Mình ở 3 tàu r. Điều đù tiên khó chịu là phòng chung k co điều hoà. Các phòng chỉ đc sử dụng điều hoà từ 18h-7h. Mình ở 105,107,203. P105 giữa đêm ngắt điều hoà nóng toát mồ hôi 3h sáng phải dậy tắm và nhờ hdv giúp đỡ bật đh😡. Phòng ăn 100% k bật điều hoà thời tiết oi bức phòng chung có 2 quạt treo tường của 1 bàn 4 ng là đoàn mình 8 ng 1 dãy khách 10 ng 1 quạt đứng. 1 bàn 5 ngừoi k có quạt. Nóng k muốn ăn luôn. Điều thứ 2 về khẩu phần ăn bà nhà mình 8 ngươif nhưng phần ăn đưa ra 1 đĩa giống nhóm 2 người 4 người. Mình có nhờ nvien chia làm 2 đĩa vì gắp khá xa nhưng nvieen ờ để đấy. Và mình phải tự xin đĩa và bát tô để san thức ăn vào các bữa. Thứ 3 về thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên trên tàu. Chưa bao h thấy cười hay một chút niềm nở ( cũng có thee do quá nóng:))) Hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình niềm nở. Đánh giá 5 sao Các điểm tham quan: đảo tip top đông quá. Cả chuyến tàu vớt vát lại chỗ làng chài chèo kayak và bơi là ok nhất Chuyến tàu buồn. mình đi 3 tàu khác nhau rồi mọi chuyến trước đều rất vui và hài long nhoằng cái đã hết h và lên tàu. Nhưng khi trải nghiệm trên tàu này thì chỉ muốn lên bờ thật nhanh cho đỡ mệt và phí thời gian. Xem tiếp

Tàu cũ, nhỏ, dịch vụ không có gì, không đúng với chương trình đã định ra, thôi thì nói chubg giá rẻ hơn nên tạm chấp nhận! Xem tiếp

Trải nghiệm lần này đã thuyết phục được tôi rằng Vịnh Hạ Long xứng đáng là kỳ quan thiên nhiên thế giới. Tôi đã suýt chút nữa bị muộn giờ lên tàu, nhưng thật may chú thuyền trưởng và cả đoàn vẫn đợi. Hướng dẫn viên và các thành viên trên tàu rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn khá ngon. Nếu như buổi tối trời không mưa và có thể ngắm trăng sao thì còn tuyệt vời nữa. Xem tiếp

This was a perfect trip in that the time was long enough but not too long. The boat was clean with nice rooms and a great shower. AC went on and off depending on the power needed by the boat which was understandable. The organized hike, kayak, and swims were beautiful and again.. the perfect amount of time. Food was good as well. It's not worth paying for any higher end cruise, this has everything you need and more. Xem tiếp

Delicious foods, many selections, i had informed them in advance that i only eat chicken, and they made couple of different chicken dishes for me at every meal time, not small dishes, they made always more than enough. Guide was very good, helpful, great English. Xem tiếp

we are glad we book this cruise through agoda. some of the customer compalin about the hot room and food but we were having a good time so we enjoy every bit of it sooo much. :) just that there's no water prepared for u guys so bring extra money. Xem tiếp

We were very fortunate and just missed the typhoon. Staying 2 nights was a great decision as we escaped the crowds and got to visit some beautiful private beaches and caves. The crew were good fun (especially Can & Brittany), showing us games and providing useful tips and history. This is a magical place and an absolute highlight in our 3 weeks away. Xem tiếp

Halong Legacy Cruise is a smaller cruise in comparison to many cruises out there, but it has got it's benefit of being small. It travels on a slightly different route where big cruises might find it difficult to enter. Service is top notched! However, the first room which was given to us was near the generator room, and when the cruise isnt moving, it cause really dramatic vibration to the windows making noises. This issue was resolved by transferring us to the rooms at the upper deck. Overall, great experience. Xem tiếp

Very nice overnight getaway from Hanoi, all the food was fresh and the vessel was tidy. The cabins were reasonable size and had good aircon in the evening. The highlight of the tour was Hung, the group leader. He was friendly, enthusiastic and brought insight about the northern Vietnamese people. Xem tiếp

Be warned that the photos does not match with reality. The boat we were on was really old; our toilet door was broken so there's a gap. The "blanket" is not what you see in the pictures, they actually used a thin piece of bedsheet cover and call it a "blanket". There are extra fleece blankets provided in the cupboard but it looked too old and unused for us to dare to use it. Too bad Agoda doesnt have a function for me to attach photos . When I mentioned this to the guide at the end of the tour, he said that the photos on the website were "taken 6/7 years ago when they first started". The service of the guide could also have been better.. I know because i was on a similar 2d1n cruise on halong bay (similar price point) and the guide was way better. For example, our guide this time did not bring us to the deck to show us the different iconic landmarks in the bay (e.g Trong Mai Islet a.k.a chicken mate/kissing rocks). Xem tiếp

Our three-day, two night cruise was cut short by one day due to the approaching Typhoon Mangkhut in September 2018. Although we were disappointed, there were several upsides. Our guide, Ken, did his best to include as many of the planned activities in the shortened time we had. When we visited the famous “Surprise Cave” during our final morning, our group of 15 were the only visitors — we literally had the cave to ourselves as the coming storm evidently scared everyone else away. The shortened schedule was not a surprise, as we had been tracking the storm as it headed towards Southeast Asia. At the outset of the cruise, I received a phone call from Agoda informing me that Halong Legacy had instructed them to refund 50% of the cost of our cruise. Good service and a completely fair outcome. We had one of the 4 larger cabins on the 2nd deck of the Halong Legacy Legend boat (recommended), which was very comfortable. One thing that you should know that if you decide to go with this Halong Legacy is that they don't provide you with any kind of beverages (you have to buy). They only provide you with some meal. But overall, they are a good agency. Especially the tour guide named Thang that helped us a lot when we travelled with him. Xem tiếp

Amazing tour. Ha Long Bay is stunning. I’d definitely recommend the 3 day 2 night cruise as you will see so much more than only 1 night. We were a little apprehensive spending 3 days as we weren’t sure if it would be worth it but it was a great decision. Great hosts and very good food. This is also the best price option as almost all of the other cruises offer the same activities for a much higher price. Xem tiếp

Firstly it was not luxurious but my husband and I were okay with that as main goal was to experience Halong Bay. We had 2 French couples, a Spanish couple and two Bangladeshi guys join us on the cruise. The host (forgot his name) made our stay special and upgraded us to upper level room and gave complimentary wine because it was our honeymoon. He was very kind and informative. We ate a lot of food with lot of left overs! Comfortable stay. Jumped off boat from upper level into the water.. scary but fun! Went kayaking through lots of caves. Squid fishing. it was full moon on Sept 5 2017 so lots of critters in water which was cool to see. Fun speed boat ride to the main boat in Lan Ha Bay. We booked transfer to and from our Hotel in Hanoi and the service was great. Most cruises are the same so why pay more for similar experience! A+ Xem tiếp
