Khách sạn rất đẹp, quang cảnh thoáng đãng, phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, giường mềm, trang thiết bị hiện đại, vị trí rất gần sân bay, thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ nhiệt tình, thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ tôi bất cứ khi nào, thật sự hài lòng với dịch vụ này, sẽ quay lại. Xem tiếp

This is a basic but clean hotel less than 5 minutes from the airport. It offers everything a traveller might need ... comfy bed, towels, shower with hot water, hair dryer, and bottled water with coffee and tea in the room. The owner and his wife are very friendly and attentive . There is free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and since my flight left early in the morning, they made Me a to-go breakfast. Sweet! The only negative is that the hotel is pretty difficult to find. It is not on the Main Street and the Google Maps wasn’t correct. My Grab driver and I drove around for a bit until I insisted we ask another hotel where it was. Turns out, it is behind the first row of hotels that you can get to by an alley-looking road. Signage is not clear. Better to spend the $6 USD and have the owner schedule you a taxi pickup! Xem tiếp

The hotel is really close to the airport. In addition they offer a free transfer - really convenient. The staff is polite and helpful, but: The rooms are not really like on the pictures. We got a room with mold in the bathroom. The windows did not close (they were technically ill-fitted) and there were considerable noise from the main road nearby. The room was fitted with an AC unit, but we didn't manage to make it work - fortunately the outside temperature was acceptable (did I mentioned permanently open windows?). WiFi was satisfactory. Breakfast - below the standard. Overall: definitely not worth the price we paid and *different than on the pictures*. Xem tiếp

Nothing fancy but if you need a place to stay before or after a flight through Hanoi this hotel is cheap with a free shuttle to the airport. There isn't much in the area and there was no TV in our room but there is free WiFi and the hotel provided a nice breakfast. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

VERY VERY convenient to airport. Friendly family run small hotel, 2 nice kids. Clean, good light breakfast, eggs, omelette, noodles etc made fresh for you with small salad, toast etc buffet. Free hotel car to airport. Highly recommend for budget traveller. Xem tiếp

Hotel managed by an excellent couple, very friendly. Helped me with a nice breakfast at 5:30 AM, arranged a vehicle for drop at a reasonable price. Thanks a lot, will come again Scope for improvement. Slightly difficult to find the hotel. Please place a bigger sign board. Xem tiếp

Hotel is very near the airport. Took around 5 mins via car, which they provided for free! Downside is no elevator so it was very inconvenient. It has basic needs - shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, comb. No TV in the room though and they charge for an extra person (even if the room fits more than the capacity ex: 2 double beds should be 2-3 not just for 2 persons). Also, they allow late check ins so there are people who arrived really late at night - 11 pm- 1 am. They were quite noisy. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Hotel is okay for an early flight. If you have a connected flight, it is good to stay near the airport. However, reaching there is difficult by foot and if you grab taxi, they will ask you 200.000 VND. The hotel owner is nice. He told us he would send us to the airport in the morning. However, the hotel driver tried to ask our money 100,000 VND on the way to the airport. The ticket to enter the airport costs only 15,000 VND but finally we gave him 50,000 VND which is not free at all. Vietnam is a good country but I think most of tourists don’t want to go there because of the taxi system. Xem tiếp

Henry and his staff are accommodating. Even there is no elevator and telephone in the room, they are focused to ensure that guest messages in agoda messaging system are all attended with care. 5mins from the airport, good stay for layover flight. Xem tiếp

We had a great experience staying at this hotel and felt very welcome here. Mr Henry and his family were very nice and were so kind let us borrow an adaptor so we could charge our phones. The rooms were clean and hotel located convenient near the airport. Also some shops around to eat. Xem tiếp

All perfect. Free transport to the airport. On time and perfect service wise. The only one downside (but maybe related to our self) - difficult to find, as it is hidden from the main street. Rest perfect. Very good breakfast and very professional staff. We did not have that good service even in 5 star hotels. Xem tiếp

we booked this hotel for one night so we could be closed to airport for our early morning flight. No elevator, they have kettle, fluffy bath towel, a proper duvet which our 2 previous hotel doesn't have and a soft bed. with bathroom amenities, cute flower wallpaper in the room. Everything about our stay here was perfect...Very warm welcome, kindness & help by friendly Mr Henry..Mr Henry & hotel's staffs are so lovely and helpful.. would 100% recommended. Lovely clean room & toilet..close to the airport. Thank you again to Mr Henry by providing free ride to the No Bai Airport.. It must be a perfect stop if you have to go early to Noi Bai airport or you have a late landing. Room is nice and spacious, wifi is super in the whole hotel. The best thing here is a warming atmosphere. They, the staff and Mr. Henry (the owner), always smile and willing to help with any travel information or the good places to visit in Hanoi and Vietnam.
