Great location and safe parking for motorbikes. Nicely appointed room but it got a little noisy when the AC was turned on. The hostess is very friendly and loves to joke! Recommended. Xem tiếp

It was the best choice! We were very happy that we chose this accommodation. The hostess, Anh is super friendly and helpful. Our room is nice and comfortable, super clean. Everything is as stated in the description and in the pictures. The location is also very good, walking distance to the old town, and the beach is easily reachable by bicycle. Wifi is pretty good. It says here list pros and cons of the property, with Flower Garden it is all pros and no cons. The room was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the staff were very pleasant but Anh the owner was especially wonderful, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Xem tiếp

Flower homestay is a great place to stay if you’re wanting a good nights sleep but also be close to the old town. Old town is 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and cleaned every day, bed was comfy. Originally planned to stay for 6 nights ended up staying an extra two which the host was very helpful with. Amazing place to stay and value for money would definitly recommend :) Xem tiếp

The location is around 20-30 minutes walking from the Hoi An walking street. It is clean and tidy. I like the balcony. The shower room can add fans, otherwise it will be humid and the smell kept in the shower room Xem tiếp

This is the nicest place at a very reasonable price! We had been staying at places that were a couple dollars cheaper, but we were so happy that we decided to stay here, it was a great deal for how much nicer three rooms are. The hostess is great, helpful and had lots of jokes together. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere but not right in the hustle and bustle. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to get everything you need. They also organized tours, transfers and taxis for a very good price. Lovely house, nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast - but above all - the nicest, most helpful and caring host we had on our holiday of two months! We were allowed in our room at 8 in the morning and a free coffee, got great tips for the town, and everything else we needed. The host/owner/manager is the nicest young lady! Xem tiếp

We had two rooms during our stay as we extended. We were comfortable there. You need bikes as it is not that close to everything. I believe the hotel take commission on most things. If you are people that really research like we are, you will know what shops you want to go to, what restaurants you want to eat at and what easy rider bike tour you want to take. The reception seem to have a family member or best friend that works in every place and you are encouraged to try those people. We tried to book our own easy rider tour after extensive research and then asked the reception to call our guy and provided the number. I was told he was not answering and that we should use their recommendation. I then heard back from our easy rider guy that he had received a call but was asked to pay commission. Anyway, we went with their guy in the end which was mostly ok but they did not really speak English so it was more of a guy dropping us off at places and pointing in the direction we should walk. At first, I didn't know what to expect at a homestay, but I booked here mainly because I didn't find a hotel in the area that I liked. I'm glad I stayed here though, as my stay was quite comfortable. The deluxe room was sizable with a big, comfy bed. While there are some early morning noises from the neighbors and the family starting their day, I had no problem sleeping deeply in this room. The family was nice and always friendly. Nobody ever got in my way and let me go about my business, yet when I left, I regretted not getting to know them better! For me, the location is great because it's not in the middle of the Old town tourist madness (about a 15 minute walk away), yet if you rent a bike for the day, you'll be at the beach in the other direction in less than 30 minutes. I arranged pick-up and a return ride to the Da Nang train station for reasonable prices, and upon my departure, they even gave me a free big bottle of water and let me drink some of their Dalat red wine as I waited for the car to arrive. I'd recommend the Flower Garden Homestay for anyone looking for a relaxed, comfortable stay in Hoi An, as it's a great home base to explore the area. Xem tiếp

Within an easy walking distance to the old town the location of this home-stay was ideal. It was however too far to walk to the beach and so we hired a moped but many went for the push-bike option. The family were very friendly and the little boy Pin provided lots of entertainment. Breakfast was always cooked fresh and tasted great! This is a small hotel run by a family. We stayed in the off season and the family was friendly but one of the younger girls seemed almost scared of my boyfriend. The room was gorgeous and very clean when we arrived. No kettle or mugs for making coffee in the room and the hotel charges 10,000 for coffee. The bathroom flooded every time we had a shower because the drain was blocked and it took a very long time for the water to clear. Towels smelled a bit funny and had dirty patches on them. When they cleaned the room, they didn't clean the bathroom or change the sheets. This isn't really a big deal but in Vietnam everything tends to get covered with grit and sand being tracked in from the streets, so the sheets were pretty gritty after a while. Breakfast was ok; Cao Lau is great but takes ages because they have to go out to buy it. The bread was stale, so I wouldn't recommend that. The wifi was terrible. It stayed connected for a couple of minutes at a time before we had to change the network connection (if it worked at all!) Not great if you have to do business. Located in a very quiet side street. 'Mirs' Minh down the road does great laundry and it's cheaper than the hotel. She's a real character! Xem tiếp
