We struggled as the staff spoke very little English. So we was confused if breakfast was included or not. When we checked out the owner gave us the difference back for our included breakfast which was nice but would have been easier to know if it was included at the begining of our stay. Our room was clean and had air con but we had never seen so many mozzys in one room! We had to kill them all each day before been able to relax. Maybe adjust the air con to prevent them coming in for next guests. Xem tiếp

Very low priced rooms so cannot expect too much. Breakfast is even included but it is only toast, muesli, coffee and tea. I think for the price you cannot complain about that. Room is plain, the mattress is the stiff kind. The shower though not attractive. and sometimes no hot water and sometimes it just trickles out., at least in my room. Nice owner, and can have the use of a bicycle which is handy on the long beach road. Xem tiếp

Nice, relax and clean rooms but due to peak season,the cleaning room service is taking almost 3hrs done. We was thinking since the cleaning service is delaying guest to check-in maybe they can let the guest late check-out. Guest can sit down relax at their garden just outside the room. Distance to The Sinh Tourist and crowd place is quite far must take taxi, distance to FUTA express is about 750m. Overall for me is good place to stay for relax trip. Xem tiếp

Duy An has a gorgeous seating area at the front with a really relaxed vibe, and more seating out the back and by the rooms. Our room was a good size, big bathroom, nice and cool, fan was amazing! Mattress was very very hard and I like a firm mattress but ouch! It's in a great location just on the edge of the main town, so nice and quiet but still in the middle of everything. The staff were all so helpful, friendly and nice, but the older gentleman wasn't very helpful - we asked about motorbike rental and laundry services (which they provide) but he sent us off somewhere else both times because he was "too busy".. but he wasn't doing anything! Not sure why that happened... they could also do with advertising their services - I think they did food.. but I'm not sure?! Our room wasn't cleaned daily as described too - I think it might be a service you need to request, as the only day we requested it was the only day it was done... So basically! Really nice cheap accommodation, great location and staff but just need more information! Xem tiếp

We stayed for 2 nights, got our own room with en suite. The air con in our first room didn’t work, so without any fuss they happily moved us into a different room. The AC in this room was all working, the room was clean, good size and had a much needed mosquito net. (Expect mosquitos on the coast). Breakfast can be bought a 50K PP, it consisted of toast, choices of fruit, tea, coffee & yoghurts. The location is good, right across the road from the beach. It’s an hour walk to the sand dunes but the walk is very easy, with things to see on the way or you can walk along the beach. The staff helped us sort out breakfast each morning and a bus to Ho Chi Minh. All in all, it’s a good place to stay. Xem tiếp

We had a good time here. Good value for the money you pay. The staff is nice, the place is quite clean. The location is ok. Nice and quiet. We strongly recommend this place for a few nights. Thanks to the helpful staff Xem tiếp

Room is clean, comfortable beds, nice lantarns in the outside area, very friendly family. We stayed for 6 nights. Breakfast was included with egg, bread, fruit with yoghurt and tea. We booked a half day tour for a reasonable price to the fairystream, fishing village and the sanddunes. The shower didn't work well, but they were very helpful and accurate to fix it. They have a laundry service. Our clothes didn't smell ok after the laundry. Probably the clothes were still a bit humid when they had put them in a plastic bag en that's why it smelled. They were very sorry and didn't want us to pay. I think it was just an accidental situation. Over all, a really good place to stay a couple of nights. When I'll go back to mui ne some day, I will stay here again for sure. Xem tiếp

Duy An Guesthouse is a cosy place to stay. The owner is a very friendly men who speaks good english and helps with any issue you may have. It has a nice family atmosphere not like one of these big hotels on the beach. Rooms are nice, cosy and clean. Xem tiếp

good with acceptable price, i like the yard with trees, friendly staves, seafood at hon room is fresh , cheap and awesome! you should rent a motobike with 140,000 vnd/day to travel around, phan thiet city 15km away, hon rom ad red sand is 3km and white sand around 35 km, all places you can visit by ur motobike along sea view road. do not go here on jun and july, elnino cover sea, look very dirty. best thing here is sea food so cheap and fresh. willing to back here. will not what you thought :) Xem tiếp

The hotel was very quiet and the other guests were very keen to say hello and tell me about what to do and where to go. It was nice and quiet and there were a number of tables outside the rooms to sit at and listen to the birds and have a chat over a beer or a coffee. The beach was about 200 metres away and it was a really nice walk. My only gripe is that when I gave the hotel staff my washing they returned it dirty but still charged me the fee. If you need to do washing there are a number of places only metres away from the hotel. Xem tiếp

Drinking water is not free as it days in the booking , no hot water, the bed is a rock, no cleaning, we found 5 cocroches on the floor, with the bed and the noise you never sleep, they start doing reforms at 7 o clock in the morning and they stop at midnight. The good thing is the wifi by the way. I do not recommend at all. I never put a comment it's my first time but I felt like I have to do it. Xem tiếp

We stayed for 2 nights in a specious room with big bathroom. The room was a bit dated, but we were comfortable and slept very well. The staff was very nice too. The only let down was the breakfast: toast with jam or peanut butter, yogurt, fruit and instant coffee. Some eggs would've been nice. Xem tiếp

I checked in early for 3 hours and its no cost. The staffs really friendly, helpful and speak english pretty well. I had booked a half day tour and thier came late, the staffs had help me to call the guide and also call me at my room when the bus which take me back to Ho Chi Minh arrived the hotel. The room pretty large and clean. I would like to recommend the hotel for traveller who want to go to Mui Ne, it really great and worthy Xem tiếp

Main areas of the rooms were clean. Mirrors were dirty. Sheets while clean have small holes or stains on them. Quiet area and the beach is across the street. About and hours walk down the road to find the busier part of the beach. So if you want more places to eat and things to see then stay closer to town. If you want quiet this will work for you.
