Nhân viên tất cả đều rất thân thiện. Tôi bước vào khách sạn sớm, chưa đến giờ checkin nhưng nhân viên Lễ Tân đã ra chào đón, hỏi có phải đúng là tên tôi không để sắp xếp phòng luôn. Họ mời tôi nước ép và còn cho bản đồ, những địa điểm và quán ăn nổi tiếng lân cận. Những thứ dường như nhỏ bé ấy nhưng lại để lại ấn tượng sâu sắc cho gia đình tôi khi lần đầu ghé thăm Hà Nội. Ngoài ra còn rất nhiều những điều tuyệt vời khác, khi chúng tôi cần gì nhân viên nào cũng giúp đỡ tận tình. Gia đình chúng tôi ở ngay dịp Giáng Sinh, tập thể nhân viên còn gửi quà tặng. Vị trí khách sạn thì tiện, cách Nhà Thờ Lớn chỉ 5p đi bộ thôi nhưng lại thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi, không ồn ào, kẹt xe nhiều như các nơi khác tại Phố Cổ. Nhất định khi quay lại Hà Nội, tôi vẫn sẽ quay lại khách sạn và mong đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn sẽ mãi giữ vững và phát huy được những gì tốt đẹp này. Xem tiếp

My hubby and I were borned the same date,when we came back in our hotel from our whole day tours...we were greeted birthday greetings by the male receptionist....that was a surprised to us because we never told them that day....and when we returned from our dinner outside the hotel...the male receptionist gave us a birthday cake in our room...it was a pleasant surprise...as their motto “ Arrive as our guest, Leave as our family”....This hotel will make you feel at home...personally takes care all your tours...the location is good because it is not in the main street so you will get a quite side of Old Quarter St., and a lot nearby restaurants and stores to shop...buffet breakfast are good! You can rest assured that you will be taken care of by the staffs here. They are all very friendly and polite. Always greets you, smile to you, giving you tips and informations that are useful for your trip in Hanoi. Breakfast was wonderful. But. And thats a big BUT. Facilitiy is very lacking. Room is kind of old, the lift broke down 2-3 times during our two night stay.. Bathroom is not the greatest either. Xem tiếp

Firstly, from the moment I stepped into reception I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. Sarah was outstanding and made me feel at home immediately. I had room 901 with a huge wrap around verandah. The room was clean and very comfortable. The next morning I was greeted by Anna who was just as lovely as Sarah. These two ladies are very special! I only had a short stay but I really felt valued and welcome by the staff who bent over backwards at every opportunity. The hotel is really well located - a 5-10 minute walk to the lake and surrounded by excellent restaurants (Madame Hien across the street is a must do!). I’d recommend family and friends to this hotel and will definitely return whenever I’m in Hanoi. A really lovely stay in a nice hotel in an excellent neighbourhood. It was the best hotel in my family. Sarah welcomed us with a bright smile every morning.He kindly showed me the way. Henry was so kind and helpful and worried about us. The hotel here is not big, but the location was so good, especially the breakfast was so delicious. The best food for me in Hanoi was breakfast. If I visit Hanoi again next time, I will stay here again. I have been to many countries, but it is a very kind and nice hotel. -wonil- :) Xem tiếp

Only the room are small & the bathroom bidet is the same height with the toilet paper.After using the bidet the paper also get wet because the dripping of the water.The water not flowing smoothly after the shower too.The door of the room also very stiff when closing.Need to be improved Xem tiếp

Lots of things about this hotel are good: Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, pretty good breakfast. But the rooms are very small, and my "balcony" did not even have room for two people to stand, unless they were willing to get very, very cozy. Xem tiếp

A cozy hotel well located in the old quarter. The service provided by the staff especially Anna & Sarah are warm, friendly and excellent. Breakfast is great with changes in their main menu daily. I checked in to the room that wasn’t my choice. For personal preference, I opted a demote to Deluxe King though was offered with Family Suite initially without additional cost. Anna was the leader in charge the next day during my check out. She patiently explained the situation to me with sincere apology and then offered an immediate refund at a fair rate which I was happy about it. I felt her sincerity and effort putting in to make sure I was well compensated. She was then offering me a free airport transfer after knowing that I was heading off to airport to catch my flight home without much hesitation. I saw her big smiles in her face which makes me feel like coming back for the Junior Suite room that I haven’t gotten a chance to stay in yet. She even assisted me to resolve an urgent situation I faced in the airport which i was truly grateful for her hands came just right in time. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay at this hotel 15-19 April. The family room was a good size for our family of four, and the location makes most of the things we wanted to see within easy walking distance. The hosts, Tony, Anna and Lana as well as the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. This hotel was too good to her true. They answered all our questions and gave suggested when necessary about our travel plans, such as the best way to get to da nang, as well as ha long bay. The staff were very accommodating. At check in they realized we were on our honeymoon so they gave us a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite. They also prepared vegetarian food for us at breakfast. Golden Legend Diamond Hotel provided the best hospitality I so far experienced when my family and I traveled to Hanoi at the end of December 2017 for a 4 nights stay. Despite the small team they have, they provided everything they could to us telling us all the must visit places and best food in Hanoi. On the other hand, location of this hotel is excellent whereby famous attraction spots in Hanoi are only just a stone throw distance from here. Wind, one of the staff in Golden Legend Diamond Hotel, even taught us some simple Vietnamese! Anyways, if I were to travel back to Hanoi in the future, this would be my choice of stay as I feel like I’m at home when I was staying here. The staff here is very friendly and have initiative! When we arrived we were informed there were construction works in the neighboring building so they offered to transfer us to their sister hotel for a good nights rest. They arranged for our tour to pick us from the other hotel as well, and everything was seamless. We came back to stay after our trip to Sapa and were pleased to see they had transferred our luggage for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay, will be back! Xem tiếp
