Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, gần hồ HK, gần nhà thờ lớn, gần các hàng quán ăn uống. Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình. KS có dịch vụ cho thuê xe rất tốt. Nếu đến HN tôi sẽ chọn KS này. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn nhỏ xinh . Tuy ở trong phố cổ nhưng con đường phía trước tương đối rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, vị trí rất thuận tiện có thể đi bộ tới bờ hồ, nhà thờ và các địa danh khác. Xung quanh có rất nhiều hàng quán với các món ăn ngon như bún đậu, bún chả, phở Lý Quốc Sư... Khách sạn chỉ có vài phòng nhưng phòng rất rộng rãi, sạch đẹp, nệm êm, đồ nội thất bằng gỗ đẹp, ấm cúng. Đặc biệt các cậu tiếp tân rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, hỗ trợ khách vui vẻ. Nói chung đây là nơi rất đáng để lựa chọn. Xem tiếp

Mình đã có 2 đêm rất thoải mái ở khách sạn. Khách sạn tuy nhỏ, nhưng phòng ngủ lại rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Tiện nghi giống như hình đăng trên mạng. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Từ KS, mình có thể đi bộ tới chợ đêm và bờ hồ. Rất gần nhé. Ngoài ra xun quanh khu vực KS có rất nhiều món ăn chơi và khá gần khu phố Tây. Xem tiếp

We stayed for 6 nights and would not hesitate to stay longer. {erfect value for money! We really liked the attitude of the staff. They were so attentive that upon noticing during clean-up that we tried to brew freshly purchased local coffee in the mug, they brought us that special cup for brewing! And never failed to provide a selection of fruit fresh-cut and candies for our little one. It`s those little things that matter! Xem tiếp

Very good location. But there are only 2 pairs of slippers provided. Breakfast is simple and prepared fresh , good enough for the budget price that we were paying for. The staff were friendly and attentive even . Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Xem tiếp

Our stay was very enjoyable. There were different menus to choose for breakfast but sometimes they didn't have what we ordered (for ex. beef for the soup), nice bathroom but bathtub was not fixed and water went down the wall on the floor. We were 4 people and got only 3 towels, had to ask for one more. But staff was very helpful, fast in response, gave good advice, we reserved a tour and taxi to the hotel through them and everything worked very well. Xem tiếp

Was a great stay I wish I wasn't on a one night stopover. The WIFI connection was good, location was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly. It was like staying in a relative's home away from home. They make everyone feel very welcome and the staff were very obliging. They were doing some electrical maintenance work when I arrived and apologized for the noise which I didn't think of as noisy. I thought that was really nice and professional of them. Room was clean and massive with a nice quaint balcony view. I've been to Hanoi before and know my way around and am really happy I decided on this hotel for a change. It was clean, well run, well maintained and overall a great experience. Wish i could have stayed longer though... especially when they upgraded me when I asked for late checkout... Heeheehee... I stated here for 3 days, and mainly for sightseeing. Staff Danny is a helpful and friendly person over there, speaking good level of english. The rest are not really good in english, but they have tried very hard to communicate with you. They can arrange shuttle for you from/to airport for USD20 per person. Also, they arranged a Ha Long Bay day trip over there with 4 hours drive one way there for only 170km, it's a bumpy road and lots of traffic. Make sure you have enough time before you visit there. A huge selection of breakfast can be choice from their menu, but please make sure to tell them to smaller the portion, unless you want to eat twice in portion. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to most attractions, and Hanoi is a walkable city, no need to spend too much on transportation, we'll, taxi is not that reliable in here tho. Xem tiếp

Very Good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My request for a Queen Bed was met readily without any surcharge. Room has a PC for travelers who do not own a Laptop, very convenient to stay online. However, the location was wrong but when I try to report by choosing the "Report Wrong Location" function, I was brought to a page that needs me to Geo Coordinates which I have no idea on how to proceed. The boss & receptionist speaks good command of Engish. Hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful. Hotel is well equip with necessity & family suite even come with a jacuzzi bath tub. The stay was comfortable & it also inclusive of daily breakfast with a variety of western & local choices. We book the Hang Long Bay trip through the hotel, great value trip, Thanks to the receptionist. Walking distance to lake, church, connevience stall, shopping malls, market & many eateries. Xem tiếp

i've booked this hotel and sent e-mail for airport pick up one day before travel,but didn't get reply.once i arrived,the hotel staff paged my name and drive me to the hotel with the big car that made me very impressive.the manager also upgraded the room for me and it is very big and clean room.hotel located in the old quarter,not far from the lake,many shops and restaurants in the area.staff were helpful and serviced with smile.big breakfast served to you in your room.recommended if you need the high standard hotel with reasonable price. hotel organised transfer was waiting at airport...easy checkin..small hotel maybe 10 rooms so the service was very personable. the staff helped with things to see. lift goes to 5th floor so get a room no higher than 5 if you don't like stairs. Xem tiếp

i'm very lucky that the hotel management upgrade the room to the best room that they got. they have free internet wifi and there even an computer to use in the room. the service in this hotel are very great! plus the owner are really warmth welcoming to all of the customer that come and stay with them. the down part is that breakfast in the hotel is not that great at all. overall, this hotel is really nice, clean and i won't mind to go back there again. the glass door to the balcony is sound proof so eventhough the building opposite was under construction there was no noise. jacuzzi is a big plus for the children enjoyed it. room is extremely clean. a few streets away from the toy street a plus for family with children. airasia service center and a shop selling premium vietnamese coffee powder on the same street as the hotel. pharmacy a street away. a nice restaurant and mini market on opposite. it was a wonderful stay. we are very happy with the service n hotel.
