Giá cao do dịp Tết là điều không tránh khỏi nhưng nhân viên dọn phòng không sạch & không thay khăn, không dọn rác trên bàn, chỉ xếp lại mền trong ngày đầu tiên. Nhà vệ sinh khá hôi Không đủ ánh sáng trong phòng Tủ lạnh hư không dùng được Không có nước sẵn trong phòng Xem tiếp

nhà nghỉ quá tệ, tôi đặt phòng, đã thanh toán đầy đủ nhưng khi đến nhận phòng nhà nghỉ lại thông báo hết phòng, đổ lỗi cho kỹ thuật agoda, đổ lỗi cho khách hàng ki bo đặt phòng giá rẻ (1.854.000vnd/4 đêm) không hoàn lại đầy đủ tiền cho khách, đẩy phần thiệt hại cho khách hàng. Tôi không bao giờ quay trở lại Nhà Nghỉ này! và mất tin tưởng vào agoda! Xem tiếp

Đôi mình đến Nha Trang đúng đợt mưa bão, ngày nào cũng mưa miết ngày nấy. Nhưng bởi Diva Hotel, chuyến đi của mình vẫn rất ngọt ngào. Buổi đầu đến nhận phòng, bạn tiếp tân và chú chủ khách sạn rất lịch sự, thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, đủ tiện nghi mà giá cả phải chăng. Địa điểm của khách sạn cũng tuyệt, không ở mặt đường lớn nên không bị ồn ào, đi bộ 500m là ra đến biển, đi bộ tầm 900m là đến chợ Xóm Mới (rẻ, nhiều đồ ngon). Nói chung, khách sạn rẻ mà phong cách làm việc như ks 4 sao vậy. Cám ơn Diva đã giúp đôi mình có 1 chuyến đi hoàn hảo hơn! Lần tới quay lại NT hay người thân quen đến NT nhất định mình sẽ chọn và giới thiệu Diva Hotel. Xem tiếp

Phòng rộng và sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm, cách 5ph đi bộ là ra đến bãi biển. Nhân viên thân thiễn, nhiệt tình, giới thiệu các dịch vụ tốt với giá hợp lý như thuê xe máy, tắm bùn, book tour... Xem tiếp

The beach is only 5 minutes away. The room looked not as good as online. The owners did not speak English and it was hard to communicate. They weren't super friendly. But the room was cheap compared to other hotels in this area. Xem tiếp

Double room was spacios, clean, nice big balcony. Aircon was good, shower always had hot water and plenty of pressure. Great location, everything you need in easy walking distance. And staff were all absoltely lovely, helpful and spoke good English. Hotel massage is the best I've had in Nha Trang and price is good. Excellent hotel. Xem tiếp

Beware this is not a hotel. Very dirty and bed bugs. Not owned by Vietnamese. owned by Chinese and obviously they we not honest with the pictures on the website. The rooms are dirty and run down. TV remote didn’t work because batteries were stock due to corrosion. You can find cheaper and better REAL hotels for cheaper. I traveled with my American boyfriend and I was so embarrassed. This made my vacation in Nha Trang a nightmare. Towels were so dirty and looked brown with HOLES!!!. So disgusting.. I don’t know how they are so highly rated. Maybe before they were Chinese owned. I wish I could upload pictures so everyone can see the dirty old place this is. Lies and fake pictures will not gain new reservations. Before you book ask to see the room if you can. I can go on and on but I hope people will not book rooms here. Xem tiếp

on arrival the receptionist delayed us for 30 minutes before showing us a hotel down the road , with no explanation of why we couldn't have the room we booked . disappointed Xem tiếp

No thought the room and bathroom are big, but my room was very run down. A kind of smelland aircond not working well and not cold. When I checked in, the fridge was not working and there were some left over foods. The staircase was dark and there were noises from up and down. My room came without window, the only window is inside the bathroom where the aircond exhoust air is. The Lobby turn into foot Spa and salon, I personally felt weird and uncomfortable. + Good location Near the sea and you will get off the #18 bus at 'Hung Vuong', infront of the galina hotel, cross the way and go to alley, you can find the dive hotel. + Friendly staffs staffs were so kind, and they always smiles + Nice Massage quality and price + Good Facilities Not new, but hot water for shower, airconditioner works well. Towel and bed condition are great. - Not new hotel, If you want to stay fancy hotel, try to book other hotel. But, All things are good to stay.. How cozy place it is. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed 5 nights at Diva - the staff were very attentive and took the time to inform us about the area and places to eat etc. The room the spacious and clean with a comfy bed. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely return. Thank you to Hannah and all the staff for looking after us! Xem tiếp

The staff at this hotel are excellent, both friendly and helpful. There are many good restaurants nearby, as well as bars and coffee shops. It's a short walk to the beach. Overall, great value in Nha Trang. Xem tiếp
