This hotel are located in old quarter, walking distance to hoan kiem lake (20mins walk), train street (9 mins walk) and plenty of local restaurant available. Friendly staffs, expecially Hoang, provided helpful suggestions for our trip. Xem tiếp

The hotel is excellent, with its best feature being the incredible service of the staff. The receptionists were kind and helpful at all times. The lady that attends the breakfast was incredible kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The attention to the details is beyond any other hotel I had stayed. I thank all the staff for their amazing job, and for making our stay in Hanoi a very memorable experience. An excellent hotel in a great location in old quarter near to restaurants and walking distance from all major attractions. Staff are exceptional, we had overslept one morning and had been called by front desk. The front desk talked with tour operator and got us time to get ready. When we arrived downstairs the hotel had packed us a breakfast to go, completely unexpected but very much welcomed. Included coffee in to go cups that turned out to be tea, breakfast staff remembered we were tea drinkers. Highly recommend, you will struggle to find a better set of staff, happy and motivated, making our trip to Hanoi very pleasurable Xem tiếp

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, which is rare for us, but we loved it so much the first time we remembered it and came back. This is one of the most well-run hotels we've stayed in Vietnam. Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms and hotel are artfully decorated and the hotel is located in the heart of the old-town (just a 5 min walk from Hoan Khiem lake). We stayed with a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 young children) and had 2 adjoining rooms that worked out perfectly. They also have a very good gourmet breakfast . But all in all, it really is the professionalism of the staff that impressed us and made us want to return. Highly recommended if you're staying in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Stayed 6 nights over a 2 week period and was hugely impressed by the hotel and in particular the staff who couldn't do enough to help. We used them to book a number of trips, all of which we were very happy with. We paid a bit more (but still very reasonable) for a Excutive room - it's on the 6 th floor with a city view which allows you a nice place to relax above the hubbub of Hanoi Xem tiếp

"I stayed my first night in Vietnam at the essence palace hotel and spa and I couldnt have had a more welcoming experience for my first day in vietnam. Great value and the staff, especially Tracy and Kate, were very professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The room was very nice, large bathroom and shower, very clean, and had filtered water bottles available. Unfortunately the sauna was not available, but the room and staff were so great that it made no difference to me. If I hadn't already booked my second night at a different hostel, I would definitely stay a second or third night here." Xem tiếp

Very beautiful hotel in the best place of Hanoi. Everything was availed at walking distance. We stay here for two night. When we came back after our cruise on Halong Bay we’ve been surprised by welcome home on our bed and a very nice upgrade for our room. The personal staff is amazing never had such a feeling of welcome in a hotel. When we come back in Hanoi than Eco Boutique hotel is absolutely our hotel! The hotel is well located, looks like new and also very confortable. But, without any doubts, the best of all is it’s stuff! Every single one of them is very helpful and attentive. We went there for my girlfriend’s birthday and they helped me surprising her with an amazing birthday cake and a wonderful bouquet of flowers. I definitely recommend it to everyone and if I ever go back to Hanoi I will pick again and again this hotel without hesitating! Xem tiếp

Location is at Old Quarter area, so it's walking distance to many great food location. Hotel is clean, breakfast is okay, staffs were great. The hotel upgraded my room and gave me an early check in around 12. Recommended. Xem tiếp

Had booked one room to house 2 single and 1 double bed. This boutique staff all are nice and friendly. If they can help they will try their best to assist. But the bathroom not too sure was it the design of the shower head or the bathtub issue, Everytime we shower the floor will be super wet no matter how careful you are, so take note. The location is good easy to find, and not too far from the airport. If you need to go anywhere, is good to get advise from the staff as they know best when to set off and how much you need. By the way they also do all kind of package local booking, which you can book thru them as well. Xem tiếp
