They were in the midst of renovations when we came by, but they spared no effort to ensure we had a great stay. Large room Xem tiếp

The location is good but need to remind the guest that it has to locked and never forget the key so the other guest didnt disturb by knocking so loud at the door at the middle of the night. Though the hotel is safe,we should strict implement the use of the key or we can improve by using sensored card key or key less for convenience of everyone. Xem tiếp

I booked superior room in Agoda, ad listed room size is 25 square metres but upon entering the room, I discovered room is very small, with toilet located just behind the bed. I estimate room size is only 12 square metres. There is hardly any space for walking other than go toilet. At night when return to hotel about 11pm, there are 2 unfriendly male staff who just stared rudely at me. Perhaps it is the culture of Vietnamese men to stare rudely at strangers. Also when check out, staff asked me pay 20.000 dong for 2 mineral water that I drank. I had clarified with him the day before that the 2 mineral water bottles are free. Room just nice not too small. You get what you pay. Clean also. But can be a bit noisy as you can hear the traffic or any other sound. If you wanna go shopping at Ben Than market it is quite near but for elder people may not suitable as walking takes 5-7 mins. For me it is fine. Xem tiếp

I would like to thank FOURC HOTEL bring me a great memory of my first trip in Vietnam. I met a great roommate from Thailand, she like FOURC hotel as well. Last night, my flight is about 1 am, I try to ask if I could use the bathroom even I was checked out, and they said "YES"!! Oh my god!! It's really....sweet!!!
