We had a great time at Giraffa. Nancy, the owner, is very nice and helpful. We rented scooters from her and had an awesome time exploring the island. The breakfast is very good. Giraffa was close to Long beach( ~5-10 min walk), so we were able to walk there for dinner and to hang out on the beach. The location was hard for our taxi driver to find because it is off of the main road, but google maps helped us find the location. We stayed in the tree house, which was very cute. The air conditioner worked great and there is a pump and water heater for the shower that worked well and took little time to warm up. There is also a mosquito net but we didn't get any mosquitos inside since we closed the windows before sunset. Don't forget your mosquito repellent if you go to Phu Quoc! Xem tiếp

Highly recommend if you want to get away from the tourist scene. Simple living with modern convieniance of A/C, good bed and privacy. Didn't stay in the tree house, looks nice but it is right on the small road so might be a little noisy in the morning. Did stay in the wood cottage over the stream. However be aware that there is no stream in the drier seasons. Still very nice. Seems like a long way to beach but it is not that bad of a walk. When you get to the main road take a left and just walk through the big expensive resort. Also to the left several great restaurants, I suggest Romans, fantastic grilled squid! It was a pleasant stay at Giraffa. Nancy, the owner is very friendly and treat the guests like a family. It really feels like a home. She helps me to do tour and transport booking and makes delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend to stay at this place when in Phu Quoc. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay at Giraffa. Nancy, the owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Very sweet lady who made us feel so welcome in her home. We rented motorbikes from her in order to tour around the island. The location wasn't too far from Long Beach and the main town. Just a short motorbike ride in. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Phu Quoc! Xem tiếp

Si, comme nous, vous avez envie d'autres choses que des gros hôtels impersonnels qui se bâtissent sur l'ile alors il y a bien un endroit que nous vous conseillons c'est le Giraffa ! L'endroit est magnifique avec avec des petites cabanes vraiment charmantes et fonctionnelles et surtout la propriétaire, Nancy est extraordinaire ! Nous recommandons d'y aller les yeux fermés. La 1ère nuit nous avions eu la chambre dans les arbres... Nuit blanche !!! Il y avait une marre et des crapauds... En plus des bruis de crapauds, il y avait des aboiements de chiens et d'autres bruits des insectes... La chambre dans es arbre est petite Le lendemain, la propriétaire nous a gentille-ment changé de chambre. Et la nuit a été meilleur. La propriétaire est adorable Xem tiếp

Nous avions reservé pour une nuit mais finalement nous avons decidé de rester une semaine entière tant l'endroit nous a conquis. Nous avons l'habitude voyager en Asie mais c'etait la premiere fois au Vietnam et à Phu Quoc. Nous sommes conquis et en parti gràce à la gentillesse des locaux. Le Giraffa est un endroit incroyable, avec un jardin luxuriant, du staff au petit soin et surtout la "Boss", Nancy, juste impressionnante de devouement, parlant un anglais impeccable. Le moindre de vos desirs sera exaucé. Vous desirez un petit dejeuner français, elle appelle ses amis pour vous preparer un festion digne des grands hotels; nous sommes allés au marché avec Nancy, elle nous a ecrit tous les prix et rester avec nous toute la matinée, elle est vraiment de bons conseils et s'occupent de ses clients avec bienveillance telle une maman. Merci Nancy pour ta joie de vivre et ton incroyable ouverture d'esprit. NOUS RECOMMANDONS FORTEMENT CET ETABLISSEMENT. Xem tiếp
