This was my second stay at the DTX within a few weeks - the first time I travelled with a friend, and I loved it so much I came back. All of the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful - everyone from the F&B manager in the restaurant at breakfast, to the staff at the pool bar, to all the staff at reception. There were two lovely receptionists - one of whole recognised me from my first stay and the other that gave me a few restaurant recommendations (which were great). The hotel is modern, well presented and maintained. The only room for improvement would be around the driver who I arranged through the hotel to pick me up from the airport - his car didn’t have seatbelts in the back and he didn’t seem to know where the hotel was, as he took a few wrong turns. The driver I booked to take me from the hotel to the airport was great. Otherwise I couldn’t fault anything. Thanks for a great stay! Xem tiếp

This hotel is located in an alley. Although not facing the main front, but still near walking distance to beach. The room is clean. And the ocean view of great. The taste of the breakfast is ok. Although not much difference everyday. Xem tiếp

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff - Viet was the NICEST manager who always took the time to come chat with us about our day and our interests. Honestly one of the nicest hotels in SE Asia that's still affordable. Beautiful views, really nice pool, great food, wonderful staff, and excellent location! Could not recommend this place more! The General Manager Met us at breakfast and asked if everything is ok and if there is anything to improve. The hotel is just perfect, very nice modern room. Nice Pool on the roof and very good breakfast Xem tiếp

The hotel is new and location is really good in town. We have a good experience in DTX Hotel and all of the staffs are showing smiling face and welcome the guest. My friend and I stayed in the deluxe ocean view room and were amazed with the view we were greeted with, we could see right along the beach and across to Vinpearl resort. From the pool you can have a drink and a swim with stunning view of Nha Trang. All the staff were incredibly hospitable and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Nha Trang!! Xem tiếp

Pros: Good service, Clean Hotel, Good Location Cons: Elevator service is your largest weakness..really working on elevator constantly in the middle of the night..bad idea for noise pollution when guest are sleeping. Xem tiếp

We booked a family room but didn’t recognize that was 2 connecting rooms, so that it was quite waste money. Besides, when I checked in, a receptionist informed that our room was on 7th floor which was very low and in front of a construction. I had asked if we wouldn’t take that 2 connecting rooms and switched to a smaller room but higher floor, but they declined and they said the hotel was fully booked. But at that night, one of my friend family checked in, what a surprise they got a higher floor than us with lower price. How come a full booked hotel had a room for later check-in guests than us. I cannot take it seriously. The location was ok, walkable distance to the beach but to be honest, with that money I could have booked at the Vin Pearl Condotel Beachfront then. Xem tiếp

A brand new hotel. Great pool with view (rooftop). The reason I rated facilities low was because the gym wasn’t open yet despite them advertising a gym. We had to pay to go to the gym down the road. Not a huge issue but they should’ve mentioned before on the description about this. Xem tiếp

DTX Hotel is a new-building hotel. We booked a Superior City View Room. However, when we got there, the hotel staff offered us a Deluxe Sea View Room with the same price. What a surprise! The hotel is very clean, the room is so beautiful, the sea view is fantastic. And thanks to the staff, they are so nice. If we come back Nha Trang, DTX Hotel is absolutely the only choice. We truly appreciate the staff’s effort to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, room is clean with huge double bed and great view. Location is also convenient for walking to the beach. Food served at breakfast is too cold for me. Our experience could be better if they fix the faucet and fire alarm light, kind of annoying. Xem tiếp
