This is a new cruise ship about 2 years ago. However this is definitely not an Issue when it comes to service or food quality. The cabin is also large and clean. The service staff is always around to check if you need help or service. There are optional free activities that you can join in as well to further enjoy your cruise. Just one thing to note, if you are getting a transfer ride to the cruise station, please be aware of the charges, they are not free or cheap. It came as a surprise to us when we were told to pay USD70 for the to and forth ride from the old quarters to the cruise area. To be fair, they did try to refund us USD20 but it just spoiled that beginning. Otherwise, this was a great cruise to enjoy on Halong Bay. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our time even though it was for only one day. The staff was very attentive and the whole process of being picked up from our hotel all the way to dropped off back at our hotel was smooth and organized. We enjoyed the meals. The welcoming lunch is a sit down served lunch and was very good. Dinner was buffet style as was breakfast the next morning. Xem tiếp

The Suite was better then what we expected and so big for a cruise. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice with a big variety. I was a bit disappointed that the crew got not informed that I celebrated my Birthday on the cruise, all do we mentioned it at the booking! Other then that we can only recommend this cruise Xem tiếp

Era Cruises exceeded our expectations in service, food, room size, scheduling and entertainment. It was a cloudy, rainy two days in Ha Long Bay but the Era Cruises team still showed us a beautiful time. Highly recommend Era Cruises and their amazing crew. Xem tiếp

Beautiful cruise down the river. Very helpful tour guide. Agenda wasn't too packed and was relaxed. There were activities available that were all optional. There was also a gym inside the ship that had dumbbell weights up to 26kg! The cinema room didn't have too many movie selections, but was also available for public. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious even for the lowest tiered ones! They all had their own individual balconies. Pick up and drop off were coordinated very well and the crew helped us with our luggage so we didn't even have to bring it to the room / luxury busses etc. The luxury bus was also very comfortable and was priced at USD 40 per pax for 2-way. It was my boyfriend's birthday too and they gave us a small cake along with a small bouquet of roses free of charge. Food was fantastic and high-quality! Absolutely loved the lunch on the first day. Overall, the staff were very helpful and service was great! Also they didn't try to upsell us anything throughout! Xem tiếp

Staff, food and the excursions were excellent. The biggest and best surprise were the huge cabins with private sun terrace and a jacuzzi in the also spacious bathroom placed right in the panorama window. WOW Xem tiếp

Enjoyed our time with era cruise! The service was impeccable. We booked a terrace suite and it was amazing. The staff (jimmy, lucky and crew) were extremely welcoming and ensured that we were well taken of throughout the whole duration. Not to mention how sweet the crew were. It was my birthday and they bought a cake for me and celebrated for me during dinner time. Was extremely touched at the sweet gesture. (I did not pay for any extra service at all so the cake gesture was entirely paid for by era cruise). The crew is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers on board. Definitely will sail with era cruise again when I return to Halong Bay. Thanks for the amazing experience! Xem tiếp

休息室等待有提供免費茶水及糖果，接待人員都很親切 房間很大很舒適沒煙味，床是這趟北越旅程軟硬最適中的 船上的服務人員們都很熱情友善，英文能溝通 後來馬桶有點堵塞告知他們後，也沒有被為難 其中特別感謝☆MAI★，在回程時我們額外訂的接駁車不知如何聯絡，還協助我們，讓我們不會不知所措 但有一點點小缺憾，是我們房間有一間的浴室門無法鎖，當船有比較大晃動時，門會跟著開開關關 Xem tiếp

Crociera fanstastica di 2 giorni e 1 notte!cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la camera (suite) era un miniappartamento con terrazzo privato, a dir poco stupenda! Avrei preferito ricevere un po’ prima le informazioni riguardo al transfer da Hanoi perché purtroppo lo abbiamo dovuto organizzare da sole, dato che fino ad un paio di giorni prima nn ci era stato proposto niente!il rientro ad Hanoi impeccabile: pulmino comodo e ci hanno lasciato proprio davanti all hotel!tutto sommato esperienza ottima da consigliare se rientra nella fascia di prezzo che si vuole spendere (rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me ottimo)!
