It was close to the path that leads to the beach, there's only a few paths since the hotels has taken up all the space along that side of the road. Ok restaurants nearby. Cleaning wasn't that good, they didn't switch bed linen in 4 days and didn't throw away trash, they pretty much just swept the floor. Xem tiếp

The room was very very hot, the water in the shower wasn’t hot, there isn’t elevator but this not a problem for us. The staff try to sell you everything! Anyway the room was big and clean with a shared balcony a big window that you can’t open and reflect the sun all day The value for money is not good we ask also for stay one more night and they ask us more money that we paid on internet! Very bad experience with this hotel. They put us into very small room on ground floor instead of family room as booked. Xem tiếp

The room was really modern and clean. Location was close to the beach. BUT: Staff was just unfriendly without any reason. Additionally, we thought breakfast (served in a tiny time slot from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) was included for both guests of the double bed room until they told us that there is only one breakfast per room. That's just ridiculous and we don't get the point. A second breakfast was $6, even if the same dry and old sandwich was less than $2 on the menu. After we discovered a price list for damaged room equipment, we were sure that they wanna squeeze every Cent out of you... Xem tiếp

Firstly, when we reach there, the female staff who speak zero english could not understand us.Next is the male staff, is the worst encounter.He is very unfriendly, treat the customers disrecpectfully. What they want is suck every dollar out of you. The hotel might look new, but do not tricked by it, the hotel room is hot, full of ants and a hotel staff that keep scolding you even you just request for a small favor. Hôtel très bien situé, calme avec resto pas loin. Le chauffeur de bus nous ayant oublié le jour du départ, c'est l'employée de l'hôtel qui s'est chargé de nous réservé 2 places sur le prochain bus. Personnel serviable. Xem tiếp
