Di chuyển bằng xe máy hoặc taxi tới thì ok, chứ đi bằng ô tô tới thì rất bất tiện. KHông thể đưa xe vào Villa được. Hẻm rất nhỏ! Xem tiếp

Mọi thứ đề tuyệt vời: - Phòng sạch sẽ tiện nghi, mình ở phòng trên lầu ban công view khá đẹp. - Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, dễ thương đặc biệt là chị quản lý. - Bữa sáng ngon, đầy đủ - Cảnh quan tốt, yên tĩnh, thoáng đãng. - Giao thông hơi hạn chế chút nhưng GEM có xe đạp và xe máy cho bạn. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied about it and can't really say anything bad. More just a warning for those looking to stay. The room had a damp/mold smell that was unpleasant. If they would install a screen window in the back that you could leave open to have a breeze go through the room I think it would resolve the problem. The staff were really amazing. The location was really amazing and out amongst the rice fields. Lots of busy local restaurants a 2 minute walk away as well as an amazing karaoke bar. The pool was great and refreshing. Really a great stay with a small problem that I think they would have no problem fixing. Xem tiếp

We can not recommend this place enough! If you are going to Hoi An, you should definitely stay here. The location was perfect with a peaceful view of the rice fields, with biking distance to the beach and to the old town. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made various recommendations of what to see and do and arranged transportations, rentals and lunch packs if needed. The room was spacious and had a great view of the garden and pool. Last but definitely not least, the breakfast was the best we had during our whole 2 month trip, exotic fresh fruit plate, banana pancakes, pho, baguettes with bacon and egg, you could get it all and it was so delicious. Staff was nice and helpful. They kindly agreed to bring breakfast to our room on my partner's birthday and prepared us a little surprise. Breakfast was generous and good. The place could do with a little maintenance, for example the rooms would benefit from being freshened up. The kitchen/common area/around the pool could be swept/cleaned up more often. The bathroom was weirdly designed and doesn't offer any privacy. The swimming pool is nice but being in the sun all day it gets really warm, so get ready for a hot bath at night. The bikes were not maintained, most of them were either broken or about to and there aren't enough (only about 3-4 that are decent/don't have a flat tyre/are rideable). They allowed a group of 14 teenagers to stay one night which was a little annoying and sort of unfair as I don't see why they'd be allowed in one or to rooms (not sure how many rooms they'd booked). Not the best if you're there to relax and want some piece and quiet. Xem tiếp

Had a warm welcome from a lovely young lady think her name was Hung ,was my last 2 nights in Hoi an wish I had stayed here the whole time , spacious clean comfortable room , great food 24 hour service , nice and quiet , yet only a short taxi ride to Hoi an itself , was the best place I stayed my whole trip in Vietnam and for the price you can’t beat it , Staff very nice and helpful Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed so much our stay. The staff, Hang, Hai and others were outstanding, nice, helpful and so friendly and warm. They went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and have everything we needed. They made us feel at home between family. We stayed on the second floor with beautiful views of the rice fields. The locations was perfect for us. It is quite and peaceful near the rice field but also in walking distance from the old city. There are free bikes and we enjoyed so much biking to the sea, villages near by and the old city. Breakfast was great and delicious. It is highly recommended Xem tiếp

This is really unfortunate the typhoon came when I was visited Hoi An, but totally really lucky I was checked in Gem Hoi An villa, because the manager Ms Hai and her team worked excellent, for safety,they told me all about the situation of Hoi An and updated everyday, also they had food and drinks supplies for me at that seriously flooded time! Seems,it’s the first time totally typhoon make serious damage in Hoi An after 27 years ,water could be higher reaching the roof of some houses. The Gem Hoi An Villa make me like a member of their “family “ group,everyone is friendly, honesty’s,helpfully and kindness. Xem tiếp

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait! Magnifique emplacement sur le bord d’une rizière dans un quartier sympathique et accès à la marche au vieux centre (15 min). C’était parfait avec des jeunes enfants (6 mois et 3 ans) car le vélo ou moto à éviter et coin tranquille. Il y a quand même un vélo avec un siège d’enfant donc une balade hors traffic dans la rizière est magnifique avec la 3 ans. Chambre spacieuse et wow. Petit déjeuner très bien dans une belle petite cuisine à aire ouverte. Coup de cœur pour Hang, une magnifique personne qui nous a été d’une grande aide et parle bien anglais. On est nostalgique! Sehr schöne Anlage mit außerordentlichem Personal. Fantastisches Frühstück. Lage: direkt am Reisfeld, weder direkt in der Stadt noch direkt am Strand, jedoch beides sehr gut erreichbar. Empfehlenswert! Xem tiếp
