Gia đình tôi bay từ Mỹ về Hn và lưu trú tại à khách sạn ! Thái độ của quản lý nhân viên tên Linh khá mắt dạy và láo ! Chúng tôi đã thanh toán đầy đủ tiền phòng , không có nợ khách sạn 1 xu ! Tôi chưa bao giờ gặp 1 nhân viên quản lý nào ngành dịch vụ khách sạn lại ăn nói vô văn hoá và mắt dạy thế ! Chắc Chủ khách sạn không biết nên mới đăng tuyển con người như vậy vào làm việc ! Thu thêm của chúng tôi 560 000 vnd , nó không lớn với gia đình chung tôi ! Nhất là gia đình rồi bay về đưa tang cho Bố tôi mất tại Hà Nội ! Khi chúng tôi check out ngày 9/7 , tôi có hỏi là chúng tôi còn nợ gì không & phải trả bao nhiêu ? Nhân viên lễ tân báo là không nợ gì ! Vậy mà sáng nay còn thu thêm 560k với 1 thái độ vô học vô đạo Đức kinh doanh ! Một khách sạn lớn mà không có quá trình tuyển dụng con người thì nên xem lại ! Xem tiếp

The location is abit far off if you're into sightseeing, its more for those on visa applications to the embassies. However that makes the service very good. The hotel is nicely built in a way that rooms are not too far off from the lifts. The room is unique for couples in the bathroom glass wall. I would like to compliment the Bellboy (I think name is Henry, not sure if its the same Bellboy everytime) for helping with luggage, looking out for Grabcar/Taxi and also helping to umbrella when it was raining. Thank you also to the receptionist who helped give addresses of embassies we wanted to visit, and also to the night receptionist who informed us on the services of the hotel. Thank you for the great service! Will stay again if I have the chance to stay in Ba Dinh district again. Xem tiếp

Rooms are spacious, very modern with a Japanese theme. Wine selection available in rooms with a sumptuous deep bath and Japanese toilet which are totally the best. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Walking to the Old Quarter will take about an hour and 30 mins to Ho Chi Minh Museum. Grab a green or Red and White Hanoi taxi to the old Quarter is 90dong. 15 minute walk to the west lake. Xem tiếp

A very clean hotel and design is very nice as well. We were upgraded to a bigger room as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel also provided us with a wonderful cake and decoration in the room. The hotel is located opposite of Lotte Central and beside the hotel have a mini mart as well. Xem tiếp

Surprisingly sushi rolls were limited in variation but seasoned right. Chicken noodle soup(Pho ga) was very clean and rich taste. Good presentations overall from room to breakfast. Do not expect 5 star hotel level. But it is minimally good. Xem tiếp

A very good hotel to stay if you're spending large amount of time away. Spa was good and amenities are strategically situated. Breakfast not so great. No swimming pool. Overall, I'm happy and will stay here if its for business. Not recommending for leisure. Xem tiếp

Check-In and was told by the staff that there is no electricity and water due to construction which shut their supply and was asked to stay in their rented apartment which is 2mins away. but clearly, the hotel was overbooked... rooms were okay, service apartment was okay.. but being dishonest about the situation wasnt. I stayed at Grandiose with my friend for 4 nights and everything was satisfying. The breakfast buffet was a bit small but the food was good. For the room, it was spacious enough for two ppl (we stayed in junior suite) and was very clean. Especially I loved the staff members. They were very kind and tried their best when I asked them questions. The room’s view was perfect(even though the building in front of us was in construction) and the hotel’s facilities(especially the sauna) were absolutely perfect. Xem tiếp

My partner and I had a great time at this hotel. We spent the first couple of nights in the centre of Hanoi which can be exhausting and crazy after a while and then moved here to relax. Its location is not ideal if you plan to explore Hanoi since you'll have to take a taxi to the centre every time (which is not expensive or difficult at all, to be honest, though.) But we mostly spent time around the hotel (there's Lotte tower nearby with a huge clean supermarket for souvenir shopping and a rooftop bar), so the location was not an issue for us. (Also, if you ever stay here, do try Pizza 4P's that's just across the street -- it's a very famous/popular pizza restaurant.) The staff were great and very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and spacious, and I really liked the classy ambience of the hotel. I'd highly recommend the hotel especially to those who wants to find some relaxation and peace in Hanoi.
