Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương, cô chú phục vụ ở đây thân thiện, dễ thương, được cái là nó khu vực đông đúc nên ai muốn tìm khu vực yên tĩnh thì ở đây khá là hợp lý. Điểm trừ ở đây là hơi xa phố cổ nêú bạn có ý định đi bộ, ở đây có phục vụ xe đạp nhưng bạn phải nhanh chân mới lấy được xe ngon lành...:D, ăn sáng hơi đơn giản, nhà vệ sinh hơi tối. Xem tiếp

Lần đầu đi Hội An, ấn tượng với Villa này với hồ bơi và phòng tắm rất có gout. Cô chú host rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng ngon. Phòng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí hơi xa trung tâm, buổi tối cân nhắc về sớm vì đường tối và xa Phố cổ, bù lại rất yên tĩnh. Ai đi xem Ký ức Hội An thì nơi đây là 1 lựa chọn ở rất tuyệt, vì rất gần. Sẽ khuyến khích bạn bè ở đây khi đến Hội An. Xem tiếp

The villa looks new and nicely decorated. The room is spacious and have a small table which suitable for drinking tea. But the really bad thing is the attitude of the staff is not really professional at all, at least she must have a bit of experience in the hospitality job but she doesn't have! Xem tiếp

Fairy garden is a place where you notice that the management is really trying their best. They made a lovely garden with a nice pool, sun beds and even a jacuzzi. It’s located about 2,5km outside of the tourist center, but they provide bicycles for you to get there more easy. A nice breakfast is included. Unfortunately, our room was not so clean. There had been a leakage, which caused the room to be very humid at all times. The bathroom was still very wet. The blankets were covered in mold. When we told the management they tried and find us another room but that one was even more damp. They did change the sheets and we could see they tried to find a solution. One more con was that guests can smoke on their balcony 🤢 which causes our room to smell like their smoke. All in all it was a good deal for the price we paid. If they fix the humid rooms and clean a bit better it would be an absolute steal. Xem tiếp

New modern hotel, clean rooms, generous free breakfast with your choice of several options and a wonderful family. The rooms are also very large and the bathroom is really big with a great rainfall shower. They also can arrange tours or transportation for you at a reasonable price.They have free bikes to use and scooters to rent so don't be worried that the location is not right in the walking town. You won't get as nice as a hotel/rooms for the price in town or such a warm & friendly family anywhere else. I arrived on the early 6am bus into HoiAn and thus at the hotel super early and they were gracious & kind enough to allow me to check in early. I stayed here for a week and will definitely be back next time i'm in HoiAn! Xem tiếp

I stayed almost 2 weeks here and loved it.......newer hotel, large rooms and bathrooms, nice selection for breakfast, free bikes for use, scooters for rent, pool, great wifi, and the super nice and friendly family/owners. Can't beat the value here for the price. Xem tiếp

I would very much so recommend the Fairy Garden Villa! It is a very nice hotel where there is great value for the price. You can tell that the owner, Vincent and his family, care very much about their hotel and the customer satisfaction. The hotel was all around very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and both Western and Vietnamese options. Vincent was always very accommodating ensuring that you always have everything you need. He also provided a well put together document of recommendations for food and activities in the area which proved to be very helpful. The property is located in a peaceful and quiet area, there are bikes to use for free to easily get to and from town. This was both my friend as well as my favorite hotel in Vietnam! Xem tiếp

I found this place to be great and perfect for my needs. I stayed in the 3 person dorm and the bed was super comfy and I loved the design of the place. A nice little balcony and a pool/jaquzzi. A short bike ride into Hoi An's touristy area. The staff was also fatastic and super friendly! Xem tiếp

Wow! This is the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. I stayed just under 1 month and LOVED my time at this amazing spot! Such a warm, welcoming family, beautiful pool and grounds, large, comfy bed and beautiful stone throughout the building. Strongly recommend this one! 5 stars, thru and thru!! Xem tiếp

The facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it's a bit far away from the city centre, but they remedy this by offering free bicycles, which we used and we're satisfied with.
