Rất tốt
Thật sự tuyệt vời với thái độ nhân viên ở đây. Do trễ chuyến bay nên tôi đã đén khách sạn vào lúc rất khuya, hơn 12h đêm. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên ở đây vẫn rất nhiệt tình đón tiếp và setup sẵn phòng cho tôi. Khi cần những dịch vụ hỗ trợ như thuê xe, nhân viên ở đây đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tôi. Nhất định tôi sẽ tiếp tục lưu trú tại ks này cho các chuyến công tac sau. Tuy nhiên, ks cần cải thiện lại hệ thống TV. Các kênh truyền hình rất mờ, ít kênh và ko xem dc TV Xem tiếp

Efficient, friendly and hospitable staff that encapsulated the spirit of Hanoi in many ways..... staff were happy to assist and arrange trips, transfers to airport and give general information about that tourists needed to know. One great credit to the receptionist named Jolene and the bellboy who served us the first day with a very sweet and welcoming greeting. The rooms are quiet and clean. The receptionist are very helpful and informative on providing info and how to go around in Hanoi. The food there are nice! We had the noodle soup with chicken for three consecutive days cause it's very tasty! Apart of that the other food are still very tasty especially local food! Definitely worth the stay and would go back to the same hotel when I visit Hanoi again! Xem tiếp

The staff tries their very best to make you feel comfortable. All spoke reasonably good English. Breakfast is served on the top floor but limited food choices. Location of the hotel is very central in the old quarter, near eating places and convenience shops. Xem tiếp

We stayed 1 night at deluxe with sunrise or sunset. The room was large and clearn. We arrived too late but check in so quickly. The location was great, near Pho Ly Quoc Su, restaurants and cafe shops which were easy to get foods. Staff so friendly helpul and good breakfast. Xem tiếp

The couple of negatives were that its not great value (just a bit overpriced for what you get), and the breakfast was not great (but I wasn't disappointed - it was cooked to order well, just a bit limited) for the price I was paying. The internet was not great. Other than that, I was happy with my stay, the room was a nice size, the staff performed well. I would stay here again if it was $5 less. Xem tiếp

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Their hospitality was really nice. All the staff are very generous. The room is pretty spacious. The size of bed is also big. I was happy with free wifi. we stayed here on two different occasions this holiday. staff are more than happy to help when they can. my friends and i were coming back early from our sapa trip and they opened the lobby early (5.45am) for us so that we could sit in the warmth and use their bathroom even though check-in wasn't until much later in the day. their breakfast sets you up well for the day. nothing is too much trouble for the staff! this is the second time we've stayed here and it was as good as the first. location is excellent for walking around the old quarter. staff are more than happy to help with any thing you need, they were very patient when teaching us some common vietnamese phrases and words! rooms are a comfortable size and very clean. Had a super week in Hanoi. The staff were doing everything they could to make the stay pleasant. The breakfast at the top of the hotel was really nice. Overall the best hotel I have visited in Vietnam. The hotel is in a small and quiet street and from my room I had a nice view down the road where the local were living their daily life outside their townhouses. Xem tiếp

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms where clean, there is even a computer in the room. The breakfast was good, there is a bufet and you can choose several things from the menu, such as a club sandwich or banana pancake. The location of the hotel is also great, is is only two blocks away from the St Joseph Cathedral, and 5 minutes walking to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, 10 minutes walking to Hoa Lo Prison and 25 minutes to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. This was such a great hotel! The staff Judi and Crist and others were AMAZING! Very friendly! They arranged an airport taxi for us for a very good price $16 USD for the car! As soon as we checked in, the doorkeeper took our luggage, Judi gave us a map and some recommendations of tourist attractions and places to eat and places to visit in Hanoi! Very convenient location in the old quarter, next to the best Pho place and close to entertainment and shopping and all the touristic attractions (womens museum, prison, etc) We will come back again next week when we are in Hanoi for our layover back to Toronto, Canada! For a budget conscious traveler this is a great choice. The staff is amazing. The bass are super comfortable. Great modern basic shower. Interior a bit outdated but has every thing you need. The Golden Legend Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi, with a very convenient location in the Old Quarter. The staff is amazingly attentive and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions, and to suggest restaurants and things to do. They also had great advice about how best arrange sightseeing and tours. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they include a very nice breakfast. I will definitely plan to stay at Golden Legend when I return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

In the heart of the Old Quarter, very good location for tourists. small tired room, need updates, limited facilities, decent breakfast, excellent service, helpful staffs speak good English.
