Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thật thà, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Địa điểm kg đúng như quảng cáo ( cách bãi Sao 1km nhưng thực tế, bạn phai Đi hơn 4km mới đến). Nhận phòng thì tủ lạnh lâu kg dùng nên mốc xanh trong đó. Xem tiếp

Chổ nghỉ quá tệ, hình ảnh quảng cáo khác so với thực tế, tới khi nhận phòng muốn ở sạch sẽ phải trẻ thêm tiền hơn gấp đồi. Trong khi đó hồ bơi dơ dáy khô nước, phòng quá hôi, chắc ga bẩn thỉu, muổi rất nhiều. Điều hoà thì không hoạt động, báo sửa nhiều lần nhưng k sửa. Khách sạn nhưng lại ko có máy sấy tóc, không có nước nóng để tắm. Khăn tắm rất hôi, ko thể sử dụng được. Chỉ ở 1 đêm nhưng ks đã thu tiền 3 ngày trên agoda và phụ thu thêm 2.000.000₫ ở ngoài. wifi does not work throughout the hotel, I have been asking for internet all day, in the end they gave me a sim card at a speed of 150kbit, welcome to 2003 year. Bicycles are free, but the condition is terrible. Brakes do not work, rusty chains. But idea of hotel is good, nice to stay here for 1-2 days The beach to which you can get on foot is terribly dirty, littered with garbage thrown out of the sea. The bungalow design is cute but the facilities are not good. Shared bathroom with less cleanliness. Not a good location to stay (not near the beach nor the downtown) Xem tiếp

There are some problems between the owners at the moment (thats what i heard). As a result the place is running understaffed, the personal left cannot speak english and it seems like they have no clue what they are doing there. But i have to mention that they are really friendly and try their best. Because of this Situation the rooms are not clean and the pool is empty. The area itself looks quite nice and you can reach the beach with the motorbike within a a few minutes, but its also in the middle of nowhere so you need to rent a Motorbike for sure. Xem tiếp

We booked a hut with a fan and breakfast included discounted at (150k vnd) a night. For that price it was marvellous deal. Its not close to beach, but if you rent a motorbike its not a problem. Wifi struggles a lot so we made all our online bookings in the city or close to the main road. Tuan (manager) tried to help as much as he could, though sometimes you have to use a translator to communicate. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay. Pool was empty and dirty . Bicycles were Broken ,. Shared toilets the worst we hace ever seen , rooms with Windows have no glass so mosquitos enter without problem. Rooms without windows are full of humit with Big holes that mouses can visit you every night. When we say that to the guy there, he gave us one plástic stick to make noise so the mouse will afraid and leave from the room. Food and drinks very small cuantity and expensive. The place is nice but far from everythig . Wifi at rooms does not exist and even at the restaurant is bad and keeps until 22:00 that the guy go skeep and he close It. Also from this hour he sleeps at the restaurant so you can not buy something ti drink or eat and arround there is nothing to buy something. Mattress are so hard that seems you sleep at the floor. The structure is still under working process. The pictures are very nice, but when you'll go there you will feel disappointed. First because all around you can not see from agoda's pics but there's a lot of dirt made of construction works, some bungalow are still under construction, the pool was not working, my room inside was full of sands, i asked two times the broom to clean myself, but they did not care. No air conditioning in my room, but on the website i saw it was included, no bikes for rent and motorbike quite expensive compared to the second shop i've been. Anyway be careful because i tried to cancel the booking calling almost ten times the owner of the structure and she answer only one time and said yes, but she never do it. I've been forced to stay there for all the days booked with no refund. Really, better to spend one or two euro more, stay away!! Xem tiếp

We had a really nice staying even though english was a problem sometimes. Crashed their moped and didn't have to psy anything. The staff did everything they could for us. The bungalows are as cosy as they look in The pictures! Xem tiếp

The location is rather hard to find in Google map. It's up in the slope hill next to Phu Nam Hotel. The traveller who wants to stay there. Do take note that there is no wifi in the hut. The basin water tap is not working well. The hut should have a small table or cabinet to put things rather than putting on top of the mini fridge. The staff is lack of experience on hosting but they are rather friendly and trying their best to do whatever they can. Riding a bike to travel around is a must if not it will be tough to get around. There's a roof top bar up there. Travellers who are lazy to go anywhere. You can chill abit up here. The place is near to an unknown beach. But I still prefer Bao Sài Beach which is 10mins ride away from this hut. Hope the above review will help the next traveller. Regards, Vod from Singapore Xem tiếp

