The pillow and towels where dirty. Asked for new pillow and got questioned why before they would swap the pillows. After 10mins in the shower the hot water stops and one needs to wait for another 10-20mins for it to run again. What is the point of having a cupboard in the room when it doesn't fit in the room (takes up too much space). Xem tiếp

Very central to all the action in Hanoi but situated on a quiet street, easy walk to the lake. Great on the weekend when the road is closed around the lake and everyone gathers to enjoy the area. The accommodation was well priced and the family room was large with high ceilings. The big windows let lots of natural light in the day and the noise was low considering the central location of the Hotel. The staff where very friendly and helpful, always smiling and opening the door for us in the lobby. Good value for money and would highly recommend staying here. Xem tiếp

Room was perfect for us, staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, the breakfast restaurant had a nice selection of Asian breakfast food, the street was relatively quiet and clean. We'd definitely return. Xem tiếp

Stayed two different times, once on 4th Floor and another on 3rd. 4th floor room was notably nicer, but both rooms spacious and great view of street life from balcony. Staff were always incredibly positive and helpful, such a nice change from European 'hospitality'. Well located in an quieter part of the Old Quarter and reasonably priced. If I had to find a negative, maybe the rooms were a little too chilly, but we were there in December which is winter there too, apparently. We had to swap our t shirts and shorts for long sleeves and trousers, but it wasn't properly cold or anything. I would definitely stay there again, with or without children. Xem tiếp

My evaluations to this hotel are extreme. It does not perform well on the hardware, but scores high on all the other categories. Advantages: 1. Great crew & service(updated our room for free) 2. Breakfast(It will be great if the menu is served) Shortcomings: 1. Noisy street especially at night 2. The specifications of bathroom design is not accurate enough (Ex. You cannot close the door if you put a carpet in the bathroom) But over all, it is a pleasant experience staying in Family Holiday Hotel. Xem tiếp

Great location—walking distance to shops, food and Ho Hoan Kiem (very fun night market and beautiful scenery). Staff here are exceptional, including housekeeping. They were very accommodating, even when we arrived at 3am. They allowed us free showers, called taxis, baggage storage and provided beverages even after we checked out of our room while waiting a late night trip. Staff even walked two blocks with our luggage to catch our bus for a trip. They gave us recommendations and were very easy to talk to. Very honest people. Facilities were very clean and 4 stars given only because minor upgrades could’ve made our room even better (like change a couple of tiles or repaint the ceiling—not deal breakers), otherwise air conditioner worked well, plenty of hot water, refrigerator, locked safe and extra linens/pillows provided. The price is suitable to what you received from Family Holiday. The staff is helpful and kind. The room is beautiful and clean. The food is delicious. In 2017, I used to book another hotel in old Quarter, Hanoi to stay to transfer to travel Sapa with 800.000 vnd for 02 people. I did not feel happy by room, air conditioner, lift. I think it is hard to book good room in old quarter with 800.000 vnd . However, I changed my mind when I book and enjoy this hotel. I will share and recommend to my friends Xem tiếp

We booked a delux room with balcony and king bed only to be told on check in that there were no rooms available. The website showed multiple rooms available throughout our stay but staff was adamant that we could not stay in this hotel. They moved us to a different hotel down the street and gave us a room with no balcony and 2 twin beds. The room they put us in was listed for half the price as the room we booked but we were only offered an very small discount and a free ride to the airport. The location was nice and the staff seemed friendly considering the circumstances. Xem tiếp

Beautiful rooms, clean, air conditioning works great, nice showers, comfortable beds. No complaints at all! We were having problems with agoda initially with the booking but the hotel staff remained professional throughout. Great staff! Would stay again and recommend. Xem tiếp

High ceilings, white walls, good internet, good laundry service. Good quality cotton bedding. Breakfast around the corner in nearby restaurant. The neighborhood is barricaded off from cars (except taxis) so the street traffic is much lower, less pollution, good for walking. Lots of motorbikes, however. Be sure to check if the room you reserve has a window, if you care about that. not all of them do. Xem tiếp

Great location, delicious pho noodle breakfast, 2 building (one with no elevator, just narrow round stair to reach each floor (I got this one), Arround food: Bami bread just 2 block away, delicious & cheap ±25k dong (must try) July2017. Xem tiếp
