Chúng tôi đặt phòng và có yêu cầu nhận phòng sớm lúc 11h và được chấp thuận .Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi đến khách sạn lúc 12h vẫn chưa có phòng, chúng tôi gửi hành lý và đi ra ngoài và quay về lúc 13h phòng chúng tôi vẫn chưa có điều đó thất kinh khủng với gia đình có 2 con nhỏ như chúng tôi. Phải chờ thêm 30 phút chúng tôi mới có phòng, thái độ nhân viên lễ tân nhăn nhó không lịch sư, không tôn trọng khách hàng. Về ăn sáng có thời gian thật kinh khủng bắt đầu từ 6h00 và kết thúc lúc 8h00 sáng chưa bao giờ chúng tôi thấy có 1 khách sạn nào có thời gian ăn sáng như vậy. Nói về món ăn, đồ ăn thì không có nhiều lựa chọn, món ăn rất khinh khủng không thể ăn nổi. Về phòng, vật dụng trong phòng không đồng bộ, phòng có mùi hôi khi chúng tôi thông báo nhân viên nhưng không được khử mùi. Chúng tôi thật thất vọng và sẽ không quay lại ks này lần nào nữa. Xem tiếp

the hotel is located just a couple hundred meters from the lake. And several bike rental options near by. Good food was easy to find near by as well. the hotel itself was okay. A spacious room, the bed was clean and soft. Toilet was big however the shower (bathtub) could be improved. Xem tiếp

We have a comfortable stay, it is a quite room, although the room is facing the main road. the location is not too far from the city center, plenty food stall and restaurants around the hotel. we enjoy our stay and thanks to the attentive staff. Xem tiếp

Worth of money. The location is city center where you can sightsee many attraction. It is also close to the market, night market, public park, lake. Staffs here are nice and friendly. They are very helpful and informative. The room is very big and has many space. Definitely will choose this hotel again when coming to Dalat Xem tiếp

Very nice, clean and comfortable suite rooms. Walking distance to market, lake, cafés and restaurants . Very nice owners and we'll trained staff with good english. Good variety of dishes at breakfast buffet. We will return. Xem tiếp

This hotel has to be one of the ' best value ' hotels i have ever stayed in and i travel a lot !! very nice large room with everything that u need ,oh except one thing they didnt supply an iron but thats a pretty small issue .............the only other small issue is that breakfast finished at 9.30am and i prefer 10am but the lady in reception was good enough to let me have breakfast even though i was a late on 1 occasion ............will definately stay here again when i return to Da Lat ,very nice hotel ........ Hard to find a fault... The room furniture was a bit uncomfortable but the bed was fine... Probably the Breakfast Room was the low point, a bit grim but still quite OK..Breakfast food all good but they cater to bus loads of tourists and if you arrive at the same time it can get crowded. The suite room in Fortune Dai Loi 2 will not disappoint you. It is spacious, clean and has high end furniture. Breakfast is next door in Fortune Dai Loi 1. They have heavy traffic until 0730 when tourist buses depart. Nice variety of dishes, very accommodating owners and quality staff. Xem tiếp
