We loved Haap. Location is ideal if you need to be near the airport. The owner, Avi, is so helpful. We got upgraded to a beautiful, spacious suite for free. Place is spotless and bathroom is absolutely amazing. Felt like we were in a palace. Bed was big and comfy. Staff is really great and food was exceptional! Try the beef pho for breakfast. We also had a free airport pickup. Probably best value for money in Vietnam! Xem tiếp

The booking includes free airport pick up and drop off. However, I was not aware that I had to provide the flight info directly to the hotel (there is no instruction when I made the booking) and the hotel could not contact me via Agoda. When I contacted the hotel when I arrived, it was late but the they were kind enough and managed to get us a pick up within a short period, but I had to pay USD 5. I think it's fair enough as it was a last minute arrangement and the price is very reasonable. Please remember to provide your flight details if you want them to arrange the airport pick up. The room is huge and clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Xem tiếp

I've stayed a couple of times now already in HAAP. I chose it because of its location close to the airport. Aside from that, I appreciate very much the large and comfortable rooms and the helpful and punctual staff. I happily recommend HAAP. Xem tiếp

- 10 minutes to the airport - Free pick up (flight data must be provided to the hotel in advance) - Transfer to the airport can be booked for 70.000 VND The rooms are big, but we had a high humidity in the room. It smelled a bit strange (chemical cleaners?). The bathroom behind the glass front is very hard to get used to. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. We stayed one night and left at 4am at night. Everything without problems. I think it's hard to impossible to find a high-class hotel around the airport within 10 minutes, which meets all requirements. Xem tiếp

Quick check-in procedure, spacious rooms and several options for dinner. Our room could have been cleaner. 70.000 for an airport drop-off in the middle of the night. (2:30am) Overall a convenient location if you have to catch an early morning flight. Would return if necessary. Xem tiếp

I stayed here one night before my flight home to the USA. Got a good night of sleep. Room was spacious, though initially it smelled of cleaning chemicals... Luckily this disappeared quickly. The person who showed me the room could have been more thorough, but the owner was so warm and friendly the next morning and the breakfast was excellent. Overall a great value, but make sure you are take to the correct place.... There are two HAAP Transit Hotels within 300 feet of each other, and I was taken by my cab driver to the other one first! Hotel with big room and big bathroom, which clean also. Location of thia hotel near to the Noi Bai International airport, just 5 minutes with taxi. So no need to hurry go to the airport. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Recommended hotel for transit ! Xem tiếp

The room I stayed in was GIGANTIC. Lots of windows as well. Lots of empty space as well. The bathroom was lovely as well. For breakfast, they only had instant coffee and the pho noodles I had were instant noodles. The pick up from the airport was free but I had to pay on my own when heading back to the airport again the next day. Xem tiếp

FREE AIRPORT PICK-UP and you only need to pay USD4 / 90000 vnd for airport drop off. Very friendly staffs especially the driver. THE ROOM WAS SOOOOOOO BIG for solo traveler like me at a VERY CHEAP PRICE. Even the bathroom was so big. Bigger than mine at home hehe. I would recommend you to stay here. This hotel was great! We had a flight in the morning out of the airport nearby so we decided to stay here. The owner was very nice and hospitable, and even upgraded our room to the suite for free! Wished we could've stayed longer to enjoy it. Facilities were clean, huge bathtub, two king size beds, couldn't really ask for more for the price we paid. They even arranged transport for us to the airport in the morning at 5am. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for a nice hotel to stay near the airport. Xem tiếp

Even if the place is very close to the airport, you will need a taxi to get there. It's a little family place, so don't expect too much. My room was large, clean, but the facilities were on the cheap side, but comfortable. There is no restaurant, but the reception lady offered to cook for me and bring the food to my room. Surprizingly nice, newer hotel in poor surroundings, hidden in commercial area. Convenient for airport. Hotel transfer on pickup missed connection...had to call. Only restaurant within walking distance overpriced...took advantage of foreigners. Hotel room itself excellent. Staff helpful. Xem tiếp
