The place is clean and have all the facilities. Staff was very friendly and provided all the info about the attraction in Ninh Binh. Breakfast was good, even though the options are limited. They invited us for the Christmas Party on 24th Night and that was an amazing experience. Only con is that the attractions are few kilometers away from the location and the city in which this is has nothing for tourists to do. They offered us to use the scooter at 6 USD per day which we did, and that was very convenient. Xem tiếp

For the price and if it's in your budget would thoroughly recommend. The owner and all staff were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were amazing for the money and so comfy. The owner is also a tour operator and helped make my experience of Dinh Binh even better. Xem tiếp

Excellent homestay. Very friendly/helpful owner and staffs. Nice and clean air condition room. Wifi connection is satisfactory. Away from main road so very peaceful and quiet sleep every night. Food is good too. Had breakfast and dinner there most of the time. About 10-15 mins slow walk away from city centre. Will surely stay here again Xem tiếp

The staff was wonderful! Unfortunately my partner and I were not feeling well due to something we ate outside of the hotel premise. The women at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. They made me a rice dish that helped soothed my stomach, helped us reschedule our bus tickets, and even let us stay the afternoon in our room. The facility is very clean and the rooms are nice. I ended up staying longer than intended and the owner was very accommodating. Breakfast was a good selection and included in the price and the price was fair. The room was cleaned every day and the recommendations were excellent. I would stay here again. Xem tiếp

We had a free motorbike pick up and drop off to the train station and were welcomed like old friends. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel, tasty food, motorbike hire available and excellent sightseeing information. Xem tiếp

Friendly owner that provide us with a useful map and information. The food served at the Hmstay is fantastic . We esp love playing with their cute younger son (2yrs). We really appreciate that one of the Hmstay staff waited for us &picked us up at the Ninh Binh Railway Station. Room is modern and spacious with Netflix provided. But I may choose to stay near the scenic country the next time round if I visit Ninh Binh again. As there is not much to see around where the Hmstay is located. We rented 3 bicycles at a shop just opp the Railway Station at VND 40K each to ride to Cave Mua, a beautiful & scenic ride that passed by a small rural town with friendly locals. But do take note as it is about at least 25mins walk bck to the Homestay after you return the bicycles. Alternatively, you can rent it at the Hmstay @VND 70K each. Xem tiếp

This is an excellent place to stay. The family are so welcoming and friendly. The room and facilities are brilliant. The food in the restaurant is as good as we have had. The family also advised us on trips to do and rented us mopeds to go. Everything was made so easy by them. This place gets 10/10 from us. Just don’t challenge the kids to a game of soccer. Extremely helpful! Allowed us to have a shower after cycling eventhough we had checked out. Good food on the menú and they brought us free fruit for dessert and also we were offered 'happy water' (rice wine) every night! The double room was very clean and modern. Even had heat lamps, hair dryer and a fridge! Free water was provided as well as a tea and coffee making set. It was a great experience, would definitely return!!! Xem tiếp

The hotel is brand new, modern, cute and convenient. The owners take pride and good care, and they are very friendly, as the name suggests! The location is not the best, as most people go to Ninh Binh to be in nature, but in our case, it worked out just fine for the last night to explore the town a bit after having been "away from the world". We stayed for two nights and would definitely go back again. The hotel is brand new and very cosy. The owner speaks English and is very helpful with trips. We were offered free tea and fruits when we arrived and before we left. He was also bery caring when we were sick. I really recommend this hotel! The room and bathroom where like home. Very clean, confortable bed, towels, hot shower, hairdryer, coffee and tea in the room, fan and aircon,... The place is only newly opened about a month so there wasn't many reviews but so glad we took a chance on it without a doubt the nicest place I've stayed in in south east asia. The owner has great english and is so nice him and his wife go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Free breakfast and it is gorgeous. Restaurant is open all day also and food is lovely. Rooms are decorated lovely and are very clean. Each room has an internet TV a fan, aircon, fridge, toiletries, and a kettle with free tea and coffee. They also have a laundry service and organised some great day trips for us. Was so cheap aswel and it's in a really good location. 10/10. Xem tiếp
