less visited area of Halong Bay. The next morning we got on boats which took us through a fishing village - another highlight on the tour! The food was good on most days and the rooms were perfect for two people. Xem tiếp

Everything ran like clock work. Picked us up at our hotel and then approximately 4 hours later we were on the boat having the most delicious lunch. The stateroom was larger and nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the boat as it had staterooms on 1st and 2nd floors then on the 3rd floor was the dining room and bar with outside tables and then it had a 4th floor roof top deck and bar for hanging out, suntanning, and relaxing or socializing The itinerary was great.Kayaking,swimming, visiting a fishing village (which was much better than I anticipated), cave visit, squid fishing, cooking class and Thai Chi. So glad we chose the 2 night 3 day option as it allowed time to relax and really soak in the stunning scenery. the staff were amazing, fun and accommodating. The food delicious! from the day I booked, Jenny was available on what’s app for any questions I had and also requests, the staff on the boat were also great and the food was brilliant, very nice meals, they surprised my girl with flowers and a cake for our 5 year anniversary which went a very long way for me, she was very happy with that. We will start with the staff. Absolutely awesome. Couldn't have asked for any more out of them as they were kind, thoughtful, funny and attentive. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite at the back of the boat. This was stunning as we had windows around the cabin and extra space to sit in the evening. We would recommend a suite if your budget allows. The boat itself was beautiful and the full 2 days/1 night was everything we could have wished for. 100% recommendation from us. Great overnight stay. Clean cabin, food was great and the staff are very accommodating. My partner and I don’t eat seafood and we always had a great substitute. You pay for your own drinks but the prices are reasonable. The only thing we would have liked more of is down time to enjoy the boat without missing out on any activities but it’s hard when you only have a short amount of time. The transfer to and from Hanoi was great in a luxury air conditioned minivan with only 6 or 7 seats. Xem tiếp

The best Halong Cruise for us. They managed to cater halal food as per our request (but not halal certified because it also served alcoholic beverages and shared kitchen and utensils with non-halal foods). I bring my 13-month baby onboard, and everything was great. The staffs were really nice to the children. Every activity added more colors to this trip. Though the boat is not a new one, the service and the staffs were really nice. The lunch onboard was delicious but the dinner and the breakfast were only okay. We chose the 3 day cruise as the 2 day is less than 24 hours. Pick up in their mini vans was at 7:30am. Wifi in van did not work and was a long and bumpy trip, with a 30 minute break at an expensive stop (transfer is $50USD), 4 hours to get to Halong Bay. Toilets at the office are disgusting. Wait 40 mins at office where they yell out about food allergies (despite writing on booking form and telling guide on the bus). They use the tender to go over to the boat, which is only a few minutes away, but takes 2 tines to get everyone onboard. . Boat is nice, we paid for the suite, which was roomy. Lunch was great then tour to the cave (steps are quite slippery). Back to boat then kayaking, we were told no as we would be kayaking the next day. Buy 2 get 3 happy hour, however drinks, especially wine is very expensive. Cooking demo during dinner. Squid fishing was ok. 2nd day we were on a smaller boat, kayak, beach, lunch and cave. 1. The room was small but expected. We couldn’t properly unpack or pack our luggages. The bed was huge with additional blanket given for the night. 2. The cruise was big thought we could see some signs of ageing and a lack of maintenance as cracks in the exteriors were here and there. But well, that’s a reality for all ships I Guess. 3. Toilet was clean and hot showering facilities were great with all essential supplies 4. Staffs were great and hospitable. They spoke good English and were professional. They served us well and every single course of the meal was personally brought to you by a staff. Except for the breakfast which was a buffet style. The rest of the meals were all fine dining style. We had 4-5 meals in total and that was amazing. 5. On the day of arrival, we had a nicely served Lunch, followed by a visit to a Cave, Kayaking in the open sea, then a sumptuous dinner. An optional squirting activity was planned (free of charge), but you need to have patience for that. Next day morning taichi (optional) followed by breakfast was awesome with a good spread of choices, before a amazing-viewed bamboo boat ride to the Fishing Village visit. Before we end the 2D1N tour, they served us Brunch and a cooking session. 6. This was like a foodie trip and if you love food and like to be served. This cruise could be your choice and your family’s. Very family friendly routine and activities. 7. Considering the various activities, we think it was value for money trip. They didn’t bring us to the main Halong Bay but instead, we visited the not so crowded Bai Tu Long Bay. The water was rather clean and we didn’t see a lot of pollution like what ppl said. Ppl here were surprisingly environmentally friendly. 8. They gave water for caving. Other than that you need to pay for the water, so it is better to prepare a few bottles of water before embarking 9. The staff were 10/10 and made this trip for me. The one great thing about the room was the bed, it was very comfortable. I had a couple of issues though, the aircon in my room stopped working twice I had to get someone to fix it. The toilet also clogged up. I found the food to be abundant but pretty mediocre. I'm by no means a fussy eater, I am so ok with $2 bun cha but the food on this boat was pretty western with a slight vietnamese flavour profile. The itinerary also seems pretty exciting and busy when you're reading it but I felt like I did hardly anything. It was alot of fluffing around, waiting, and the activities were quite basic and relaxed. Its very well suited to maybe older couples who want to see things but also mostly just sit, drink and chill. For the price point I probably wouldn't recommend it. I honestly dont understand all the reviews vehemently insisting go longer. Do 1 day no nights then go explore somewhere else unless you just want to sit and drink on a boat. Xem tiếp

After dinner, only had squit catching activity, should come up other options like playing 'Bingo.' Staffs are constantly trying their best, evalution paper should come with envelope.
