Nơi ở sạch sẽ, dịch vụ khách sạn tốt, nhân viên niềm nở, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có bếp tiện nghi, trang bị đầy đủ toàn bộ thiết bị nơi ở thật tốt. Chương trình tivi ít đa dạng các kênh, không kết nối mạng nên hơi buồn một tí :) Nói chung nơi ở tại khách sạn rất tốt. Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại để lưu trú cho những chuyến công tác đợt sau. Cảm ơn! Stayed here for one night because it was close to my meeting location. Clean and functional, plus the staff are very helpful and speak good English. Otherwise, it’s a little too expensive given that there are three star hotels for half the price, and four star hotels for not much more (this is somewhere in between). Also not really near anything. the room was clean&very spacious w lovely & comfy furniture. regrettably its localion is far from the ideal(nowhere to visit around the hotel), but still, it worth staying at this fabulous apartment. to go to the city center, one can access by local bus no 9 and it costs only 7000vnd. Xem tiếp

About my stay, almost all was excellent. Only one thing, I really need to washing machine t o wash my sportswear because I go for jogging every morning. The cleaning service was too expencive for me and my collegue (it's every morning!). Xem tiếp

Equiptements of this apartment were excellent for me. Cafe for breakfast was also good, I 'm happy to excercise every morning at a fitness gym ( they open 24h!). Only one thing, I want clothes washing mashine in each room.. Xem tiếp

We were unsure about our reservation because the hotel was only recently opened. However, it was an unexpected delight and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant was good, especially for breakfast. The rooms are a good size and clean - after all, it is new. The exercise room is small and the equipment is limited. located on a quite street but close to a road junction , heavy traffic and noisy . there are a few local restaurants nearby , but U just cannot find a way to cross the road . Staffs at lobby and restaurant are excellent , good english , very friendly and helpful . Xem tiếp

The location is very close of walking distance to my family in Vietnam. Friendly courteous staff. Decent breakfast choice however it could be improved. Great coffee btw. Will definitely come back. Xem tiếp

Booked through Agoda and requested for Airport transfer since i will be arriving about 8-9PM. I think it is a standard practice for Hotels all over the world (esp hotel that cost and rated as high as Dream Hotel & Apartment) to contact the guest regarding the airport transfer and how much it would cost. And if the customer accepts the offer, then the airport transfer is confirmed/rejected. What i experienced was that i requested for Airport transfer and did not received any notification from Dream Hotel & Apartment. Therefore i assumed that there is no airport transfer catered for me since there is no agreement made. Nevertheless, when i reached Hanoi Airport i hope to find someone holding a sign with Dream Hotel & Apartment and my name on it, but couldn't find any. So i took a taxi to Dream Hotel & Apartment which cost 400k VND. And was immediately told by receptionist that airport transfer was catered for me and the driver is waiting at the airport for me. And even though i was not notified that airport transfer was catered for me, they expect me to pay 300k VND for it. I think that it is totally unfair for customers. The price was not agreed beforehand and they can name any price for that. It could have been 3 Million VND or any other amount and customers will still have to pay. It's bad service and i think the hotel management should have thought through this more thoroughly. Other than this, the location is near a busy junction with lots and lots of traffic. Nearby there is a bar/cafe with many locals hanging out. But no convenient shop nearby and not many eateries around. Room is cozy with good facilities such as cooking utensils, ironing facilities etc. Xem tiếp
