A bit pricey, good location to lake, reasonably quiet except in the morning with a few outdoor eateries. Lovely stylish room, enormous and comfortable bed. The lady in reception was outstanding, nothing was any trouble, very informative. Very hard for taxis to find, useful to put signage up at each end of alley. A short taxi trip of about $4 to tourist centre of town. Recommend if prices were more competitive. Overall...satisfactory. Xem tiếp

The staff was very friendly. They did an amazing job, honestly to say. I want to evaluate more than a score of 10 because this place is really great. The staff was very friendly. They did an amazing job, honestly to say. The design here is quite nice and it looks like everything is first. The layout of each room is clean. This place was located quite close to places I need to go to, so it was easy for us to explore many cool spots. The staff were all very courteous and attentive to our needs. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. . I do not regret choosing it when I came to Ho Tay. Xem tiếp

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is centrally located, and has a lot of good restaurants around. The building is also quite charming. That being said, we’ve mostly been stressed out with our stay at the property. First of, we were not picked up from the airport even though we booked and confirmed it with the hotel prior to our arrival. We did not get even a message from the hotel informing us that they were not able to send a driver. Second, the hotel was closed when we got there. There wasn’t even one hotel staff available, and nobody was answering the phone. Third, when we were finally able to check-in, we realized later on that they only provided us with one towel, even though we booked for two. We had no way of asking for a second set because there wasn’t any staff around to ask from. Fourth, the room was poorly cleaned. The top of the cabinet and the ceiling fan were quite dusty, and the tables in the common kitchen area were quite dirty. Lastly, many of the guests—like us—kept getting locked out of the hotel. It was quite normal to keep hearing people banging on the door to be let in. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay. Xem tiếp

Everything is value for price but u have to prepare move your luggage along the stairs case. We climb 4 levels for 30KG luggage. That’s a bit difficult for us. Not the hotel side issues, we didn’t notice before the booking. Xem tiếp
