The internet does not work most of the time. Very weak signal in the room, which drops constantly. It makes it hard to do any planning. Then, even though the booking site states free water bottles, the place charges for it. That is even after I showed them the booking site. Of course she blames the booking site. If you are need of internet to plan and book anything, this is not the place for you. I was in the middle of booking a bus, entered credit card info, and wifi drops, for half an hour. The lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. The room was clean but dated , the air conditioning didn’t work and when we plugged the kettle in a defect in the power wire almost caused an electrical fire. The beds were soooo uncomfortable, I had two spare duvets on top of the mattress and my hip bones still dug into the bed uncomfortably. Xem tiếp

Can't think of anything nice to say about this place. Staff went missing at check out and we left after waiting 15 minutes. They could not speak a word of English at check in. shower was either too hot or too cold. Xem tiếp

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the city center, so the location is quiet. The rooms are clean and big, the staff is friendly, but there is a problem with communication, since most of the staff does not speak English. Drinks in the hotel is affordable, internet works without problems. I wouldn't say halong bay has a lot to do other than seeing the islands. The hotel was okay and having a bike meant that the location was never a problem. The staff was great and very helpful for us. We went to hue to same the famous bun bo hue and decided that this hotel has the best version in just the pho. Xem tiếp

Area around the hotel have nothing to offer (but to its defence, the town itself doesnt offer much). Booked a ha long bay tour thru the hotel which showed itself to be twice as expensive compared to what the other people on the boat paid. Xem tiếp

When we arrived noboy seemed to be interested in us. They just asked for the passport, gave us the key and didn't say anything not helping with the luggage etc. We were very tired and the only thing the responsable person said to us was asking in a very unfriedly pushing way if we want to do a tour the next day. The room - we had a big room with "Sea View" but the sea was far away The room seemed to be not very clean and smelled very smoky, the floor was dirty. Service| We wasked for washing and they offered us overprized laundry service. Only the breakfast next morning was surprising good. Xem tiếp
