Từ sân bay tôi về thẳng KS như đã đặt, đến nơi nhân viên khách sạn thông báo phòng tôi đặt không có phòng trống vì có khách Tây ở lại do mất hộ chiếu. Họ đưa tôi đến 1 khách sạn khác cùng tuyến đường nhưng tôi không muốn ở đó vì chất lượng quá kém, tôi yêu cầu hủy phòng thì lại được họ đưa đến 1 khách sạn khác nữa, khách sạn này phòng cũng tương đối và do phải di chuyển quá mệt nên tôi phải ở lại đây. Thật sự rất không hài lòng vì điều này! Xem tiếp

Tôi có đặt cho nhóm bạn theo quảng cáo nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì bị đẩy sang khách sạn khác. Xấu tệ! Bạn bè về kêu ầm ĩ là treo đầu dê bán thịt chó Xem tiếp

Vị trí hơi khuất nhưng cũng tiện đi ra bờ hồ. Ăn sáng ổn, vừa miệng. Tiện nghi phòng tạm ổn. Thiếu mini Bar. Phòng tắm khá nhỏ như những kiểu nhà phố ở khu phố cổ Hà Nội, tuy nhiên sạch sẽ. Xem tiếp

We arrived at this hotel late in the evening around 11pm. I booked two rooms with balcony facing the street.Our rooms were quite large but the bathroom was very small. If you have a shower it wets the toilet kind of small. There is no lift in this hotel and the stairs are a tiny tight spiral. We were very grateful the staff carried our luggage up.Unfortunately there was building works directly accross from our rooms which kept me awake all night, it was going on way past midnight and started again very early it seemed. When i complained at reception in the morning they were very understanding and moved us down the road to their new hotel called family holiday hotel at no extra cost. Rooms were very large as well as the bathroom. We couldnt hear any noise from here which made us very happy. This hotel also had a lift thank god. Xem tiếp

We have been moved to the other hotel nearby so still quite a good location. be aware of it is a busy street and quite noisy sometimes. My friends and my room were on floor 3 & 4, that is no lift and only have to carry a suitcase up to the room by a narrow staircase. probably not good for old people then. Xem tiếp

I have booked Deluxe Family Room with Balcony. Upon check in, the receptionist offer us to move to Family Holiday Hotel (nearby to Family Hanoi Hotel) with the reason of that hotel has lift (no need to climb up with our luggages). The room is spacious and clean and also same as the photos shown in agoda. The staffs all are nice and friendly. Location is good, near to Hoan Kiem Lake and markets. Xem tiếp

What a great location in a charming street. The staff were only too happy to help with whatever request and could speak good English. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms were on the small/old side but that's what you get in Vietnam. Great location to head off exploring and good value for money. Xem tiếp

- Big clean room with balcony - Central location relative to ho kiem lake, very convenient - Strong wifi in room - Great service from the reception guys - NO lift, must climb steep stairs, not for old or physically challenged person - OK breakfast. Xem tiếp

1. The hotel does not have lift which is not indicated during booking. Not suitable for old people and young children. 2. Breakfast - replenish food very slow. 3. Hot water supply will cut off after 5min of shower. Xem tiếp

It is very near from Hoan Kiam lake. They sell package tour but when I checked in I didn't know that. I booked one day tour of perfume pagoda in other travel agency and when I came back to this hotel I saw the tour program of this hotel. Xem tiếp

Hotel didn’t keep my booking and asked me to change to their another hotel nearby. They explained that I not previous pay for my stay although I picked up pay at hotel upon check-in option. As this staying for my biz purpose so I asked for invoice, hotel said they can provide but I need to pay 10% more. I agreed as I have no other choice. I paid all my room rate + 10% for VAT invoice but I have been waiting 4 days but hotel has’nt had invoice ready for me although I called and asking for this 3 times. Really disappointed on this hotel as I believed in Agoda’s hotel partners as my good experience before. Xem tiếp

