Vị trí ở xa trung tâm Villa tạo cảm giác riêng tư và thoải mái Nhân viên rất thân thiện Mình ở villa trước bãi biển nên buổi tối vừa bước ra ngoài là thấy biển ngay nhưng rất tiếc lại k có đèn dẫn, nên rất tối và cảm giác hơi sợ do khung cảnh quá hoang vắng tối tăm. Nhưng đó cũng là 1 trải nghiệm rất khác lạ và thú vị, rất đáng để thử ^^ Xem tiếp

Nằm khá xa sân bay và khu vực Dương Đông, nhưng resort có bố trí xe đưa đón. Nằm ẩn trong khu rừng ven biển nên rất mát mẻ, thiên nhiên, nghe chim hót líu lo vào mỗi buổi sáng, cảm giác rất thanh bình. Ăn sáng nhiều món, ngon, nước trái cây và detox đa dạng. Tất cả nhân viên từ lễ tân đến phục vụ nhà hàng rất thân thiện với khách, phục vụ tốt. Thời gian tôi nghỉ tại resort bão vừa ngớt nên nước biển đục, không được trong xanh, sẽ quay lại vào mùa nước biển đẹp hơn. Xem tiếp

One of the best resort in Phu Quoc. The resort is well setupand very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. If he beach side can have the restaurant or bar nearer will be great. Great place to relax with a spotless beach, crystal clean swimming pools, very clean accommodation. The resort is definitely a relaxing beach holiday in luxury. The only downside was the hotel could not provide or acquire a motorbike for us during our 3 day stay, they had one supplier who was on holiday and they did not make any effort to find us an alternative supplier. Felt very let down, especially as we had purchased full face helmets in the UK which we brought with us. Had to then fork out lots of money for taxis to take us around the island. Xem tiếp

The place is so so so nice! Very nice rooms. Food was excellent. Even the room service was so good. Cons - far from town. So you end up travelling for a long time before getting to activities planned. Also staff communication is a little difficult because they aren't fluent in English. Will I stay here again? - YES! We had a great few days at the resort. The only thing we were surprised about was the lack of efficiency in the restaurant. The staff was friendly but there seemed to be some chaos in the chain of command. This was evident during dinner and also during breakfast. Room for improvement there! Xem tiếp

We had a great day lying on the beach. The facility is so convenient and the breakfast is beyond our expectations. Their staff is very kind and always greet us with smiles. Thanks for all staff, especially Mrs. Phuong whom we met on the first day. One of my most favorite resorts in PQ. Highly recommend! Xem tiếp

Absolutely perfect stay. Check in was fast, welcome drink tasty and refreshing, beach view villa nice decorated and equipped, dinner yummy, clean beach with crystal white sand, perfect maintained facilities, free bycicle, free cayaks, well organised scooter rental. Staff was very friendly, SPA had great service and was well equipped. Offered us late check out and transfered us to the next hotel for free in a luxury shuttle bus. We regret a lot that we did book the second hotel and could not stay more than our 5 nights at Green Bay. When ever we come back to Phu Quoc we will try to stay at Green Bay Xem tiếp

I’ve been to Phu Quoc many times, but this was my first time at this resort! The staff were so helpful and attentive (without being pushy). Everything was clean and there was a good WiFi connection throughout the resort. Loved both of the restaurants! For the money, I’ll be back for sure! Xem tiếp

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Green Bay it is a great place to stay in Phu Quoc. The beach and pool are very nice and the villas are extremely nice. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially couples as it’s a great place to take some time out with everything you need in the resort. Green Bay has such a relaxed and calm atmosphere which is hard to describe until you get there. The food was very nice and breakfast is excellent and organised. Very clean. Resort territory is well maintained. Great for those looking for calmness and solitude. A lot of green and flowers. Beach is clean, sandy and has shade. Great breakfast. Nice room design. I saved Green Bay for the end of our holiday for our bit of luxury and I wasn't disappointed. The Resort has only been open since July so everything is lovely and new. The Room with sunken bath in the deck was simply superb and we thoroughly loved every aspect of it. Great space, great deck, fantastic bathroom and excellent air conditioning. You felt like you were really in your own house and although there are plenty of villas they are all positioned discreetly and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Lovely having a back door :-) The pool is just to die for and the beach is pristine and the water great to swim in. It was a hard decision to make whether to lie by the pool or beach. The restaurant was great, with lots of variety, we spent 6 days and had all but one meal there. The breakfast is amazing, and all meals were really delicious. We had amazing service from Vien who looked after us in the afternoons and for dinner! Vien is very knowledgable and can advise on cocktails and food. Murphy is the Client Services Manager and he greeted you every morning and made sure that all your needs were met and attended to anything that was needed. It is a lovely touch and very personal. The Spa was great, although pricey and I had an amazing massage and mani and pedi. Some people may think it is too far from the main drag and shops, however if you are looking for a genuine escape, first class service and serenity and peace then this place is for you, Although they have a few minor teething problems as they strive to make all the finishing touches the staff are very amenable to suggestions and rectify anything they can and keep you in the loop at all times. Green Bay is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks Green Bay it was superb. Xem tiếp

This place is amazing. Completely new resort of finest elegance resort. Private beach just in front of the bed you sleep. Big bungalows with private taresse and private spa in the room and both indoor and outdoor shower. Aircon in room, Internet was not bad. Staff did their best and was always helpful. The Manager took his time to say Hello and talked with us. Swimmingpool is the best I ever seen if not all the resort. Awesome breakfast with so fresh bread that it melt in your mouth. Tasty dinner and cocktails. I stayed more than 200 hotels worldwide and this is top 3. You will not regret. They pick you up at the ferry or airport if you email them arrival time. The hotel is on the north side which is about 30 minutes from the main phu quoc. We have the beach front bungalow surrounded by trees which made it very cool. The beach is clean with continuous cleaning crew. However this beach has more seeweed here. Ideal place for couples trying to get away from the bustling busy life. Not much activity for kids. Room is comfortable with outside shower. The service is average. Breakfast buffet has basic Vietnamese’s food and some selection of cheeses. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our 3 days a Green Bay after spending a week in Ho Chi Minh City. We needed the relaxed time to recover from the busy city. Green Bay was fantastic. The setting and location are great. Quiet and relaxed and everything you need. Staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. Rooms were great, spacious and very well laid out. The food was fantastic. I especially enjoyed having dinner in the resturant over the sea with the waves lapping against the shore. Very enjoyable. Many thanks to all at Green Bay for making our stay such a memorable one.
