This is an adorable hotel that hasn't been well maintained. The french architecture is classic and beautiful. It is a shame the owner is letting it go down hill. I stayed the first time in 2011 and i was charmed by this classic Hoi An hotel. This stay was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was good, had been better. Sadly time to move on. Xem tiếp

The first room we were checked into had some serious mold and water damage. Once we were moved out of there, it was much better. The staff work really hard and are very friendly. Nice pool and restaurant and grounds. Lovely colonial style building and many restaurants around. A little walk into the main area but not too far unless you don't like walking! (5-10 mins) Xem tiếp

This hotel location is superb and 10 min walking distance from Hoi An old quarters, friendly staff who can recommend local trips if required , hotel room is clean and comfortable, well maintained bicycle is free for hotel guests use. Good stay overall ! Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay here so much that i ended up extending for an extra few nights. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the old town and is surrounded by spas and restaurants. The grounds are lovely, and the rooms are decent. They are a little dated but very comfortable and clean. The staff are lovely, and the breakfasts were very tasty. My only issue was with the pool. It's not in a great location so it heats up until it's at a bath-like temperature. Not very inviting when it's a 37 degree day! Xem tiếp

Amazing staff and hotel. Beautiful Service. Lovely facilities, garden pool and breakfast room, and rooms. Just think new towels and pillow case covers would be good, (they are clean, just older). And some drain cleaner flushed through to freshen the bathroom sinks and showers. Xem tiếp

The hotel has a lovely green courtyard looking out to the street. It is walking distance from the old town, very convenient. The beach is a short taxi ride away and the hotel provides towels. Breakfast buffet with ample choice. Staff is very friendly. Good amenities in the room. Pool is a little small. Room was slightly musty sometimes because of the humidity in Hoi An. Ha An Hotel at Hoi Ann is a colonial style hotel which has only 24 rooms with a garden setting. It is strategically located and is just a 5 mins walk to the Central Market and the ancient Old Town areas. The hotel is has a nice ambience and setup where people staying here will feel very relax and carefree. The breakfast menu is good with mixture of both local and western varieties. The hotel do provide free bicycle rental to enable all those who are staying there to move around easily to explore the surrounding area. People can cycle to the beach which is only 4km from the Ha An hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly giving a very good impression to the hotel guests the moment they step in the hotel garden. There many food outlets all within walking distance from the hotel too. The laughter was joyful as I found paradise at the Ha An Hotel. Breakfast on the patio, gazing out to the lovely garden, was a highlight of the day. And what a fabulous breakfast! Fresh and wonderful dishes - Asian and Western-style - created by a very talented chef – the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (see photos). Staff members are knowledgeable and very kind, offering expert recommendations of restaurants and tailor shops. They sent me on tours of the countryside, including an unforgettable visit to My Son temple. My room was like a cozy bungalow, with terrace shaded by flowering trees – a gorgeous and peaceful setting. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast buffet: small hotel but a great selection of food was available each morning buffet style. Fresh juice every morning! The rooms are small but clean and cozy. We used the Free bikes and the lovely little pool every day. A friend recommended this hotel to us and we will definitely recommend it to others. Xem tiếp

I stayed 1 night in this hotel. The check-in was quick and the room was clean. The air condition was in good working condition which was very important as the weather was extremely hot and humid. I was sweating profusely every time I go outdoor and had to take a shower every time I return to the hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect as it's within walking distance to the market and Hoi An ancient town. They served a decent spread of food for B'fast. My only complaint is the young chef during the B'fast. He was fiddling his mobile phone when I was speaking to him how I want my eggs to be cooked. The hotel offer complimentary use of bicycle for guests which is a good thing as it will allowed you to cover the town faster and and at your own pace. A word of caution though. While cycling in the ancient town is safe as heavy vehicles are not allowed to enter, cycling in other parts of the town can be dangerous as the motorbikes would just honked and zoom past you especially near the junctions and traffic lights. My only regret is not being able to enjoy the pool as I was out most of the day due to my short stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

This hotel was a real surprise...just fantastic ! Inside the old city...but a short walk away from the crowded streets...and only one street back from the Riverfront...a great hotel to enjoy Hoi An...but without the noise and crowds...but all still walking everywhere...just great. Highly recommended for your stay in Hoi An. Full of character, this villa style hotel is certainly very charming. Lovely staff made out stay very enjoyable. We will certainly book here again. The location is ideal, with only a 10 minutes walk and you will be amongst the old streets. The grounds are spacious and green. The pool is clean and is welcoming after a long hot walk around the old streets. The buffet breakfast was superb and the restaurant offers tasty Hoi An speciality dishes. As such a hotel snob, i didnt want to stay in a luxury resort as all of them were ourside old town or near the beach and they were not concordant with the environment with modern architectures. This hotel seems to be part of the old town- traditional architecture, large garden, traditional lookingly decorated rooms etc. They even had a swimming pool! Free bicycle renting was already so good as biking around old town with a small kid is fun. Breakfast was just amazing; instead of having usless studf like sushi, curry in five star hotels, they had everything we needed as a family. All kind of bread, eggs sausages, sweet bread, several sort of jams, pho(vietnameae noodle soup), porridge, soup, ... Sth that we can eat quickly and easily. Especially travelling with a mr 'Im not not hungry'(4year old kid). It was easy to just cut the eggs and hams in the porridge and made him eat. So sad to stay there for only a night but we will definately come back! Xem tiếp
