I booked 2 rooms with this hotel, and you can check my previous review since I can submit 2 reviews. It is the worst attitude I had. They told me that AGODA is charging them 20% and that's why I need to pay a higher price when I wanted to rent a bike from them... No hot water..!! The lady boss sitting at the front desk told us that if we can't accept the "double price" for the bike, and the hotel policy, next time we can consider other hotel. I told her off that Agoda is bringing the world to you, and bring us to your hotel, do appreciate all this website is working for you, and not your own outdated website doing the job, if you are so frustrated of the Agoda 20%, do not tied up with them and relay the problems to the guest.. Will not step back to this property anymore in future. One more thing, according to my Viet friends, Ha Tien no more attractive and food price is higher since more tourist visiting.. Totally disappointed with the front desk, wanted to rent a bike from this hotel since we are staying here, and it is DOUBLE the price from other place, the front desk (lady boss) told us that because we booked thru agent(which is Agoda) and we are not entitled for any special promo price on hotel facilities.. (Such a stupid excuse). I told them that it is Agoda bring us to you and if it is not Agoda, we don't even know your hotel, if you willing to bring yourself to the world and let Agoda help you to expose more, then don't tied up with them, although we booked thru Agoda, when we walked in, we expect the same benefit as others as we are still your customers... the lady boss reply in Vietnamese to my friend, "this is our policy, if you can't accept, maybe next time you can search for others accommodation, as we need to pay Agoda 20%" Hi Agoda, I think you need to talk to this property... as they are relaying your business partnering problems to the guest..!! Most rooms without window and our had mould all over the bathroom. The room decor was quite tired and there were building works going on during our stay. Located in the heart of Ha Tien. Xem tiếp

I booked two nights. But when I found that the room I booked had no windows I asked to move to a better room. I finally paid about 25% more to be in a one of the few rooms with windows. So I moved out after one night. I don't think I want to come back to the hotel in my future trips. Xem tiếp

Ok for one night but it was very dingy in the corridors that was a little intimidating. The staff spoke very very little English so we had some confusion when trying to book ferry tickets. Room was large and quite clean. Xem tiếp

Our stay was good. This hotel's standard room did meet our expectation. We believed our room was 20 square-meters. Room is spacious, air-conditioner worked well, very good internet reception. We could stroll to many nearby local food outlets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We walked only 2 minutes to the local market for fruits and the riverside for sightseeing and the cool air every evening. Xem tiếp

What can I say? People only seem to stop in Ha Tien to break their journey over the border.....The hotel is well-situated and serves a purpose. The room was clean and basic. Tea cups and tea were provided, but I had no kettle. The staff were efficient, but only one receptionist spoke any English, and the information booklet I the room was only in Vietnamese.
