This cruise is probably one of the cheaper ones, but it really did not feel that way. Rooms and windows are a decent size even if you do not have a rooms with a balcony. would like a door instead of a shower curtain to the bathroom Food is AMAZING!!!!!! I would recommend taking extra water on the boat. The boat is clean and service top notch! Lê, special shout out to you !! Great tour guide. Made sure everyone was aware of the itinerary and made an effort to include everyone . Great jokes and very knowledgeable. Super star!! Xem tiếp

The cruise itself is fantastic! Great staff, food, & a lovely un-crowded cruise through Halong Bay. Unfortunately, my 2D1N cruise experience was soured when once on board (& underway) I discovered the balcony room I’d booked & PAID for, was not available! A couple of free drinks & a <$20AU refund (which I still haven’t received 2 mths later) really doesn’t make up for it. From the attitudes of the staff, this is not an isolated experience, & it would seem the balcony rooms are saved for the 3D2N guests. But anyway, accommodation aside, the food was excellent Xem tiếp

Everyone I met in Vietnam said Halong bay was way too crowded with cruises and people. This cruise took us to a quieter area where there was only a couple of other cruises around and it was great. Had a great time, kayaking and boat ride through fishing village was great. Xem tiếp

The staff service was very good. The food was good for the price. The itinerary was alright, pretty much standard across all halong bay cruises. The room cleanliness was top notch, the bathroom was beautiful. Just need to bring your own water if you dont plan to pay for drinks. Overall, I would recommend it 😊 Xem tiếp

We booked the cruise for Halong Bay trip of 2D1N. They provide you the pickup and drop from the hotel you are staying. That is chargeable but woth it. The tour guy or the manager of the cruise will escort you to the cruise. The rooms very nice, clean and spacious. The food options were good. There is kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, fishing sightseeing, and BBQ provided. Everything is good here, except for the halal food. For Muslims, it's a bit difficult as we can't eat chicken or beef since it's not halal. But the cruise staff and chef were understanding they cooked sea food for us. That was very generous. Looking for a cruise? This was an awesome one for us! First time to Halong Bay, and our tour guide, Lee (or Le in Vietnamese) was really attentive to us. He paid attention to our food requests, and customised dishes which we were unable to eat, specially for us. Food was delicious, cabin was extremely comfortable, and it was a comfortable size to travel with (approx. 16 pax) on the entire cruise! Included Kayaking and squid-fishing! Overall, we are satisfied with the hospitality and arrangement. The boat is a bit old and need refurbishment. Cleanliness needs to be looked at as there are many small cockroaches， staff are. well trained. I think the chasier should make it easy for the guests to check out by preparing the change. I didn’t prepared enough for the programs. I didn’t know what to bring from Hanoi. Overall, I am impressed by Vietnamese’s integrity and sincerity. Good cook, nice food. That’s for Garden cruise. However Agoda was very inconsistent with their offer and statements. From “free shuttle bus is provided” in the beginning, to “we will offer you the shuttle service at 25 dollars”, then “a 5 dollar discount” then “50% refund”, and ended up with some useless Agoda points. I was slapped by their definition for “credibility”. I trusted the brand this long and this is what they returned me. Be prepared for twists and hidden terms if you choose Agoda. We had a wonderful stay on the garden bay 2 cruise!!! Lee was the best guide we could have asked for. The whole service crew was helpful and kind. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to enjoy ha long bay the right way :) Xem tiếp

We enjoyed being on a small boat, caters for up to 20 passengers, this meant that during activities not queuing or waiting for people. The staff on the boat very friendly and willing to please. Food plentiful and flavorsome. Our day out kayaking a highlight with Phong as our guide, his English and local knowledge exceptional. Xem tiếp

We spent a lot of time looking at cruises before we went, and the activities on this cruise were wonderful, if not slightly over organised (i think that would be true of any cruise for me though!) But the room lacked some wow factor, it was kind of dated and the wood was broken or rotting in several areas, there wasn't a door to the bathroom, just a curtain. The food on the cruise was great- I'm veggie and they gave me so much food every meal! the staff were really lovely and helpful, and the activities were great. a couple of tips- they will charge you $20 per person for a return bus to hanoi, but you could definitely find a private driver cheaper than this. Also bring some bottles of water as they only give you very small bottles on the cruise. Xem tiếp

So happy we did the 2 night option. It was way more relaxed and we had good time to soak in the beauty of Halong Bay. The team of the boat was great. We where asked how was our night and we mentioned that the mattress was a bit hard and they immediately offered us a change of room that we accepted and was better. Good price for drinks during happy hour. They accommodated my dietary restrictions always, even for the spring roll cooking class. We had all types of weather (sunny, cloudy and heavy rain) and was still gorgeous and enjoyable. Xem tiếp

Overall the cruise provide good and stable ride all along. Room is clean. Activities include kayaking, squid fishing and caving. Superb view in Halong bay but can be quite boring at nightime. They charge on drinks but happy hour before 7pm is buy 1 free 1. Overall staff speaks english and is quite helpful towards our stay. Maybe can get better deal with same service. Xem tiếp

Worth the money. This cruise goes to Bai Tu long bay, not the ordinary Halong Bay. Less tourist. When we on the way to Hon Gai Port, we saw the long long long Q and jam towards Halong bay port, we were very happy that we didn't need to go thru that jam to reach the doc. I been to the old Halong bay before, things are a little diffreent at Bai Tu Long bay, the cave here is smaller, not many people, narrow to go in. But the fishing village tour on bamboo boat was great. This ship nedd a little refurbish, looks old from outside. But the interior is OK. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff on this cruise were amazing and really went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. The food was great and they accommodated our dietary requests. The activities were fun and well organized. Of course, The setting is gorgeous so it was very relaxing. The boat was a little old but the rooms and dining area were very clean so this didn’t matter. The cruise is a bit old but is still recommended. We booked triple room with private balcony and we can really enjoyed the scenery of ha long bay and bai tu long bay while cruising. We paid additional for transport pick up from hanoi and return, they picked us up on time. Room is clean and all the meals provided in cruise are great. One thing to improve is the guide should brief us for the squid fishing for the night activity instead of just left the fishing rod there therefore we unable to enjoy as do not know how to operate. The rooms are ok kind off but the bathroom was smelly. Loved the balcony and the serene picturesque of Halong Bay. However to compensate that was the crew, who will always greet you with a smile and feel you at home. Another thing to mention is the food and the way they were presented. I just loved that. The pickup from Hanoi was on a small bus and was not at all comfortable. Hanoi to Halong Bay Cruise centre is a 4 hours journey and so we have to adjust for 4 hours.