It made walking around the old city easy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was decent for being included with the cost of the room. The air conditioning was powerful which was helpful because i went at the hottest time of the year. The room itself was ok, but not great. Everything worked fine in the bathroom, it just wasn’t beautiful. Same for the room. The bed was comfortable but not luxurious. The toiletries they offered were fine. It’s a good value for the low cost. I would recommend to friends who are looking to save on hotels and spend more on experiences Xem tiếp

i booked 2 triple rooms & 1 deluxe double room with window. first night stay was good with rooms given as what i had booked as i emailed the hotel few days before my arrival to reassure my rooms. we checked out for Sapa & came back for second night stay after a day. they changed my deluxe double room with window to a sister hotel across the street to a old small double room without window. the condition of the room was far from the one i booked. they gave me the reason there was a family in that double room. i just do not get it. why should i care who was in the room since i had booked & paid earlier. i was tired to argue with them by that time. if you get rooms for Family Hanoi Hotel is good n clean in condition, otherwise the sister hotels are slightly runned down. i need to think twice to book this hotel if i have better choices in future. location is perfect!! middle of city but not too noisy, many great shops( coffee shop, restaurants, massage, etc) around a hotel by walking distance, very kind staff who speck english fluently, price is so cheap. only one bad thing is no lift. We booked 3 rooms (4,5,6 floor. it was really hard to go up even with our golf bags. without that really perfect!!!! Xem tiếp

Was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a balcony, it looked beautiful. Only drawback was no elevator, and "shower on the toilet" kind of bathroom but overall it was a good stay and would likely go there again Xem tiếp

There's one room on each floor and they all have a nice little balcony with a view on a small street where no cars are allowed. This area has many hotels, restaurants and shops, so it is lively but not noisy at all. A nice little pagoda is tucked away in the corner and the Hoan Kiem Lake is just around the corner. Rooms are well appointed and beds comfy. Good (rain) shower too, but there's no cubicle or curtain. The bathroom floor stays wet for a while after taking a shower. This is very common in Asia and I don't see it as a problem since slippers are provided. Staff in the day are very welcoming and friendly but the guys who work in the night need to be more quiet when helping guests to check-out. Breakfast (included) was good but portions a bit small. Decided to book Family Hanoi Hotel as it looked very spacious, new and modern. I booked 2 Deluxe Double Room with Window as there were 4 of us. When we got there, we were told that only 1 room was available as the other still had guests who can’t check out yet. They then requested 2 of us to stay in a separate hotel “Madame Moon” which was just around the corner. Search it up and you will see that it is no where near new or modern & the bathroom is also extremely crammed. The price is also cheaper than Family Hanoi Hotel. Not happy, we asked if we could transfer back for the remaining days and they brought us to another hotel “Family Holiday Hotel”. This was worse. We insisted to stay back in “Family Hanoi Hotel” as this was what we booked for. They went on saying that there were no more rooms “with window” available and it’s only the other 2 hotels that have it. We refused as we did make our reservation and it is no fault of ours that they screwed up their own bookings. Eventually, they “upgraded” our room to one “with balcony” after we insisted. Subsequently, we noticed that there was only 1 room “with window”. All the rest was “with balcony”. So this is just pure false advertising as there was no way we should be able to book 2 rooms “with window”. They make you pay more and subsequently move you to their partner hotels which costs lower (they won’t refund btw). So either beware when you are booking this hotel or just keep insisting and refuse to stay in their partner hotels. Xem tiếp

So first of all my booking was for family hanoi hotel but we were sent to "win hotel" around the corner, none the less because my booking was for family my review will address it. On agoda it looks modern, clean and spacious... well our rooms were spacious but anything but modern, quite an old building which didn't have a lot of facilities that we were after, particularly an in room safe, booking was also for a double bed but was given 2 singles, with the option to change after 3 days (in a 5 day stay...). Bathroom was pathetic, couldn't stand in the shower and no shower curtain so everytime you had a shower the whole room would be saturated. Anyone taller than me (6'2") would not be able to sit on the toilet as my knee was pressed against the wall. The breakfast was appalling where the most wholesome option was scrambled eggs with toast, another option was butter with toast (note, not both, one or the other). Fortunately it is very central so its easy enough to find other breakfast options. Staff spoke a little english and there seemed to be constant renovations being done. Definitely would not stay there again or advise anyone else to. Oh yeah one other thing, Win hotel is advertised for a bit less than what we paid for family hanoi hotel but we were not refunded the difference. Beware before booking this hotel! Xem tiếp
