We had loud music in the bar behind until 12:30pm so we couldn't sleep until that time and the recepcionist did nothing to help us Xem tiếp

Worst place we have stayed at! The room looked absolutely nothing like in the pictures, the entrance to the hotel was a dark hallway that smelled of cigarettes and a bit dodgy area. Our room had mold on the walls, at the head of the bed and on the shower curtains. The fridge didn’t work. It was an ant epidemic and smelled weird in the room. Would avoid this place if I were you. The location is good. Many food stall around this hotel. Our room is so big, eventhough we order for the standar twin room. The facilities are complete, minus no free water to drink. But it's okay. The matras little bid soft for us. The staf, Jonathan was very helpful person. He give us many information that we ask dan need.. Thank you Jonathan.. Xem tiếp

I booked this hotel on Agoda. But when I arrived the hotel. They told me that no room for me. And they arranged me to another hotel that is the same quality according to they. But in fact, the another hotel is not worth the money. I asked for refund they said they don't have money. So I have to stay there. It's kind a bad experience. Breakfast is bread made by staff. To me it's not so clean and delicious. But they're young and English is good. Try to solve the problem. If you can get a room there I think it's a good place to stay. It was like home away from home. The accommodation was awesome. The room we shared was very spacious and the location is very accessible to the market the main highway to all the restaurants and coffee shops. Xem tiếp

I booked and paid for Deluxe double room with Agoda, upon my arrival I was told by Reception staff that my room was not available, because it was FULL. I got a feeling they prefer reservations from B**king.com. Be prepared to listen to their story about " My manager did not tell me ..." or "..we did not see your reservation with Agoda".. I was offered to move to another partner-hotel, which I declined. In the end first night i stayed in triple room, next day I was given my room which I reserved with Agoda. Except that problem with check in, hotel is okay and staff is helpful. But they really need to improve their booking system and be more responsible. Xem tiếp

Even had late check in checked on agoda. Got given an excuse that Agoda had been told that they got sold out but we've heard this story before in Vietnam. Agoda usually contacts us if there is a problem. So I dont think its that. At least the guy gave us a cash refund and after prompting tried to find us an alternative. I will not recommend this hotel even though I graded it excellent for most areas. I checked into this hotel on 12 Mar and left for Sapa on 13 Mar. Before leaving, I told the receptionist that I would be back on Thurs and that I will stay 2 days. When I returned on Thursday night, the clerk at the front office told me that occupancy was full. I have a booking confirmation from Agoda and I showed it to them. It was almost midnight and raining and I had to live in a horrible hotel in another part of town. I am totally unimpressed. I could not sleep a wink because the room was old, smelly and noisy. I don't deserve this. Xem tiếp

場所は空港からもアクセスの良い大型バスロータリーの近所で最高であるが、ホテルの部屋は古びた雰囲気で写真とは違うのがポイントとなる。欧米人やインド系が多く宿泊していた。周囲は裏手に市場があるというのが最高で、買い物好きの人には好立地と言い切れる。 朝食は女性のフロントが作る場合のみ食べる価値あり。 ただスタッフは顔見知りになるとフレンドリーというベトナムならではの決まり。 Xem tiếp
