This hotel/homestay is run by such a kind family. The rooms are recently upgraded. Beds are comfortable, aircon works great. Fresh breakfast in the morning if you choose. The location is off one of the main roads in a quiet area, so there is no noise at night. The family and atmosphere was great and I would most definitely stay again the next time I am in Hoi An. The space is very nice with many flowers. It is a short walk to the Ancient Town, located in a back street so very quiet with no honking horns or early morning roosters. Jenny and her family are very helpful and welcoming. They make sure you have what you need. She is a talented seamstress who made both my husband and I clothes. She takes you to the wholesaler and will walk you through material choices, style and design. She really listens to what you want and is able to make it. Her prices are reasonable and the finished product is high quality. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Xem tiếp

As soon as we arrived at the guest house the family couldn’t be more kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, great showers and turbo wifi. Just a 3 minute walk to Old Town and tucked away from the main road so very peaceful. My friends staying at other hostels and guest houses were all jealous when they came to visit 😂 thank you to all the family for being such great hosts, I’ve been travelling Asia for 8 months now and Green Garden house was one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had!!! I got an old room. It was small and a bit smell. If you want to get a bottle of water you have to go to the owner house and ask for it. The owner got in my room without telling us and Ac was not cold. But the location was quite close to the city. Xem tiếp

Well this homestay is just great we just spent 3 nights at green garden homestay booking 1 more night , the family are great so welcoming and the room was clean tidy and comfortable , was sad to leave but would defo recommend ! Thank you Jen and family ! Xem tiếp

They gave us other type room, not with balcony as we booked. And I put things in the fridge, and then never appeard... But still all ok. It's a good place to stay. Xem tiếp

Good location, 7-min walk to the ancient town. The room looked less modern comparing to what i saw on the photos, yet it was good in general. The house owners are super friendly and helpful, they gave us free ice to make iced tea and helped us book the car. Xem tiếp

For the price and location it was fine but we did not get the room that we booked. Instead of the big family room that we wanted we were given two tiny separate rooms. Were told normally that would be more expensive but she wasn't going to charge us more, but that did not make the situation less disappointing. The hot water heater was not functioning in either bathroom and it was a rainy chilly day so that was not nice. There was construction that started around 6AM everyday that sounded as if someone was banging on the bedroom wall. The family was nice and the room was acceptable for the price point. Xem tiếp

The Green Garden House is a charming little place tucked away from the main street. I also loved the family that runs it and had the chance to chat with them while they were getting my room ready. The room itself is pretty basic, but you have a bed and your own washroom which literally all I need. However, I realized that they didn’t have a hair dryer in the room. But with the heat, your hair will air dry quickly anyway. I loved the location because it was walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants, but more importantly, the Old Quarter! If you’re also planning to take the bus to Danang, Hue, or somewhere else, the Sinh Tourist Bus office is located like 2 minutes away (by walk) from the Green Garden House. Xem tiếp

We arrived really early in the morning, and she gave us the room in 6am no charge, she xooks amazing breakfasts, the family is beyond nice, the rooms are very big and theres hot water, they helped us with everything and didnt stop smiling, we felt like we are part of theyre family, super recommended! The homestay was ok, but we gave our laundry and when we got it back, the laundry was ruined. In several clothes there where stains that weren’t there before... so DON’T do your laundry here!!! Another thing, the room stank like an old sports bag. Xem tiếp

We had a really nice stay at this place. They made us feel welcome and always wanted to help us the best they could. The breakfast was delicious and if the first plate wasn't enough you could always get more. Jenny and her family are also tailores, so we had them make quite a few pieces for us. Really happy with all of them! They are amazing, and fits perfectly. We even got to go to the fabric stores to choose our own fabric with her. There are also tro girls in the house which are so sweet and practice there english talking to you. Truly a nice place to stay! Hope we can come back someday. Xem tiếp

It was so nice to stay at the green garden house. The room and the house are very charming, including the family. The breakfast was very delicious, every day sth else. The hosts are very helpful if you have questions or for organising the transfer to the airport. Very special is also, that the hosts are very good tailors. I can absolutely recommend this homestay!
