Trong khu phố cố, đi lại thuận tiện, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn. Tuy ở trong ngõ nhưng tránh được tiếng ồn ở ngoài. Ngày đầu tiên nhận phòng hơi có mùi với muỗi, qua ngày hôm sau thì tốt hơn. Cây phơi đồ trong phòng tắm bị gãy. Do đa số khách Tây ở nên ăn sáng là bánh sandwich và trứng. Nhân viên tiếp tân vui vẻ, dễ mến, hướng dẫn tận tình, còn xách vali lên trên lầu giùm. Giá thấp nhưng phòng ốc quá nhỏ, không sạch và không thang máy. Nhân viên đòi phí 2% thanh toán visa nhưng cuối cùng máy quẹt thẻ hư. Xem tiếp

Mình đặt phòng giường tầng, ở ngay tầng trệt, phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, giá tiền khá rẻ, vị trí ngay phố Tạ Hiên đông vui. tuy nhiên phòng không được cách âm, buổi tối nghe hết âm thanh nhà bên cạnh, 11h tối vẫn rất ồn vì có trẻ nhỏ. Xem tiếp

The hotel situated a bit deep in between building through an alley yet nearby to eateries and street night out. A very interesting place in Hanoi especially for young couples or dynamic young adults looking for an enjoyable break. Definitely will come again though. Xem tiếp

The staff at this hotel were the most wonderful people. They were so friendly and helpful. However, this hotel was under construction while we were there and they started the work at 8am every morning. On top of that there was a electrical box outside our window that screamed on and off all day and night. Also the window had no curtain on it and there were people constantly outside our window on the roof working. We barely slept during our stay here. Very nice people but I would never go back. the receptionist very kind and greeting us with her warmer smile, very helpful... but the minus is they don't have elevator and the bathroom don't have hanger for clothes inside... i ended up drop my things inside.. lol.. bt overall we are very pleased with do hotel... many thanks.. Xem tiếp

What Agoda describe in net, there was completely different. I asked the receptionist and she said, we never asked to print all these facilities. It must be done by Agoda. I don’t know who was telling the truth. It was completely awaful to stay for 2 nights. May be you should check out all information provided by hotel to make sure before you put it on net. The location was great for a solo female traveller as I didn’t have to walk far for evening dinner and drinks in the centre of the old town. The price was very good. The staff were very helpful at giving recommendation and helping me organise travel - Jannar and Julia in particular were very helpful. Cons - not much breakfast choice for vegetarians. Was useful hotel due to low enough price and good location, but felt it’s a 2 Star hotel for definite needs upgrades in many areas. It’s okay for a night/2 if passing through Hanoi Pros: Staff are amazing the girls behind desk are so nice and helpful, location is great especially at weekend, it’s down an alley with loads of local houses so it’s quiet but right in midle of old Quarter once you walk up the alley, plenty of local food options here and they do laundry! Cons: Air con didn’t work in both rooms we were in, fan is good! Bathroom is small with shower not enclosed (wet room) which doesn’t seem evident in pics, room 401 had extremely bad smell (like sewerage) so we asked to be moved back to 301 (thanks to the girls they moved us next day and kept same price) breakfast is on 5th floor, no elevator (okay the first day but this becomes annoying) and the set up is extremely basic (one morning we were there 10mins and no one was there so we just left and got breakfast elsewhere) Xem tiếp

The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Hanoi. All sights can be visited by foot, starting from the hotel. The staff was super friendly (Janna and Julia), they explained us the main sights and supported us with everything we needed. Because the hotel is in the middle of old town, there was a little bit of noise. It was ok though, since the hotel is not located directly at the main street. The room is nice, some things still need to be fixed like the shower which is either hot or cold or the towel holder. However, when I mentioned it at the reception Janna was very friendly and said because the hotel is very new they still need to fix some things. Breakfast is ok, I think they are still trying to figure out what Western people like to eat. Xem tiếp
