We stayed here for one night so that we’ll be closer to Ba Na hills. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff with freshly squeeze juice. Everyone so kind and pleasant. The front desk staff also help me find a nail stylist to come to the hotel room. The hotel is nice, modern and super clean. The pillows and bed was the most comfortable and puffy ever especially for vietnam! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Xem tiếp

The location is near the beach but not as expected. We booked a Sea View Room with a high expectation of the view from the room can directly observe the beach or ocean but it couldn't. However, the staff were super friendly and supportive, whenever I needed help, they always tried their best to support me. The hotel seemed to be new construction so the room was clean and modern. The hotel located near the beach . The room was clean and the staff was really friendly but we cut the point of the staff because the day we stay at the hotel . We have to wake up at 7am because of the next door their are building the hotel and it was so noisy and when we call to the reception. The hotel is near the sea and very clean.we enjoyed infinity pool.the breakfast is daily buffet style and good.but we wanted eat more kind of fruits. We could enjoy Danan's day. Hotel is located at a good location nearest to the danang city. But the price is too expensive compared with the given facilities. Breakfast is very bad, not commensurated to the price. Hotel is not much area, just a front office with small lobby. Refrigulrator was not good. It is mulfunction and the hotel cannot fixed it. Just changing the new one but still not work at all. Located 5' away from beach, this is a new property. No drawers to keep your items. Stale food/recycled day old cut fruits. Items were few and of poor quality. Told staff and there was little improvement. No lift to go to swimming pool. You have to climb 2 floors. Staff very casual with poor communication skills. Mini fridge not working. I’m really disappointed about the way the staff on last Friday and Saturday treat me and my partner. Firstly, we booked large bed room. And she gave us twin bed room. It’s fine when she can change. But she told me that she will need to charge more money for that. Lol. Then she said but today we will help you (but her attitude is not really nice). Then when we sleep at night time, I check the blanket with blood or chocolate (I took photo here). At 12am, so I don’t want to make any more fight and make it hard for everyone so I keep silent and turn the blanket away. However, on Saturday morning, my partner just leave the luggage to the car. I’m still in the bed. Then the other receptionist run and follow him. Ask him if he will go away without check out. Hi guys, make up your mind!! Your guys still keep our card. How could we do shit to your guys? Anyway, the swimming pool is not look pretty like what it is in the photo. And there is no warm water in swimming pool. Xem tiếp

There are a few things they need to improve: Breakfast buffet (some items cold) No hanger for the towels No service in the pool bar... we stayed there and no one went to offer beverages. Lili was great helping day to day with every single detail... how good professional from the hospitality has to be. Late check out was given no extra charge... thanks for that This is a great place to stay and great location, a wonderful pool and rooms. All the drivers booked for us were very correct and gentle. To clarify breakfast is very good, a great variety of plates but except for comment above. Recommend 100% Xem tiếp

The staff there were hospitable and helpful! As we stayed over the new year eve, we were invited to their NYE party. The room is still sparkling and well maintained as the hotel is just half year old. As a boutique, it is up to standard. If I am to let on in the more insiders’ reviews, the mattress is more to the slumpy side. Not yet springy but neither the most supportive ones if u prefer a more resilient bed for a good night of sleep. (And so we found our stiff backs sometimes in the morning.) Overall, a pretty poor experience but we had paid money for it . We had no choice but to bear with it. Would not recommend this to anyone for the price and experience. Pros: comfy bed and great location if you like the beach. Television channels were also extensive . Pretty decent food around the area as well. There's an amazing massage shop (oani) that is truly out of this world. It is best massage we've ever had. Cons: everything else. Not being harsh but in summary -carpet felt really dirty and damp - toilet is poorly designed so we experienced mini floods whenever we showered. The water would overflow to the entrance every.single.time. we showered. We had to play frogger to avoid the water. Construction works. This is every where in danang but it gets quite disturbing in the mornings and afternoons (when we wanted to nap) Overall, didn't feel clean at all and given the price we paid, it was a poor experience. Excellent, helpful, very friendly staff. Good location, not far from beach with great view from the rooftop pool. There were some paint marks around the room and not to the highest standard to call this 'luxury'. But it has modern design and very good value for money. Limited Western options for breakfast, but you can get fresh cooked eggs and the Asian foods were very good. Lots of construction in this area, so the road in front is very muddy, but not the fault of the hotel. Rooms have quite good soundproofing. Xem tiếp

We went there for like only few hours cause we had a night flight. The room was nicer than we expected. It’s clean and nice and the staffs are nice too. And we had a breakfast at 12th floor and it has amazing view as well. You’ll see the beach and swimming pool was cute. Thanx Xem tiếp

The hotel was clean and tidy with friendly staff. We sought their help to make reservation on food shops and they showed their helpful manner. There was a supermarket nearby and you could buy necessities. Good breakfast with different choices and 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Xem tiếp
