Mình đặt phòng Deluxe gia đình như trên ảnh là phòng có cả gác xép phòng rộng 2 giường đôi. Mà đến lúc nhận cho cái phòng bé hơn 1 nửa, có đúng 1 giường đôi + 1 giường đơn. Hỏi lễ tân thì kêu chị đặt phòng giá đó chỉ được hạng phòng đó thôi. Vậy bên khách sạn quảng cáo trên ảnh sai sự thật, lừa đảo khách hàng à? Xem tiếp

Loved this place! People so wonderful and the spot right on the beach can’t be beat! A good option to staying in Hoi An with all the craziness of the tourists. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, so is the house pet RITA 💙 the room is absolutely clean and well organised. They also have a satellite TV for me to stream YouTube or videos when I’m resting inside. They have a private beach that’s linked to the restaurants and the public beach. It is absolutely convenient and easy accessible. They serve breakfast every morning, ranging from western breakfast to Vietnamese pho. I really enjoy them. The whole experience is very heart warming and comforting. I enjoy the stay very much and would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. I would also come back again when I visit Hoi An. Special shoutout to Ly and team, you guys are awesome. I will see you all around. Thank you. Xem tiếp

Five Rose Villas is a new and beautiful place to stay in a quieter section of the beach in Hoi An. I arrived and went straight out to the beach. They have loungers and towels for you to use. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. One slightly odd thing about the room is that one wall to the bathroom is glass with no curtain, so if you are sharing the room keep that in mind. Also, the window curtains didn't cover the entire window. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. The place is new and the staff is trying their best to do things right, but the amount of English spoken is very limited. The breakfast is what one would expect from a 5-star resort, it was delicious and I didn't need to eat until dinner. My room did not have a sea view, but all I had to do was open the door and sit out on the balcony with the chairs they had provided. If I am back in Hoi An, I would definitely stay there again. It was better and more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Xem tiếp

Loved our stay at Five Rose, the staff including front desk, Li & Hoa, went out of their way to make us feel at home. All staff did a variety of jobs and should be commended on their detail to everything. Lots of things close by and the beach right on the doorstep. I loved the Five Rose Villa in Hoi An! The staff was so kind and me and my boyfriend had our two year anniversary during our stay and the hotel gave us a complimentary Vietnamese wine to celebrate :) The breakfast was just delicious with fresh fruits, bread, cake, noodles, rice and pancakes and the beach in the back of the hotel was just flawless with white sand and beautiful blue water. We were looking for a quiet place away from the busy part of An Bang, but still within walking distance to eateries and a convenience store. Five Rose Villas ticked all our boxes. Inside, our room was clean and spacious. Sheets and towels were fresh. Beach towels were also provided. Breakfast is a choice between a western-style meal (bacon, sausage, eggs) and local (mi quang, pho). Staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They made us feel like guests instead of simply a customer. It's obvious they love the place and are proud of it. The whole property was clean and very well-maintained. The outdoor garden was beautiful and Instagram-worthy. Outside the property, some construction work was being carried out but the noise was minimal and we weren't affected by it at all. Staying here was such a wonderful experience, and we'd love to go back soon. Xem tiếp

This was our second trip to HoiAn and it was lovely to stay at this little gem! It has a beachfront, plenty of chairs, good free breakfast, and a lovely staff! A short motorbike trip from the city makes it the ideal spot!! Xem tiếp

My brother and I stayed only one night at Five Roses Villas. We were satisfied with the everything given the good value for money. The facilities (beachfront property), the room (clean and very comfortable beds), and the breakfast was also acceptable. Overall we were satisfied with this property. It served its purpose Xem tiếp

We were very disappointed in this hotel unfortunately as we were very excited to be staying in An Bang. There was so much false advertising. The pictures are definitely set up to make you believe that this place is a comfortable and beautiful beach resort but when you arrive it is as if it shouldn't even be open yet. The staff are hardly every around and don't know the answer to any questions. There wasn't any way to order food or drinks even though there were menus for both. I asked for a soda water and ice at one point and they didn't have either - what kind of hotel doesn't have ice?? They offer you many breakfast options that they don't actually have The beach has plastic sand bags for the steps which seemed very undone. The bathroom was a glass box with curtains that you can draw so that anyone else in the room can't watch you do your business - very uncomfortable and odd. It's a shame because this place has a lot of potential but it needs some SERIOUS WORK before it's suitable. Xem tiếp
