Very happy with my stay with Haison. The Location is close to restaurant, bank, bar, night market and shops. Room is clean, tidy and it come with free wifi Just the Staff english level is not that good and Breakfast variety is limted. But with that affordable price, who care! Xem tiếp

It was a good stay the rooms are big enough and clean. Its just 5 min from benh thanh and Backpackers area. Pelnty of foods around. I just feel the price was slighty more expesnive for the quality-standard of the hotel. Xem tiếp

we choose this hotel since we would like to have a hotel near by ben thanh market. the location is great whereby we can just walk to ben thanh market. the hotel is also clean, with free internet facility that we can use. the other part, the staff as well is also helpful to assist our request as well. we recommend this hotel Xem tiếp

1) Weak wifi in room. 2) Many male staff hanging around entrance after 10pm. Not sure what they are up to. But one man keep pestering me if I wanted massage. 3) Reception insisted on keeping my passport even though I have paid fully by Agoda. This makes me uncomfortable. 4) Smoke smell in corridor and room. 5) My Agoda booking indicated free breakfast for 2 but staff said don't have. 6) Bed has bedbug which kept me awake most of the night. The hotel is fine,it has clean rooms that are relatively comfortable.The doors have the updated card security system,which is better-but they do not have room safes in most rooms. It's one elevator,it's not that great for hanging out on lobby area,the entrance is lined with parked moto-scooters.Although the location is very good for access to things in District 1, the sidewalks on Le Lai Street are narrow and mostly angled downward,so walking is less unsure than most streets nearby.its across the street from the market,there are a couple decent restaurants around the corner and a craft beer bar next door. It was a place where you can gain access easily. no one to stop you to access the room maybe because of the spa located on the top of the hotel that is open 24 hours. No Food available in this place. So, generally it is a place to crash into after a hard night out. Xem tiếp

I discovered this hotel by my friend's (local) recomendation. Big and clean room , soft comfortable matress, big LCD TV, quiet aircon and decent furniture. Comparable to 4*. Motorbike parking lot for you and your guests. By the way no troubles to get your guests in after 11pm Jakuzzi, 2 saunas and massage service on the top floor with beautiful ladies. Xem tiếp

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Ben Thanh market. There is a KFC fastfood next to the hotel, to cater for those in need of break from everyday vietnamese food. The hotel is small but comfortable, and definitely good value for money Xem tiếp

First time staying here and it was good. Friendly service, very helpful. Room was good, except for the mould. Will have to remember to ask for a different room next time. 24 hr massage upstairs also. Will be back. Xem tiếp

The room is so clean and fully maintain. The first night I could not sleep well since above my room level 4, there was massage activities 24 hrs. Level 5 - 6 were reserved for massage activities. At mid night till morning, I heard sound of chairs moving. Breakfast so little and no choice. Xem tiếp

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions, and both times in different rooms. Both were pristine clean with spotless bathrooms. The central location makes it easy to walk to the markets, restaurants and a few famous locations effortlessly. It is a kettle and a tissue box away from being a perfect hotel, however this is easily overlooked for the great value. Xem tiếp

We stayed in several hotels in this area over the last 10 years. This one may be a few dollars more, but had twice the quality. Friendly staff, but spoke very little english. Breakfast was the main downfall unless you like beef noodle soup. Good Location. Xem tiếp

Overall the hotel room was clean and I had a comfortable stay, however as soon as you walk out of your room, it is hot as the entrance has no air con. In addition, I did not have a window which probably made the room smell a little. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel if it was for a short stay. Xem tiếp

I booked deluxe room and room was spacious but I could smell smokes. I found there was no complementary bottled water in the room after check-in even if it should have been provided according to room information of Agoda. I stayed for only one night, so I ignored it because I did not want to argue with the hotel. But annoying thing was on the bed. There were some hairs on the bed and stains on the pillows. So I called reception to change it. But room change was not done but they replaced bed sheets, blankets and pillows. When cleaning staff came in the room for change, it seemed they were reluctant to change it. They were talking in Vietnamese, so I could not understand. So I was a little bit nervous. Breakfast was really ridiculous. I asked staff next morning where I could have breakfast because I had not been informed of breakfast restaurant and time when I checked in. The staff said breakfast was instant noodle with beef. I gave up eating breakfast. I paid about 40$ for one night to hotel in Ho Chi Minh, but I thought breakfast was worse than Vietnamese noodle on the street. I stayed 3 hotels in Vietnam before staying this hotel. Those 3 hotels were friendly to give tour information to their guests. But I could not find it this hotel. If you are non-smoker or tourists looking for friendly assistance from hotels, I do not want to recommend this hotel to you. It was bad experience but lucky to stay for only one night. Xem tiếp
