Vợ chồng tôi ở 2 đêm cho kì nghỉ cuối tuần ở Hà Nội.Từ hotel tôi đi bộ ra bờ hồ và các điểm ăn uống chỉ mất vài phút.Nhân viên rất lich sự và hỗ trợ khi cần thiết dù lúc đó là nửa đêm.Ông xã tôi rất hài lòng. ngoại trừ do vị trí phòng khá sâu thỉnh thoảng mất sóng điện thoại có thể không phải do khách sạn mà do sóng nhà cung cấp. thanks Xem tiếp

Mình đặt phòng cho bố mẹ ở 1 đêm, bố mẹ mình rất hài lòng về khách sạn đặc biệt các bạn nhân viên lễ tân và bells có thái độ thân thiện, lễ phép với người già. We feeling comfortable and staffs so friendly. Everything is perfect. Ofcourse, next time if we come back to Hanoi city we will stay here. Thank you very much :) Xem tiếp

Good service by the staff. Helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, given a small hotel like this. However, I would suggest they keep some spare hair dryers and basic amenities. The hair dryer breakdown half way through while I was drying my hair and I waited a while, first time for the staff to check and second, for him to buy one to replace. The room at the highest level is extremely hot and stuffy, probably the heat in May is too unbearable. Xem tiếp

Reach Hanoi around 5am after sapa trip via train. The staff provide us towels for shower with no extra charges. Offer us discounted buffet breakfast at their hotel. Note we only check in next day after our Ha long Bay tour. The rooms are clean and serviced rendered by the staff are exceptional. Xem tiếp

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The members of staff including Sales (Alex), Front Desk (Peter, Olivia and David), Private Driver (Ley) and Tour Guides (Rocky and Nathan) were extremely professional and friendly. Wonderful hotel right in the middle of Hanoi. Staff were warm and welcoming on arrival and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great time. Advising on sites and places to visit. My wife and I stayed with Golden Palace Suites for our short vacation in Hanoi. Breakfast was very good considering the price of accomodation. Location and cleanliness are great. But i guess what makes the difference is the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff especially the manager, Tracy! Will be back next time when we visit Hanoi again. Will definetely recommend. - Easy check-in process. Receptionist personally assisted and toured us in our upgraded room. - Complete room facilities (e.g., bidet in WC, aircon is good working condition, many electric outlets in reachable locations, lots of pillows). - Superb and wide range of breakfast buffet considering that this is a small hotel! - Bags can be left secured by the hotel staff upon check-out. - Best part: Has shower so you can get fresh after strolling out even if already checked out. Also served us fruits and drinks while waiting for our service to airport. - They also offered affordable and comfortable airport transfer at a rate at par with Grab - Definitely booking again this hotel and recommend to friends! Very gd service from staff right from the beginning of the book. We booked our Halong Bay Cruise from the hotel as they offer a more competitive pricing. At the end of our stay, the hotel even gave us 2 boxes of coffee to take away as farewell gifts! Xem tiếp

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was great. The breakfast was good but didn't have a lot of tables. The staff was very friendly and helpful even recommending things without me asking. The location is good because it is close to the lake and nightlife in the old town but not too close so it is quiet at night. There are cheaper hotels in Hanoi but here you know what you paid for. Good location in the old quarters,5mins.walk to Hoan Kein lake, a 'happening place'. Food(KFC,McD,and other Asean cuisines r available) shopping , travel agents are everywhere, market, city tour buses and some places of interest nearby. The room(my deluxe was upgraded to junior suite upon check-in) is spacious, clean and we love the towels,pillows and bed! We enjoyed the 8 breakfast we had at Golden Sun Suites, though the buffet was not lavish but suffice, in addition to side orders like omelettes etc,noodles, sandwiches. Peter, a staff at the front desk was such a professional and gentleman. Welcomed us, got us seated at the dining table for a drink and fruits! Next, he gave us a brief overview of the places nearby and tips on what to do and where to go. In fact ,all the staff through out our 8 day stay were friendly and helpful. All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and willing to help in any way, especially the front desk & dining room staff. The buffet breakfast is quite good (a bit different each morning), and we were also happy with the strong WIFI in our room. If we have to specify a complaint, it is the bathroom : Oddly, part of the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom is transparent glass which can be only partly blocked with screens (blinds), so privacy is limited when using the bathroom.
