Couldn’t praise this place enough. My boyfriend and I were warmly welcome with juice, fruits and towel. We also got a free upgrade as it was my partner’s birthday. The staffs even prepared a birthday cake based on my request note. The hotel is strategically located in the city centre where it’s not crowded and noisy but close to the old town and walking street/night market. The triple room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable with lots of pillows and bolsters. There’s alot of tv channels as well and they even provide complimentary seasonal fruits to guests. There’s breakfast buffet as well which, in my opinion, many variety and quite tasty. The staffs were all hospitable, attentive and meticulous in their work, especially Anna. She made us feel very welcome and attended to all our needs during the stay. It’s like we were receiving a 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend all to stay here. Nice little hotel not far from the main shopping area in Old Quarters. Super friendly staff. On the 1st night they even upgraded our room. Hotel is well situated in the old quarter. There are restaurants, cafes and even barbers just stone throw away. Great value for money. I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff greeted me with a welcome drink, fruits and cold towel upon arrival. Jane (hotel manager) offered me a local map and showed me the places of interest and where to find the best Vietnamese cuisine. I tried most of the recommendations and they were spot on. I took her recommendation to visit Lan Hah bay which was beautiful. Amenities are what’s expected for a boutique hotel. I slept well all three nights. Rooms are clean. Comes with some fresh fruits upon check in. Location’s great. You can walk around old quarters and it’s near enough to return for a quick break on foot. Breakfast spread has a good variety. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. The staff (Jane, Do and the cafe folks) are always attentive and ready to serve. Will definitely return when I head back to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We like all aspects of this boutique hotel, from location to service. The staff took care each guest, spent all necessary time needed to explain direction and services. The room, though small, but tastefully decorated. Breakfast were full of choices of tasty western and VN foods...more than many big hotels we have stayed. Location is very central, in the old quarter, just steps away, yet very quiet at night because the street is block to traffic .... only for parking motorbikes. We will return! Xem tiếp

Art Trendy Hotel was our first stop in Hanoi. They welcomed us late at night with the most incredible banana smoothie and cold fruit (much needed in the Hanoi summer heat). Regardless of the time of day, there was always someone there to help. The rooms are small, but they provide you with everything you need. The breakfast is delightful with everything on the menu being available. There is also a small buffet that comes with breakfast. The hotel is in the central part of Old town and directly in front of it is a small supermarket. Overall, this was a really nice stay! I loved my stay, i stayed for 4 nights before going to Ha Long Bay , then 2 nights when i got back. the staff are so nice, they really put in a effort, the breakfast is great and the location is awesome , its in a closed street so no street noise at all, but its a 30 second walk to the fun of the old quarter, there are street stalls close bye and a some great restaurants within walking distance, One thing i really appreciated, when i needed to catch a bus, they got one of the staff to meet my taxi at the bus station to make sure i got on the right bus, Thats how much effort they put in. The place is in the heart of old quarter. Very clean and confortable--except I was woken up by rooster every morning at 5am. The staff was incredibly helpful especially in helping to obtain approval letter for visa on arrival. Good breakfast selection as well. Xem tiếp

The Art Trendy Hotel in Hanoi is a true gem in the heart of Hanoi! It was nearly perfect on all criteria important to me as a solo traveler. First off, upon arrival and with each encounter thereafter I was greeted by name by all staff. They made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest. Second, my room -- listed as a Quiet Deluxe -- was amazing. I did not hear any of the thousands of motorbikes on the streets below. The bed was among the most comfortable I have slept in with many pillows of varying firmness. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was strong. The breakfast was expansive and delicious! I was impressed solely by the wide array of fruits, breads, yogurts, sweets, cheeses and meats that were offered buffet style...and the Vietnamese coffee was out of this world! Along with this spread, you can select from a large range of western and Vietnamese dishes on their breakfast menu. I ate mostly western, and each meal was tasty and presented beautifully. They fed me well at Art Trendy! Lastly, the location is ideal and central. Nestled on a quiet block between two other busier roads, it was only a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, markets, the Women's Museum, the Hilton Hotel (Hoa Lo Prison)...I also walked a bit further to the Temple of Literature...Some other places may be a bit too far for walking. I regularly hopped on motorcycles...But taxis are widely available for those wanting a more secure ride around town. Also within walking distance, I enjoyed many tasty meals, afternoon coffees at the Cong Caphe, and two great workouts at a newly opened gym (Fusion Bodyworks). Loved my time in Hanoi and at Art Trendy! When I return, Art Trendy Hotel will undoubtedly be my choice again! Xem tiếp