Located far from the main city, but relatively close to Sao Beach. It’s possible to rent a motorbike for 150k. However, the bungalow was very dirty, without any toilet paper or warm water. In the bathroom there was poop of some animal. Air conditioning worked poorly. Lots of mosquitoes but no mosquito net provided. The bungalow has a large window in its front, but ours had no curtain so everyone could see us from outside. The staff friendly although English was rather so so. Xem tiếp

I should have been there four nights but had to leave earlier. There was no warm water and the swimming pool wasn't in use. There's no beaches or any services nearby, so motorbike is must have in there. The staff was friendly, even though they don't speak or understand English. Things worked out by using translator. This place was truely awful. The staff were so unhelpful. They tried to charge us, even though we had pre-paid with agoda. (I heard them doing this to other couples also). The food was terrible. The location was very out of the way from the beach & restaurants. Each and every one of their 'free bikes' were broken. We had to ask for towels to be put in our bedroom. Dispite what thewy advertise, there is no breakfast 'buffet' or even a choice/menu at that. You are given fried eggs and bread and do not get a choice. The choffee was luke warm and disgusting. One evening we had to eat dinner there because this place was so far from anywhere else to eat. They had run out of most things on the menu. We ordered ginger chicken and french fries in the end. The chicken was very strange and all on the bone. It looked and smelt odd. The french fries came out exactly 25 mins after the main dish came, just as we were about to leave. The first sign that this was not going to go well was the fact that the property was unresponsive to requests for info about how to get there. The email address listed on Agoda is incorrect. I was not able to call and they saw my Facebook message but did not respond. Even Agoda itself was not able to contact them - which is a major concern. When I did find my way there, I realised why. The staff do not speak English. I took a look around and then decided to forego the cost of my one night’s stay and find somewhere else. The bungalows looked ok but the bathrooms were dirty. The location is isolated - far from key conveniences. To get food you have to walk 15 minutes to the main road. At night, there are no street lights. There are bicycles but there are in disrepair - no tread, no brakes, no pedals on some. To get to the beach it’s a 15 minute walk - partly through the dirty, plastic strewn southern end of Sao Beach. This place has potential, but nothing really Works there. The place has no warm water or no working swimming pool. The beds are really hard and wifi works only in the restaurant. Air condition works in some bungalows. The staff does not speak english, but they are really helpfull and try their best. The whole reason I booked this place was so we could stay in the bungalows. We arrived at 5pm having made our reservation 2 months prior to find the rooms we had booked no longer available. We were told that the 4 of us could sleep in 1 brick room and that that was an 'upgrade'. They made us wait 2 and a half hours in reception while they got this room ready. When it was ready we went to the room to find 3 pillows between 4 people and a door that didn't lock. In compensation they offered us a free dinner, whereby at the end of the meal they brought us the bill. I wouldn't have been annoyed except for their sour faces and refusal to apologise. It was the most horrible place I have ever stayed in. It's also worth noting before you book there is no hot water or wifi in the rooms. When we checked out they asked us to pay. We had already paid on agoda. Some other points to note: Language barrier, you will spend all your time on Google translate. Same breakfast and dinner every night. No drinks menu. You have to ask them if you want breakfast they will never come to you. You have to put your own rubbish out, they didn't clean or make up the room in 4 nights we stayed. When we asked for toilet roll they gave us paper napkins. They told us the pool would would be ready the first day we were there, it still wasn't open when we checked our after 5 days. The whole place is like a building site They put duck tape where there were holes in the door to stop mosquitos coming in our room. The beach which was a 50,000 VDN drive away 'Sao beach' was a beautiful beach. This review is more about warning people to stay away but more note the resort can improve on to classify themselves as a resort. Xem tiếp

We arrived and nobody seemed to expect us. There was no electricity when we arrived and the guy told us it should be back at 6 pm. It was hard talking to them as nobody could speak english. The bungalow was humid and smelled bad. Nothing to put you clothes on. Very disgusting bath. If you're taller than 1.50m you can only stan in the middle of the bungalow or the bath.
