Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đồ dùng đủ, khu căn hộ thuận tiện di chuyển và có nhiều tiện ích nội khu. Tuy nhiên tòa nhà nằm vị trí trong cùng hơi khuất nên sẽ khó tìm với tài xế ko thạo đường trong khu. Vì nằm đằng sau trường học nên mở cửa phòng khách ban công khá ồn, đóng cửa thì ok..nói chung căn hộ tốt, phù hợp với giá tiền Xem tiếp

The host is very helpful and responsive. The apt is clean and quiet, surrounded with stores and cafe. Pity that we didn’t have time for a walk in the park. We don’t have much of a view from the windows and I wish the kitchen had more facilities (like a cooker). But anyway couldn’t ask for more with such a good price. Might be back next time. Xem tiếp

The host Woo was helpful and responsive. Most of the things worked fine except some minor hiccups like there's no washing machine which is manageable for us and tv channels weren't available but it's ok for us as we would go out most of the time and rest. The room has excellent view as well as balcony. Woo provided everything we needed in very short time. Check in steps are easy as well as checking out. But I really sick of agoda messenger platform where they always block users and hosts to share their contacts. Anyway the host Woo is responsive and attentive. Pros: I used wifi at Reception to contact the host via agoda messages and he told me which mail box to take the key card so I could use the elevator. Got a room on 20th floor on L5 building. Looks like Ls are near the Landmark 81 (tallest tower in Vietnam now) and Ps are near the riverside park. When standing in front of the room door, I used the room wifi to contact the host as I couldn't open the room door. It needs a code and messages via agoda are censored. All numbers and email addresses became x. He came to open the door for me and gave me the code. Room has everything one might need during a short stay like cooking facilities, microwave, pots, water boiler, knife, scisors, cups, bowls, dishes, spoons, chopsticks, dish washing liquid, cloth to wipe table, toiletries, 3 bath towels, iron and iron board even the bandage, baby oil and nail clipper. Many thanks. Good hot water. Good aircon. Good lighting so room is very bright. Nice view of the pool on ground floor. Not sure if we could use the key card to open the gate to use the pool. I didn't try as I feel that the pool location is not inviting. Sad as I was hoping to swim when I booked here. Very crowded at Landmark 81 at night so after shopping, we walked to the nice park. They had live band that night so only those with Residence cards (key cards) were allowed in. I felt safe and privileged. Cons: Bathroom floor should be cleaned. Faucets and shower head set and table around the basin faucet should be wiped by soft cloth. Toilet should be cleaned too. Looks like the areas around Vinhomes Central Park are still under construction or need more investment except the park area. Xem tiếp

The checkin process was not very clear until i met the owner. Apartment was large enough with adequate facilities. Location is good as very near landmark 81 and the vinhomes park. According to the owner, I cannot use the swimming pool. Wifi is working well, but other facilities were only average, bedding, toilet facilities, cleanliness. This apartment was in Vinhomes, a great location to live in Saigon. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Landmark81 and Vinmall are right nearby with a cineplex too. The apartment was new and well furnished. All equipment was in working order. I loved my stay here and will choose this place again when I return later. Xem tiếp

Vinhomes Central Park is a brand new residential area close to HCM City Centre. The facilities in the area are good with swimming pools, gyms and big park nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a shopping mall with the SEA's tallest tower. The apartment is a nice 1 bedroom apartment with bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The facilities in the apartment were a bit disappointing; not a single proper set of towels (we bought new towels from Vinmart), only 1 set of bed sheet, not a proper set of cleaning equipment like dishcloths. The mattress is inconvenient. Despite these shortcomings, I can recommend this property, but do not expect too much. Xem tiếp
