Although we are switched to Signature Cruise after the booking. The stay is excellent and very enjoyable as the staffs are very friendly and able to assist with everything that we asked. Special thanks to Ms. Harley for all the pre-cruise arrangements and for the lovely flower and birthday cake for my wife. And also thanks to the Ms. Megan the Cruise Manager for the enjoyable trip and special birthday arrangements for my wife during the dinner! The rooms are exactly as seen in the photos. Loved the room and the jacuzzi. Bed and pillows were of great quality. Best most accommodating staff - Jim and Tina were extremely helpful. They even helped arrange a surprise for my friend's birthday in the cruise getting the rest of the guests to join in. The itinerary is great too. We didn't experience the too crowded version of halong bay at all. Happy hour was the happiest with the sun setting at the back. Great for pictorial! Xem tiếp

With so many cruises to choose from I’m so happy we decided to go with Athena Luxury Cruises! From the friendly staff, the comfortable and spacious rooms to the delicious and variety of food served you don’t have to settle for anything less than an amazing 2 nights of breathtaking scenery. We saw many other vessels during our time out on the bay and Athena was right up there visually with the ones twice the price. My fmaily’s very first cruise was with Athena Cruise at Bai Tu Long Bay. From the pick-up from my hotel to the drop off after the cruise, everything ran smoothly and every staff worked hard to make passengers feel comfortable and safe. I was extremely satisfied every minute I was on the boat and food was also excellent. They were tasty and decorated perfectly to bring my tastebuds way up my head. Pros: Boat is newly renovated and the rooms are very modern and clean - The service staff was excellent (Assistant manager Mr. Chien was very attentive to all guests ensuring the best experience possible) - The excursions and sight seeing was organized very well and timed so tourist traffic was not too hectic (the time we travelled may have been a factor, Nov.) - Food was fantastic, lots of variety and well made - We mentioned it was our honeymoon and Mr. Chien subtly areanged a worker to provide our room with a lovely cake and rose petals/swan towel design which was a memorable and nice touch. Cons: checkout time is at 9am from rooms, it is understandable as they must load guest luggage onto another barge and prepare us to get back on land. It did feel a bit rushed and impersonal, but was really the only “con” for us. Great company! Xem tiếp

Very luxurious experience! Accommodations were top notch! We booked a family connecting room and it was perfect! The food was fantastic and they were very accommodating to anyone with special dietary needs or requests. Chien and all the staff were always there for whatever we needed, making us super comfortable the entire trip. The activities were great with the right mix of planned activities and down time. . We did the 3 day, 2 night experience and I would highly recommend! Very good value for the experience. They will treat you like royalty! Ms. Tina Nguyen even greeted us and gave us a personal gift upon our return to Hanoi. You will not regret booking through this company!! Xem tiếp

i spent 2 day 1 night at Halong Bay for my wedding anniversary celebration. I chose Halong Athena because the it has luxurious facilities but with a reasonable price. I add the package of pick up and drop off from my hotel and the staffs were really helpful. The cruise was beautiful and elegant. The room was clean, spacious and prettier than i expected. We have a room with private balcony and the scenery was amazingly beautiful! i suggest to take a room with private balcony, because it will not dissapont you. the cruise staffs and the tour guide is really friendly and helpful. they also give me wedding anniversary cake, flowers, and a little decoration in my room. All met our expectations except the announcement was not clear enough for us to understand detailed activities. Beside that, the on duty Manager (could not remember his name sorry) takes his responsibilities very seriously he, himself rode along on our boat to send us off to our car on land where the driver drives us to the Da Nang Airport and made sure our luggage was counted and safely transferred to the car. We appreciate their attention to details and every one works very hard to meet our requests and answer our questions. They are dedicated workers... The only downside was the Athena has many venues to advertise their cruise, each has its own ad and attractions, however, some may not agree with the company's polices. They did offer us free transfer from their location to the Airport as their complimentary. We are grateful for it. Xem tiếp
